If you love tacos def. come here to get your fix. They have a week day buffet lunch special which is all you can eat. (Not sure if it's weekends too). If you like big lunches and you don't want the specialty tacos, it's a great deal on a budget. The carne asada tacos are delicious as well as the Tacos Locos. These are Mexican style tacos meaning small corn tortilla and basically just the meat and maybe some onions. If you prefer flour tortillas just ask them to use flour instead of corn. I've had the burrito here twice. It's ok and hits the spot if you're in the mood for one. The wet one is most popular and the only one I've tried. Appetizers I've tried is the chips and guac and the tostones. The guacamole is so delicious but really expensive at $13. I mean let's be honest, we know guac is always extra but that's the same price as an entree! An avocado is not that expensive and they use two MAX. The tostones appetizer is also very delicious. We came here during happy hour M-F 3-6, $2 beer and free nachos. Good thing we brought the flyer from where we were staying, because there was a bit of confusion about the pricing. It also appeared that you have to ask for the nachos, because the tables around us got just chips and salsa. Maybe you get a choice? Mediocre food, horrendous service. Bland guacamole, no salt or spice and way too much cilantro. Avocado was a bit firm, under ripe. Service was awful, he brought my guacamole and chips with no silverware or napkin and forgot again with my entree, then I waited 5 minutes for it. I ordered the tacos with grilled shrimp, shrimp was just boiled. Slaw was overly wet and the first taco basically fell apart so I ate the second one with a fork and left the third, too much effort. I asked for a side of guacamole, listed as $3.99 and was charged $8.99 for it. When I questioned it the server just shrugged. Finding it was a challenge but once we walked in, I was excited to see how "Instagram worthy" the inside was decorated. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations. The food was good however the service was terribly slow. To set the scene, there were only 3 parties dining during the time I was there, including me. I ordered a Diet Coke and my partner ordered a Gin & tonic - it took 6 minutes to get our drinks. Normally, I wouldn't complain about that but when you only have 3 tables and you're standing behind the bar talking, it's very frustrating to watch. First off, if I was reviewing just the Ignacio Nachos this would be a solid 5 stars from me, and you can read my review of the other location to confirm that...but this location had some service issues which had left me hesitant to come back. After receiving an email from them (not sure how I got on their mailing list) I saw they were advertising Cinco De Mayo specials from the 1st - 5th. $3.99 Margaritas, free nachos etc. So after a long day at Slide The City we headed over. We arrived at 3:29pm and I swore the email said this special started at 3:30pm, so we asked and the waitress was told happy hour started in 1 minute. I'm pretty sure if we hadn't asked about this special it wouldn't have been brought up, since the free nachos weren't mentioned either at any point. I let that slide since I came for the Ignacio Nachos and I'm assuming whatever was free was not that. Though I must note - I just reread the email and it clearly says 3-6pm, so I'm not sure what the fuss about waiting 1 minute to 3:30pm was.... hmmmm. Ok, so we ordered the Ignacio Nachos and some margaritas. I honestly had intended to get another dish, but those nachos are soooo damn big (in a good way) and after 3 or 4 of us dug in and ate them all we had no room left. Seriously these things are like crack. 10 stars good. Since I felt like I needed to order a little more, plus wanting something sweet, I went with the Tres Leches Cake, which I split with Alma H. and found a bit disappointing. Definitely wouldn't order this again here. So then we waited. Sure we were all in deep conversation, but there was a good 30 minutes at the end where I literally watched every single server bypass our table and refuse to make eye-contact with me. 30 minutes, and that's just what I counted - it was probably at least 45 minutes of zero interaction with our table!! Do you know how many more margaritas I could have drunk if anyone bothered to ask? Finally I had speak up and say excuse me just to get the check. Which I will note was split easily without much hassle. But all in all, that 30+ minutes of being completely ignored left me a bit annoyed. WOW! Totally unexpected wonderful experience, not my first time but definitely not my last! Showed up Thursday at 5pm & it was happy hour... which is awesome well anyway it was also LADIES NIGHT 2 for 1 (but I'm no alcoholic so I stuck to one) Ordered the margarita with the free nachos.... the free nachos where delectable! Ground pork, cheese, tomatoes, love & cheese sauce to perfect them! Then... as if it wasn't enough the waiter hooked us up with an order of complimentary ceviche, delicious, lemony & fresh! YUM! For the main course my friend and I split the Wet Burrito and substituted the pork for carne asada. It was wonderfully filling & definitely large enough to share... share, don't be a fat ass or you'll die, no lie. The service is great & the location even though hidden is beautifully decorated with moderately loud music playing for a fun & hip environment. I first tried "I Love Tacos" located in Pembroke Pines. I remember leaving that dining experience, not impressed. But I decided to give "I Love Tacos" located in Weston a 2nd chance. My boyfriend and I dined here on a Friday night. We just missed happy hour (which ended at 6pm) but I didn't mind since I purchased the $15 for $30 off Yelp. For appetizers, we ordered the ignacio nachos -topped with melted dip of three cheeses, pico de gallo and picadillo. I've seen the pictures of these nachos on Yelp, but I couldn't believe how HUGE they were. Those nachos are enough for at least 4 people to share. The nachos were simply delicious! For entrees; I ordered the wet burrito - chipotle ground beef, mexican cheese, rice