My sister got us a suite room last Friday 8/11/23 & we checked in at 4pm. The room was kind of warm, but then we said it must be because it's too hot outside. When we woke up Saturday it was too hot & we then realized the air conditioning wasn't working. We called the front desk & they said they'll take care of it. When we came back Saturday night there were 2 electric fans in our suite and when we asked the front desk about the air conditioning, they said we're in the old part of the hotel that their trying to fix the air conditioning system. We we're not even offered a different room & I just let it go because it was late & we were tired & had the fan on. The next day Sunday was my niece's bday party so we left early. When we came back to the hotel last night at midnight the air conditioning was not working still, the room temp was 85F! And this morning at 9am I was awaken by people with their tools working in the hallway lifting/drilling the old carpets out. I almost fell in the hallway because the floor was very sticky because the old carpets were removed. We checked out this morning & I spoke with the hotel manager & he said they'll put some points back to my sister's account & that's all he could do. And the manager said we're the last guests on that part of the hotel & they know the construction is going to start today. I told him the construction woke me up at 9am, why they would start construction while we were still in the room even though we're the last ones! And why they assigned us to that room when they know the air conditioning was not working in the first place? All I got was sorry from the manager. I should not be giving any star at all to this Hyatt Regency! read more

I've had fewer issues with low-budget chains, I expect better for the price. I'll just list some of the problems: they were late checking me in; the "Harbor View" was a joke. I had to press my head against the window and look to the right to see it; one partial roll of TP in the room with no back-up; parking not included or discounted; TV kept freezing; ice machine broken; shower temp switches from scalding to freezing. read more

This is an absolutely horrible hotel! The rooms are old. Wallpaper is bubbling on the wall in my room and the carpet in all of the hallways has multiple huge stains everywhere. I was told I have an upgraded room because I have a harbor view but you can't see the view because the tint on the indies is so scratched and dirty. Oh and room service only every 4 days. There is no service at the one sad bar/restaurant which leaves you no options. Stay at the Hilton nearby instead. read more

AC not working. Called three times starting at 4pm, before someone came up at 10pm to check it, hold up a light to it, touch the thermostat and say..it will start cooling soon....it never did. Got this place at a bargain rate on Hotwire, and it was one of the best hotels of the dozen or so in the Baltimore area I've stayed at. I'm usually travelling from NYC to see the Orioles about a dozen times a year. This hotel offered everything I needed - a friendly staff (they let me check in four hours early), great accommodations. I'm by no means a Hotel snob. When I travel I typically use a Hotel room for sleep and shower. This place suits my needs and then some. As I am typically a bargain hotel shopper due to my limited needs, I wish this place was less expensive, as I would stay here more often when attending Orioles games. I hope to stay again soon. read more

In spite of the attractive photos on the hotel website, there is no food service in the hotel after 1 PM. There are no restaurants anywhere in it, and no room service at all. There is no quiet spot to meet friends and have a drink -- whether coffee or cocktails. Since socializing is a very important part of any business meeting, this is a major shortcoming. The hotel claims a walk-way to the convention center on a parallel street behind it. But -- that walkway is partially out-of-doors with nothing to protect from wind or rain. And, the walkway is also poorly lit, making it potentially dangerous at night. What's more -- the convention center closes at 8:00 or so, meaning that it's necessary to get between the two buildings by going around the block through some potentially dicey areas. read more

We had a great stay using our points for a free night. We and our two-year-old loved the view of the harbor, boats, traffic, buildings, and landmarks. What fun! The room was clean and fresh. My only warning is that the water pressure in the shower is VERY strong. Certainly better than wimpy water pressure, but whoa! Water and cookies at check-in/check-out were nice. Also appreciated that the front desk gave us a late checkout without our even asking when they saw we were Hyatt members and had a little kid. Enjoy your stay!! read more

