Been coming here for YEARS now so I'm not sure why I never wrote a review until now. To keep in short and simple, everything on the menu is 10/10!!! Every savory snack or meal and every single drink. You cannot go wrong! Each I-Tea is independently owned and operated so their menu may vary, especially with the food menu. Personally I order the same thing every single time I come here which is the short ribs bao, soy wings and Oreo milk tea. I think there's still a few items I haven't tried yet but I find myself ordering the same things every single time and I'm still not sick of it!!! The staff is always friendly and this place pretty much is always busy. If you come during the weekday afternoon there's always middle school and high school kids hanging out so those are their peak hours I would say. But people are good about being in and out so we usually get a table and enjoy our food. There is a good amount of chairs and table inside and they are usually clean. Solid spot I've been going to since childhood, most of us really. The food is pretty good, haven't gotten anything lately though so not sure if that's changed to be honest. The drinks have gone down in quality a bit after they changed their cups too, oddly enough. But still decently priced drinks compared to a lot of other chain/mediocre tea shops (that are more Vietnamese-centric anyway). Signature Milk Tea used to come in a way bigger cup than a lot of the usual-sized drinks, but they've sized everything down to one cup size. read more

There is a large parking lot, so parking was easy to find; though it was not pleasant to walk around since there were quite a couple of homeless people looking by. It was a good size and good price, but I would probably decrease the sugar by a level. The ice melt pretty fast so I wouldn't get any less than 80% ice, especially on a hot day. Can be very underwhelming if you're looking for juicy bites of chicken. Each snack is now ranging from $8+ thanks to inflation. It's kind of hard to justify the prices for each now, especially considering how inconsistent the portions are. I recently went in to order some drinks and wings after waiting in line for 20 mins (no surprises line is always). When it got to my turn, I ordered a drink that by default came with toppings. The cashier told me it was default and I said I knew about it because it was my go-to order. So I told the cashier to remove that topping and replace it with boba. She nodded but then rushed me to pay for my order. When it came out....(you guess it) it was wrong and had 2 different toppings on there. I've been to iTea on several occasions in the past but have never hit the mark to getting me hooked. I ordered their Honey Brown Rice Milk Tea at this last visit and while it was good, it did not have the prominent taste of tea which is something I always look for in my Milk Tea drinks. It was a bit overpowered with milk and sugar(?), and they added too much agar boba and not enough basil seeds (both toppings come standard with the drink). I also ordered the Mango Habanero Wings and asked if it could be prepared more spicy than their regular version -- and was told no. Interesting. The staff weren't the friendliest and they all looked frazzled (not organized and scrambling from every direction). Too many cooks in the kitchen and a missing head chef to direct traffic.