and beans topped with 3 cheese sauce, and my boyfriend ordered the habanero cream enchiladas - seasoned chicken breast, topped with a succulent habanero cream sauce and melted chihuahua cheese, served with rice and beans on the side. The wet burrito reminded me of the ignacio nachos, just in burrito form. It was huge and delicious! I didn't try the habanero cream enchiladas, since I don't like spicy. But my boyfriend really enjoyed his meal. I think he primarily enjoyed the rice and beans that were served on the side. Overall: Food was really good. I have been hearing about this place from a friend over in Lauderdale so when I heard one was opening up right here in Weston I was stoked! After much anticipation we finally made over for a late lunch about a week after opening. While not busy at lunch, understandably, you can tell they are steadily picking up new customers. The food was great and tasted really authentic, like street food in Mexico authentic! The prices are very reasonable and staff very friendly and quick! I have mixed feelings. The kids bean and cheese burrito was great. My sueza enchiladas had good flavor but was way too spicy. We also got a shrimp burrito that was good as well. The service wasn't so great - brought us our food and that's it until the check came - luckily we didn't need anything or refill on drinks. :/ The light situation in there is mind boggling. The strobe lights made me feel like I was going to have a seizure. If you have any medical conditions that you are sensitive to things like that I would not come in here. Which is why if we were to come back which I think we will we will definitely get to-go! I don't know how this place is in business. Went here a year ago and had a horrible experience but I thought I would give them one last try. So sorry I did. This was the worst experience. So many things went wrong I'm just going to list them: 1.Dirty silverware 2. they didn't bring half my order because they forgot about it 3. they messed up my friends order and then charged him extra to fix it 4. their food is tasteless disgusting garbage 5. servers had horrible attitudes and most of them didn't speak English 6. they never once refilled our drinks or came back to ask how everything was 7. they charged me for a beer when all I had was a water. When I politely asked the server to correct the bill she called me a liar and told me I had a beer. There wasn't even a beer on the table and no one in my party ordered a beer 8. when it was time to pay, some guy came over to take our payment (not our server) who was dripping in sweat. He was so wet he looked like he just jumped in the pool. It was disgusting. We think he was the cook. We were all nauseous after this. I stumbled onto this place by accident. While my dad was recovering from surgery at Cleveland Clinic we went looking for a quick bite to eat. We heard someone mention I Love Tacos and we were sold. It's tucked away next to the Comfort Inn in a business warehouse district. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you walk in you feel like you're in a Mexican courtyard. There is a fountain in the middle of the restaurant covered with flowers. The decor is vibrant with multi-colored chairs, tables covered with well known stars from Mexican cinema, art and historical figures. The ambiance is intimate with dimmed lights and colored lights beaming from the bar. The menu is pretty much what you've come to expect from Mexican restaurants. My sister and I kicked things off with guac and chips which featured a chili planted in the guacamole. The portion was more than generous and delicious! I appreciated that the chips weren't too salty which seems to be customary in most places. There were many delicious options to choose from for the main course, but we decided on the Al Pastor tacos which come three to an order. I was bummed that you could not mix and match the tacos because I was really hoping to try the chicken tinga and Baja tacos. The tacos were delicious and packed a nice flavor punch. The service was good and the server greeted us when we came in and thanked us as we left. I will definitely be back to check out other items on the menu! read more

I personally did not step into the establishment, which is why I've given them at least a 2 star since I cannot rate them on their service or location. I ordered their food via ubereats and I personally have not been this disappointed in a restaurant in a very long time. We ordered their chicken burrito which is to come with chicken, rice, refried beans and cheese. Just one bite into this burrito and my mouth couldn't have been dryer. The rice was dry and so was the shredded chicken, there was no refried beans or cheese! We deconstructed it to make sure and yup, nothing. We ordered a bean and cheese burrito which surprisingly came with rice as well even though it did not specify it on the menu, and it was also just as "dry". Our chips and salsa were as stale as could be, and super oily. The salsa, was a total disappointment with no flavor. And our picadillo tacos had potential but man was the execution had not there and they were excessively oily as well. I've eaten plenty of Mexican food, both home-cooked and at restaurants, and I really don't like to Bash businesses. Things were going well until we got the check. Turns out that same flyer had the buffet price at $14.99 on the same day as the $10.99 price. I went here on a Wednesday night, and the place was very busy. Unfortunately they were also understaffed. There was no attention to who came in the door, and I had to ask to be served. In addition I had to go up to the bar to ask to pay. I ordered shrimp tacos to 12$, which was 3 tacos, a total of maybe 10 small shrimps on a bed of cabbage, cilantro and chopped tomatoes, with a runny type of sauce. The best thing about the tacos where the tacos themselves ( tasted home made). The food was slammed on my table, I had to ask for silverware and napkins, and nobody ever came and checked on me. The only reason I tipped was because I felt sorry for the ones working there, trying to manage the chaos. I can not understand why it was even busy.