This is truly a relic of the 1980's and it appears the decor hasn't been updated since then! When we checked in from our red eye flight at 545 am, we were given several dining options, none of which were available til 7 am. Contrary to what our travel planners were told there is NO 24 hour room service; just a "market" and a breakfast buffet and restaurant, two of which were closed when we woke up. The market consisted of take away snacks like chips and sodas; no hot meals. The breakfast buffet was closed and the restaurant was closed though it was lunchtime. Also, hallway carpets are stained (see pics) throughout. The location is on a busy highway so if you have a room facing it, good luck not being awakened by traffic. Not a BAD hotel; just tired, dated and not so truthful when it comes to dining options. Go to the Sheraton or Hilton down the road! read more

Every last star here for the great housekeeping crew and the refreshed rooms. FAIL for everything else. So what does this hotel have going for it? Prime location in the harbor. Rooms with a nice view if you get the harbor view. Housekeeping is superb; our room was immaculate. Parking is convenient, if pricey. What does the hotel not have? Awfully rude event staff. We stayed there overnight to attend a gala. We were in the line for pre-event cocktails and one of the event organizers gave the order to end drink service to push people inside. Ok. Not the hotel's call. But the hotel staff started yelling at guests to leave the line and go into the dining room. Yes, yell. Specifically, the man in charge whose name was Daniel. He didn't talk to people civilly, and do the usual, "I'm so sorry, it's not my call." He yelled at guests like they were drunk college students at 1AM, except it was 7PM and nobody was past their first drink. I would never hold an event at a hotel that employed someone like Daniel. No manners and no class. The hotel is also a little sad. It closed its rooftop restaurant a decade ago and hasn't done anything else with the space since except the occasional event rental. The only bar now is a tiny bar, with no windows, on the lower floor. It's small and really sad, though the bartenders are friendly. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential but it has seen better days and it's a well-maintained but sort of depressing place. read more

I've stayed here before and enjoyed it. In 1993 it was luxurious. In 2010 it was excellent. In 2021 it is old and worn and overpriced. My room (Deluxe King) needs paint, new carpet, and an updated bathroom. The air con is very noisy. Overall the hotel is barely past dingy. The parking deck is creepy and filthy and there is no signage to the hotel. It's been a tough year and COVID restrictions in Baltimore Inner Harbor just lifted a few weeks ago. Staffing back up is hard, I get that. I don't mind not having maid service, but after 2 nights we had to ask for soap and shampoo and a new trash bag. In fact, we had to ask where to take the full trash bag. Other hotels that can't manage maid service have little bags of extras in the lobby or extras in the rooms. If I'd known we could only buy water before noon when the shop closed, we would have brought our own. That's not just pandemic hangover, that's sloppy management and poor communication. read more

We enjoyed a one-night stay this weekend when we came into town for our daughter's engagement party. Every single staff person we interacted with was outstanding, from the valet park to the front desk to housekeeping. The in-house breakfast was way above average! The usuals were all available: oatmeal/toppings, hard-boiled AND scrambled eggs, all kinds of bread for toasting, beautiful pastries, yogurt, cereal. There were whole fruits like apples and bananas, and the most beautiful fresh strawberry/blueberry combo. Lots more, beautifully presented. The room, common areas, and breakfast area are clean and inviting. Again, outstanding! Shopping and food options are walkable. The aforementioned engagement dinner was at La Scala, around the corner. (Excellent Southern Italian cuisine served in a warm ambiance.) We'd stay here again on a future trip to Baltimore, in a heartbeat! read more

Hotel has a nice coffee bar and at least a couple of restaurants. I cantspeak for the rooms, but the decor for the lobby and conference area was spot on. Will definitely visit again. read more

Keys would not work to get into my room daily on multiple day stay. When I went back to my room to change for an event, the power to the door was broken and was not able to get back into my room. Waited 45 minutes for them to help me get back into my room but they never came back. Had to go to an event without changing or getting my things from my room. Gave my key that didn't work to the front desk and said I would be back after the event to collect a key that worked. When I returned, I let them know who I was again after they had seen me go through the experience a few hours earlier and said I was being rude for having to go through the inconvenience of not being able to access any of my belongings in my room. Worst experience of customer service I have ever gone through. Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor does not care about your experience. Unbelievably unsatisfied with having to pay for a room that I wasn't able to access. read more

