I had an extremely disappointing experience with this body shop. From the very beginning, the communication was terrible. I was originally told my vehicle would be ready in about five days, by the end of the week. Later, I received another call saying it would instead be ready by Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, and no one contacted me. I had to call them myself, and they told me they would call me back--but they never did. The following day, I had to call again because I still hadn't received any update. Once again, I was given another estimate and told it would probably be ready by the weekend. Finally, I received a call saying my vehicle would be ready for pickup at 3:00 p.m. that day. Since I didn't have anyone available to drive me there, I explained that I would pick it up Saturday morning, and they assured me that would be fine. About an hour and a half later, they called back to tell me that my vehicle actually wasn't ready because they didn't have the staff to finish the process, and I would have to wait until Monday. What was originally supposed to be a five-day repair ended up taking almost two and a half weeks. To make matters worse, when I picked up my vehicle, it was almost completely out of gas. I clearly remember leaving it with fuel, yet I got it back with the gas gauge nearly empty. When I got home, I realized one of my personal belongings was missing: a hair clip that cost about $90. It had been inside my trunk before I left my car at the shop, and I have a witness who saw it there. When I called to report the missing item, I was immediately told they didn't take anything and weren't responsible. No one offered to investigate or even showed any concern. Instead, I was dismissed, and the call ended in a very unprofessional manner. I understand that delays can happen, but customers deserve honest communication, respect for their property, and accountability. Throughout the entire process, I was the one constantly calling for updates because no one kept me informed. The repair took far longer than promised, and I ended up missing a valuable personal item with no effort made to resolve the situation. Between the excessive delays, the poor communication, my missing personal property, and now the missing fuel, I left feeling like my vehicle had not been treated with the care or respect any customer should expect.. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Poor communication, repeated delays, and the complete lack of responsibility regarding my missing property made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. read more

My wife was the recipient of a bad out of town driver that t-boned her BMW. A different body shop was clearly in it for the $, versus taking care of the client. They immediately took the car apart to access damages.(charged $2k for that) along with a $500 admin fee and a $125 per day "storage fee", (racking up the bill to the insurance co.) While the wrongful drivers insurance company dragged their feet on the claim, my insurance company elected to deem my car a total loss and wanted to pay me off. I wasn't willing to accept the offer, so they gave me a lesser offer and I told them I would keep the car and have it repaired. This is where I-10 Collision comes in. First off....Art is a Rockstar! He was very thorough with his explanation on how things were going to happen. The job quote came in Thousands of $'s less then the original shop, and the car came out pristine. Its very telling when you walk into the "shop" and the floor is clean enough to eat off of! All parts were clearly marked and organized. This company saved my nerves and mind. When I left my 2017 car with them to fix I was safe. Mind you only had the car 3 days so this was close to my heart. From the moment I walked in I was at ease. I had my Geico insurance rep there, the warm friendly staff and my rental waiting for me. I had a out of state time crunch and this crew out did themselves done in 14 days. They worked directly w my insurance adjuster and car dealer and my rental car. They literally took care of all the details and I didn't even have to return rental car they did it for me. We're in town visiting from Phoenix and ran over a piece of tire on the way in. It tore a piece of fortified cardboard that covers the engine compartment from below, causing it to get stuck dragging under the car. I called I-10 collision and they were able to have me come in the same day. They removed the damaged piece for free in less than 10 minutes. Dropped off my fender bender problem car on Thursday, and had it back on Friday (next day) before the Labor Day weekend. They removed scratches and deformations as well as repainting the fender/rear quarter panel and rear bumper. They blended everything perfectly. Looks as good as new. Save your vehicle please. This is a horrible place, if your insurance sends you here like mine did just say no, they replaced my vehicle parts with used parts which were not in good condition. The paint had bubbles all over, the vehicle was a total mess. I am not even sure if my lease will accept the vehicle back at this condition. read more

Luis customer service is the very best. He took his time to explain the problem with my 2019 Toyota Highlander. He fixed it on the spot and did not charge me. Said if it continues his he will need to order new part and gave me an estimate for the part and labor. I can't say enough good things about Luis. read more
