Really good soups. You can taste them too before you buy. My favorite spot in the market.

Caprese 10/10 I got the side portion, which was three huge slices of tomato and mozzarella. The tomato was super fresh and perfectly ripe- not too hard and not too soft. The mozzarella was fresh and delicious. The amount of oil and balsamic was perfect. Even though it was a side portion, it was definitely something that could be shared between two people, if you're trying to save room for your meal! Chicken parm 8/10 Chicken was tender and juicy. The breading had a good flavor and was fried super crunchy. Pasta was cooked perfectly, my coworker just wasn't a huge fan of the flavor of the red sauce, and how overly crunch the breading was, which is why he gave it an 8. Chicken piccata 9/10 Sauce was yummy. Risotto was delicious! Stuffed shells (Tuesday special) 9/10 Shells were cooked great. The sauce had a good flavor. The cheese was also a good flavored blend and kept its shape even when you cut the shell, I just personally would have liked it to be a touch more melty and gooey. I loved all the cheese on top too! Absolutely love that the entrees come with a glass of wine and a side salad.

Just a steak sandwich with sauce. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap...there was no ranch. Bacon was overcooked, chicken was dry. Luckily the cheese pizza was made correctly. This used to be a favorite spot to go in Hershey but the last few visits have been disappointments.

When I brought them pizza, it was always from their old fave. But since I have to drive 30 minutes, the pizza was always tepid by the time we ate. They are not ones to embrace change but today was going to be the day. Palermos's had great ratings and was only 3 miles from them. I ordered directly on the website - they advertise that it's cheaper that way - they're absolutely right. Waze bushwhacked me there and back - traffic was horrendous with families trying to get into the park. Even though I ordered with a specific pick up time, I still had a short wait. I people watched as they came in and out buying individual slices. And the pizza here? Whoa! Amazing! My new fave! I ordered a large Sicilian with mushrooms, onions and pepperoni and a side of fried zucchini. The pizza was absolutely loaded with toppings. I ordered it baked well expecting the crusty burnt cheese on the sides. There was none of that but I would definitely order it that way again. The pizza had 12 large square slices. I struggled to eat 1 1/2 slices. I think I'll order it cut into 16 slices next time. The zucchini was meh at best. It's probably not fair this far east, but I rate all fried zucchini to Pittsburgh style zucchini. This was not it. I wouldn't waste my time on it again. I can't even remember the last time I've had Sicilian pizza this good. I don't know when I'll be back in the area but next time I'm definitely ordering pizza from Palermo's.

Love their Pizza. The dough is flavorful, sauce is perfect, they dont overload the cheese.read more

Started with some drinks while we waited for others to arrive. Solid selection of fine wines and cocktails to choose from. Picked an old fashioned with redbreast - very good. Small hiccup with a missed drink order but that was quickly handled. Very friendly and polite waitress that evening, missed her name but would recommend her again. She had noticed a few of my family members including my wife were expecting babies so she brought out a few shirts as presents for them. Appetizers were tasty , along with the salad with the house dressing already on the table. Very fresh. I chose the "homemade lasagna challenge" if finished you earn a certificate! Which I did in fact finish. It's not a giant piece , it was good , maybe make it a bit bigger/ harder ? There was a little trouble with an entree being dumped but that was quickly re-fired in the kitchen and out very fast , no trouble at all, simply an accident. Dessert was the deconstructed version of a cannoli. Lots of cannoli pieces and dip. All in all it was a great night enjoyed, solid service , we will be back again soon.

The sandwich was stuffed full and even without sides I had plenty of food! The restaurant was pretty quiet but is laid back and you could definitely bring the whole family. Service was a little slow but everyone was very nice. I recommend Primanti Bros if you're looking for a unique filling meal!

Wednesday, August 12- lunch I rarely, if ever, write…read morenegative reviews, and I would have much preferred to handle this situation privately with a manager. Unfortunately, because I was not given the opportunity to do so, I feel I have no alternative but to share our experience. We decided to give Primanti Bros. in Hershey a try for lunch today, but unfortunately, we never even made it to ordering. From the moment we walked in, the young blonde hostess was unwelcoming and incredibly short with us. There was no greeting. She asked if we needed children's menus, and when I said we needed two, her response was simply that she only had one. There was no offer to get another one or even a friendly acknowledgment. We asked to sit outside, and she took us to a table in the direct sun, put the menus down, and walked away without saying anything. We asked if we could sit at another table that was outside but shaded. We were told no because it hadn't been wiped off yet and was dirty. Rather than offering to have it cleaned, she pointed us toward another table and walked away. Throughout the interaction, she was short, rolled her eyes, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. At that point, we decided to leave. What was even more disappointing was what happened when I called immediately afterward. I specifically asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to give management the opportunity to address the situation directly rather than post a negative review. The same hostess apparently answered the phone and refused to put me through to a manager unless I first told her what the call was about. When I said I preferred to discuss the matter directly with the manager, she asked, "Are you the one who just walked out of here that I was trying to seat?" She told me the manager, April, would not be available for at least an hour, but continued to insist that I could not speak with her unless I first explained the situation to the hostess. We are local and had decided to give Primanti Bros. a try, but after this experience, we won't be returning. We ended up going across the street to The Grill instead, which was wonderful. What is most frustrating is that this entire situation could have been handled with a little kindness and basic customer service. And even after the poor experience, I was willing to address it privately and give management an opportunity to respond. Unfortunately, I wasn't given that opportunity. A hostess is often the first impression of a restaurant, and unfortunately, ours was bad enough that we chose to walk out before we ever ordered. I genuinely hope management sees this review and uses it as an opportunity to address how guests are welcomed and how concerns are handled.