We expected quality from the Hyatt, so I'm not surprised our stay was pleasant. There is plenty of staff to answer questions, and point one in a direction upon entering. Rooms are clean, and spacious, and the view from the 14th floor was positively, panoramically, brilliant. I chose to book through Priceline, with the deciding factor being that parking was included in our package. This turned out to be a wise decision, as the parking at the Hyatt is highway (or parking lot) robbery. For a two day trip, I easily could have spent 80 on parking. Just a heads up for future guests. Poor experience with wedding planning team. Would have rated zero stars if we could've. 1. Initially promised a contract to sign for an upcoming wedding in Sept 2019. 2. Service was cold, robotic; felt like a cheap car sales exchange. Deadline date for signing was moved up one week for "another party interested in the same date". 3. Discussed edits to contract not honored in subsequent emails. 4. Specifically, Robyn Dammers was the source of great consternation for my fiancée; even her "apology" call came back as impersonal and blaming her own administration for difficulties in communication. I lived in Maryland all my life and when we were young, visiting the Inner Harbor was a treat. I thought it would be cool to stay at that hotel with the mirrored windows - heck, we always parked in their garage because the pedestrian bridge offered great access to the Inner Harbor. Fast forward a number of years to 2016 and I had a couple of Hyatt Diamond Suite Upgrades to burn before they expire in February. I self-parked in the garage, took the elevator down and walked into the lobby. Check-in was very professional and before I knew it, I was wowed by the Superior Harbor View 2-bedroom Suite. These rooms are on the corner edges of the building, rooms X45/X47 and offer a spectacular view of the Inner Harbor. Both rooms offered a flatscreen (a 42-inch in the bedroom and a 55-inch in the living room), a bathroom, desk, coffeemaker, and fridge. Free Hyatt Wi-Fi was also available. I wasn't able to enjoy all the amenities at the Hyatt. The fitness room is on the 4th floor and there's also a rooftop pool, open in season. The hotel restaurant, Bistro 300, is on the 3rd floor. I only had their breakfast buffet. The service was very attentive and the food was pretty good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at HR Inner Harbor - the price was right at $99 (plus parking and taxes coupled with a Diamond Suite Upgrade), but don't expect this price the rest of the year! I stayed here on Jan 1, post holidays, hence the fab rate. read more

I've stayed at this Hyatt Regency 11 nights this year. Each time the staff have been extremely pleasant and by the third stay, they'd learned my name. Now that's service! As a globalist member, I had access to the Regency Club. Breakfast consisted of a hot item (such as quiche Florentine or a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich) as well as an array of cold items: hard boiled eggs, lox asiago bagel, muffins, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, dried fruit, chopped nuts, etc. There are about 26 dining chairs in the club. A coffee machine as well as a fridge full of canned sodas, Perrier, bottled water, yogurt, and pitchers of juices were always available no matter the hour. In the evenings, antipasti (asparagus, eggplant, hummus, veggie sticks, etc) and a hot item was available. Sometimes it would be crab bisque or shumai. The latter is not good, and I told them so multiple times. After appetizers, dessert usually had two options, such as apple strudel or chocolate mousse. The first few times the club had to go boxes, which were a godsend especially in the mornings if you were running late. The last few times, management took away the to go boxes. The last time I stayed, I grabbed a to go box from the bistro, and the club attendant asked me to hide the to go box so the manager wouldn't see. Apparently the manager reams club attendants for insubordination despite guest requests, and for this, I only give three stars. Valet is also excellent. My vehicle is ready about five minutes after calling. The hotel conveniently has a walkway connecting its parking garage to the shops at Inner Harbor. I've been upgraded for free a couple of times to a suite, which has been nice. When this happens, you'll actually have two rooms. One will be the living room, and the other will be the bedroom. You'll have two bathrooms as well. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Baltimore. I also need the nights at Hyatt since they now require you stay 60 nights instead of 25 stays with the new rewards program as of this past March. An added bonus if you're above the sixth floor - the glass elevators face Inner Harbor! read more

