David come to my house this morning and replace Capacitor but after few hours the AC blowing warm again. It turned out that capacitor was used and he replace for another used one in the second visit. He told me the capacitor is made in USA but it was chinese. He told me it cost him over 50 box but when I searched it is less than 20 box. He did not tune the gas pressure on the first visit and even did not checked the temperature inside house. Not a reliable guy. Finally after his bad job, he asked me for additional 49 dollar service fee. Terrible job and unprofessional services and just wondering how he got 5 stars ??? read more

I had lived in my house 11 yrs and never thought about my ducts . You have to hire HVAC Miracles if you're looking for someone affordable and highly experienced to do ANYTHING related to replacing ducts, cleaning vents, A/C services, routine HVAC maintenance, and much more! Let me tell you why... I purchased my townhouse a month ago, and wanted to have the ducts cleaned. I felt like the system wasn't quite right because it was so much colder on the first floor than the second floor. The air didn't seem to flow that well. So, I called several companies to come and check out my HVAC system. The first guy said he recommended just getting the air ducts cleaned and not bothering with replacing them. The next guy said he doesn't clean the type of air ducts I have (fiber glass). Then, David came in with a ladder in hand and actually inspected every air duct in my townhouse. He then told me I needed to get them all replaced because they were probably the originally air ducts from when the building was built (1970s), and also fiber glass (not good). He then explained why that type of duct wasn't good, which is what the other guy did not do. I was immediately stressed by the sudden job I knew needed to take place. And, I was also very concerned knowing my air quality wasn't good. David was VERY patience with me, and explained everything in detail and why I needed to get all of my air ducts replaced soon. And, he wasn't pushy or trying to just make money. He was genuine and very honest. I told him I wanted to hire him, but had painters coming in two days and would need it to be done asap. He said he could come the next day and get it done. I was so relieved and grateful. But, I was also a little reluctant to have a stranger in my home the entire day while I was at work. That concern quickly went away as David texted me with updates as soon as he started the job. He sent photos of ALL the work he was doing, answered every single question, and picked his cell phone every single time I called. I can't tell you how great it was to work with him. I am someone who gets very worried and stressed and he was able to deal with me and get the work done in a timely manner. Plus, the work was done incredibly well. He is licensed, bonded, and insured, which is very important. A lot of people say they are, but actually aren't. David is part of the CSLB, and even showed me his card! I like how upfront, qualified, honest, and thorough he is! I ended up hiring David to install new ducts, clean all vents, replace covers, and also do a routine maintenance HVAC checkup. He went above and beyond. When he removed the first air duct, I was horrified to see how gross it was when he texted the photo to me. He was absolutely right to have them all replaced. He also cleaned each vent and replaced all of the covers. This was a big relief because those were also never replaced! Everything David guessed was absolutely spot on and correct. Check out the photos I attached to my review. You can see the before/after image of one of the vents. When I walked back in my place after he was done, I could actually feel the heat on the first floor. It was warm and cozy! It's like I have a new system. The air quality feels so much better, and I know my system is more efficient. I feel very relieved knowing when I walk inside my home, I don't have to worry about the air quality or feeling like I may get sick one day. Yes, I didn't anticipate having to spend money replacing air ducts. But, health is #1. Sometimes, you can't worry about the money. When David was done with the work, he followed up and asked how I liked everything, which was super nice. BEST HVAC EXPERT IN LA To start off David came by 2 different days to resolve our AC issues (it wasn't turning on at all) and each time arrived within 1-2 hours and on time. The first time he took me with him to the furnace and was so knowledgeable and explained every little detail as to what could be causing our issue (first time anyone has ever done this). I learned a lot. With some troubleshooting we found out the last guy who serviced our HVAC had replaced my AC control board fuse with a piece of copper wire (sabotaging the board). This ultimately ended up completely frying our AC board and transformer. Instead of the typical upcharge other companies do, David showed me exactly where I could buy the parts needed for replacement and told me to call him when I have them so he only charges me for the labor. After getting the parts David came by again very quickly and after replacing the fried board/transformer the AC worked like new again. His service charge was very reasonable and is now definitely my go-to guy for any future HVAC issues. He also went above and beyond by cleaning our AC unit and checking the Freon levels without charging extra for it. Our A/C went out yesterday afternoon. Didn't think it was anything that we'd have to call a profesional for, cuz let's be real who can afford professionals nowadays? I proceeded to clean/dust the fan figured that was the problem, after about 2 hrs the air was still hot. Following the next day after one hell of a night we decided that we needed a professional.
