As you might have guessed based on the font choice of the front sign, this is definitely run by members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai group, and if you know other restaurants run by this group, you will know what to expect here as well. The food is accordingly Asian fusion with a healthy dose of Vietnamese, and features a lot of fresh and tasty vegetables and the obligatory slightly odd naming scheme, heh. My husband and I happen to really enjoy the food at these types of places, and Blossom Vegan was happily no exception. I got the vegetable chow fun dish, which was loaded with nice veggies, and my husband got the tofu banh mi (which I think was called a Saigon sandwich or something like that). Both were great! The decor is actually a little less strongly influenced by the Supreme Master Ching Hai branded items than some other such places, and I think the wall mural is cute. The location is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and reasonably attentive, but it seems you do go up front to pay rather than paying at the table. I don't anticipate being in this area again soon, but I am happy to know a location like this is out here for any future excursions into the area! We'll definitely be back again if that happens!

I initially felt a little nervous and out of my comfort zone. Nothing actually happened during our visit to justify that nervousness, though, and it wouldn't be fair to take a star away from CaliKid for something that had nothing to do with the restaurant. The food, service, and cleanliness were excellent, so I'm changing my original four stars to FIVE STARS! Great job, CaliKid!

I was at the mall today and craving for some Mediterranean food, found this gem on Yelp. They just opened this place, probably a week ago. Loved the food!!! Its a perfect combo of freshness, choices (proteins, and veggies), sauces, and qty ... I asked them why the hummus tastes so much better than any other place, surprised to find out its made daily at the restaurant (saw at least 4 flavors, tried the egg plant and Olive). I had a bowl with beef, it was very filling. Its a great place for vegetarians as there are so many options. I would say "a must try" for vegan, and fresh / healthy food lovers.