I am surprised about the negative reviews regarding service at this hotel. We have stayed at this hotel every so often when we come to Baltimore. The first time decades ago. We have always had great service. I am a member of the Hyatt rewards program. The day before our visit I got an email asking if we had any special requests. We arrived early and were greeted warmly. We expected to drop off our luggage, but sour room was almost ready which meant we got to leave it in our room. We met the manager who was so friendly. Anytime we came in and out of the hotel we were warmly greeted. Our room was a lovely harbor view room. The bed was super comfortable you can make requests for feather or foam pillows or both. There is a desk and plenty of outlets and USB ports. The bathroom had a very good blow dryer. There was a shower stall. It had excellent water pressure. My only complaint at all would be there is nowhere in the shower stall for soap or toiletries. There is a decorative tiled cutout but the lower edge is slopped so that anything put there slides out. Everything needs to be stored on the floor. There is no low shelf for leg shaving or a grab bar. It isn't a huge deal for short stays but for multiple nights it could become an issue. read more

This is a nice hotel, fairly well laid out. My room was OK. The bathroom was a little odd. The toilet was like a public toilet. I posted a photo of it. The toilet was also very low to the ground. Weird. I've never seen a toilet like that in a hotel room. Outside of that, everything was fine with the room. The only downside was I was facing the harbor. It's a nice view but quite noisy due to all the traffic and construction. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room service food was delicious. read more

Enjoying a fabulous stay at the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor! On check-in I was helped at the World of Hyatt Desk by the equally Fabulous Natasha. She went above and beyond to find me the perfect room and made sure all my Globalist preferences were looked after. Natasha is super friendly and professional. After a long transcontinental flight today it was a pleasure to be cheerfully welcomed to the Hyatt by Natasha. Stayed here this past weekend for the last Otakon in Baltimore. It was mostly smooth sailing from check in to departure. There was a slight bit of confusion with the parking situation. We were parking off site and just dropping our bags off at the hotel, but the vallet was trying to insist we had to use their garage due to the volume of traffic coming in. Luckily my fiancé came back at that moment with our keys so we were able to unload our van and take the bags to the room as our other friend went to park off site. The vallet was just trying to move traffic along but I don't really appreciate being told i HAVE to use your garage if the van's only going to be there for about 10 minutes. The rest of the staff were very professional and pleasant. They provided some helpful directions for us as several parts of the skywalk were bring torn down during our visit and their directions saved us some valuable time from walking in the heat. The room itself was clean and spacious, and even included a mini fridge which was a huge plus and surprise. The fridge is an old mini bar they decommissioned and now let guests use free of charge (We called the front desk just to double check that we wouldn't be charged for using it.) My one complaint is there is a cafe that serves Starbucks coffee (Called Perks) on the second floor that had weird hours. I think it was only open in the morning as later on we tried to stop and grab a coffee (to avoid the massive line at the one in the convention center) only to find it was closed. Wish they had the hours posted. Overall one of the better hotels in the Harbor area with a big plus being the spacious rooms and helpful staff. Gonna miss this hotel since the convention is leaving the area but we'll keep them in mind if we visit the area for our future trips. read more

I really loved the rooms. They recently had a $10 million dollar renovation so each room is equipped with modern looking furniture and flat HD tv's! So why the low rating? The walls are really thin, so I didn't like hearing the neighbor's tv on at 8 am when I was still adjusting to eastern standard time from pacific standard time. Also, I knew a bride who got married here and the wedding planner WAS HORRIBLE. (This probably contributes to -2 stars) She was SO unprofessional, walking down the aisle right before the wedding began (is it so difficult to walk around?). No one knew where to go for hor deorves before the reception... she had to usher people around individually. And what tops the cake is that apparently she doesn't respond to emails and phone calls leading all the way up to the wedding. Yikes, would not have wanted to deal with her if I was the bride. Otherwise the food was good and the rooms were visually appealing. Not to mention that the hotel is located right next to inner harbor, so that you can walk to the shops and the WTC... the aquarium and the science center and a lot of worthwhile tourist destinations. But seriously, for the price I'm paying, I'd really wish I could have gotten some more sleep. read more

This hotel was beautiful! My husband and the boys were w/ me. Hubs was there for buisness. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It is right across the street from the harbor. Room service was nice for late night wings, fries and bread pudding. :) We ate brunch at their cafe and that was an all you can eat deal. The boys loved it and tried just about everything. Great location, unremarkable service. Except for the front desk staff, who were extraordinarily helpful, this hotel has a mediocre staff and mediocre food, and worse banquet catering. Mainly, it was a staff issue. The Good: it's a great location. A bridge will take you over to the waterfront Inner Harbor area and it's a half mile walk to beautiful Camden Yards. And a short half mile at that, you'll spend more time mounting the ramp to the upper decks than you will walking to the park. Parking is next to the hotel--swing in from Light Street on the right (beware of the MBT buses that peel off and cut you off as you try to turn in, get into the right lane immediately. Or you'll have to go around the block.) It's twenty a day self park and not difficult to maneuver. The hotel public areas are nice looking. The architecture is 80's--glass and steel and concrete, with those glass pod elevators everyone was so hyped about thirty years ago. OOoo! Look! We can see down into the atrium! Yep, the Eighties were all about that. The rooms are unremarkable and not that big, but adequate. The decor is a paean to Bland (plain abstract pictures, beige and white on beige decor). The bedding is hypoallergenic and covered with dust-mite-excluding polyester covers. These tightly woven covers prevent dust mite infestation and are a brilliant touch. Only--the bedding had feathers (the pillows) and those are allergic beyond belief. But the staff did have non-allergenic pillows available. The sheets are a bit slick because they are not cotton but a blend. No minibar. There WAS a minibar but it was empty. On top was one of those one cup brewers for coffee or tea and Starbucks Verona and decaf Verona pods. Lipton tea and the usual skimpy one sugar, one pink packet and one tiny creamer. Paper cups. No bottled water. They also have a number of toiletries you might have forgotten available at not charge...but you have to ask. What's laid on in the room is basic; toothpaste, lotion, shampoo, a bar of soap. Nice soap. The bathroom is a bit small and the vanity shelf is only as wide as a stick of gum--so it's hard to put out your dopp kit AND a makeup bag, if there are two of you. And only one sink. The shower had one of the best shower heads I've used, loved it--you swivel the head inside a ring and it goes from rain water to pulse to stream to flat jet. Likey! The Bad: The beds are just ok, not great. I had a double, not a king, but it was tolerable. Some other of my party felt the bed wasn't comfy. Maybe not all the beds were updated. The room wasn't serviced. I was at early events, then late afternoon needed to rest up, shower, and dress for evening festivities. Room not done up, no new towels and the staff beating on the door during nap time. If you can't get to a room before 4:30pm, don't knock on my door. So no clean towels or anything for the entire stay. I was too annoyed to go chase down housekeeping and get them to do up the room. They had from 7am onward so what's the hold-up? The rooms are noisy--older building, thin walls. There is a white noise generator in the room to help you with this issue but they don't work on thumps. Just traffic noises and voices. The catering: wow. Our entire table was neglected. No water, no wine, no coffee. The entire evening. And what was funny was we were by the wait station, so it's not like they didn't see us. And one of us specified NO NUTS and every dish had...NUTS. THe entire table was laden with nuts and even though a nut-free option was ordered, they didn't come by with the no-nuts to our table (because we were apparently invisible the entire evening.) When the dessert of NUTS showed up, I complained and was offered a vegan cake (which I was suspicious about, as vegan food features a lot of ....NUTS) and a tiny tiny fruit cup, the size of a baby food serving. Two pieces of melon and a blackberry. So that's what my dinner consisted of, along with one piece of dried out bread--as they'd cut it and put it out hours before. The steak we were offered was so tough it couldn't be cut by the plain (not steak) knife. Was supposedly "filet" but it was tough, overdone, and soaked in a salty brine. The fish was dried out. The asparagus was completely raw, in the cheating method of caterers these days, who do not blanch vegetables, but coat raw ones with butter to prevent overcooking. By not cooking at all. I hate that--happens all the time with haricot beans as well. It's raw. Gross when buttered. The breakfast was the usual greasy eggs, pastries, no toast, fruit showed up sometimes, and no plain non-sugared bread, sausages and very sorry bacon. There was the usual sugared and sugar free yogurt. If you want plain, that's for European holidays. Americans want sweets. Summary: pretty much what you find in an American "five star" hotel these days unless you are lucky. read more

Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor...June 2016...3 stars...nice convention-type hotel with an excellent location and reasonable price. This hotel is large convention center...meaning it is set up to take in a lot of people, move a lot of people around, and send a lot of people on their way. They seem to do it very well...so it is a convention hotel with more average amenities rather than a specialty hotel with a bit more deluxe features. On the nights we were there a neuropathologist convention was in the building...PhDs and MDs everywhere. The location on the Inner Harbor is wonderful - nice and safe. You can walk to most attractions in the Inner Harbor, and Camden Yard with the Orioles is just four blocks away. So park your car and walk to places. Parking is available in the building...valet or self. The front door people were very nice and accommodating. Ft. McHenry - a five star War of 1812 site - is a short drive away, as are many other attractions. Since this is Baltimore, you are also just 35 miles or so from Washington DC...an easy hop on the interstate just down the street. On arrival...the four of us found three towels in the room and the usual incorrect count of amenities...i.e. one little shampoo bottle wasn't going to make it. But after we called they buried us in bathroom supplies...so no complaint. I still wonder though why they ask how many in the party when you register but never tell housekeeping the answer. The price point and location really seal the deal here...you'll be hard pressed to find this quality at this price at this close-in location. Nice outdoor pool on the lower roof...nice Bistro for meals and after dinner libations. We'd stay again in a minute. read more

Everything is great about this Hotel. The price is right. The location is fantastic. The views are amazing. Super clean and neat. Amenities are top notch. Most importantly, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Natasha really helped me out when I needed some assistance in switching rooms! It rained a little on our trip and we were stuck in the hotel with 7 kids and 4 adults but because there were plenty of "hang out areas" we still all enjoyed every minute of our stay. After perusing a few hotels in the Inner Harbor area for a quick weekend trip to the National Aquarium, I went with the Hyatt because they had a package that included passes and discounted parking in their attached garage. Convenience! I rejoiced, because the other hotels I looked at didn't have obvious parking information and the costs just added up to too much when you factored in aquarium tickets. Anyway--that's a long-winded introduction to say that choosing the Hyatt for our weekend was the best choice I could have made. The service was impeccable. I emailed regarding the aquarium tickets because we wanted to arrive early on Saturday, and André from the Front Office responded almost immediately. He was there when we arrived, shook my hand and wished my husband a happy birthday. When we got back from lunch and finally relaxed in our room, we were welcomed by a handwritten note and a special birthday treat. André is exactly the kind of person the hospitality industry needs; he goes above and beyond the call of duty, striving to make sure the guest has a good experience. We stay at Hyatt brand hotels when possible, and this is--by far--the best service we've had. The hotel itself was very nice. The walls are a bit thin, so we heard someone's baby, but that's to be expected in hotels. Our view of the harbor was gorgeous. This Hyatt probably has some of the best views of all the hotels in the Inner Harbor. There are pedestrian bridges to easily cross to the Light Street Pavilion and into the Harbor complex. It's walking distance to all of the Harbor attractions. I kind of thought this trip to Baltimore would be a one-off thing, but I'm already thinking about when we could go back. The Hyatt Regency will make an excellent home base for exploring other Baltimore attractions--and going back to the Aquarium on a day other than a summer Saturday! read more

The room was nice, location is fantastic, but how can a major hotel that has been in this location for decades not be able to handle customers attending a local event? Paul McCartney concert was at Camden Yards 2 blocks away. The line for check in was 2 hours long (check in is pushed out to start at 4pm!), then SO MANY rooms weren't ready even at 6pm. They held our bags and we went to the show, came back and stood in line for another half hour with a swarm of other people who were in the same boat. No water available in the lobby dispenser - we asked for some bottled water and were given 2 bottles. We pointed out that there were 4 of us and were begrudgingly given 2 more bottles after an eye roll and theatrical sigh. The gentleman checking bags was also helping people take bags to their rooms, so he was swamped. The front desk was only partially staffed. It was a sh!t show to put it mildly. Most of the staff tried very hard, but they were understaffed and Hyatt should be ashamed of how they have let things go. I could go on, but you get the idea. This is a great property, but the service should have been so much better. read more

Our stay was excellent. Part of the positive experience was due to the fact that the Inner Harbor, and by extension - the Hyatt, was awesomely dead during the weekend before Xmas. The hotel staff was lovely. The only hiccup was upon check out when we ordered a bell hop and none showed up. Thought maybe they were busy, but when we got down to the car, they were standing around chatting with one another. That said, Duquan was fantastic. He helped us on the way in and again helped us to load the car up on the way out. If you stay here, do everything you can to get a harbor view. You won't regret paying a little more. I rate the view better than most and I've had some great views over the years - Boston, Times Square, even a rustic resort in Washington overlooking a white capped mountain. On the downside, the garage is not attached to the hotel. On the upside, you can get directly over to the harbor view the skywalk. Thumbs down on the lobby decor - it's outdated. But the room was upgraded. Super quiet room; comfy solid bed. All in all, I would absolutely recommend the Hyatt if you are staying in town. read more

The place was very clean and offered complimentary infused cucumber and strawberry water. The pool areas was very well kept and they have a bar for you to enjoy while you lounge as well. The staff was not very welcoming at all and would walk by without giving a smile or good morning. read more

The hotel staff was efficient and accommodating, especially Casandra and Chris at the desk for the past three days during our stay even Paul the Valet super nice . The hotel was clean and security was definitely a number one priority . One minor issue w the ice machines availability but it was rectified .Other wise no complaints , definitely recommend - especially location w a habor view. read more

We where staying a week for a medical conference for the JSRDF foundation, and I'm going to be honest but fair in my review the good ________ Staff where nice Great location rooftop pool fitness area the bad ________ WiFi was cutting in and out T.V had a few to no channels lack of garbage cans around the main floor garbage cans in the rooms were to small pool ladders were dangerous (especially for kids with balance issues) the pool had "black mold" the food was fast food quality cleaning crew came 3 times a day to rooms Me, trying to get out of the pool, I ended up with a bump on my leg, cause it was so slippery, But I guess that's my own fault in a way I would honest to god give this place a 3.9. I wanted and was expecting to give this place a better rating, But based on how many negatives than positives I think it's a fair rating read more

Well earned 5 star review for an excellent all-around stay. Room: Comfy Bed, large TV, beautiful views downtown, large walk-in shower with granite tile. Other perks: super nice gym loaded with equipment, towels, water and fruit; fast elevators that overlook the harbor; pedestrian bridge over the street to aquarium and harbor; a bar that looked pretty decent. Service was outstanding from start to finish. Staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and helped me with my bags. I needed to dry my hoodie after it got soaked and they let's guests use washer and dryer for free! I later lost my car key and staff went above and beyond to help me find it. I ended up finding it in the drier I used for my hoodie! Conference facilities also worked out nicely for the training that I attended. I'm going to take advantage of future opportunities to go on work trips here! read more
