First timers here! Cindy was incredibly thorough and patient waking me through the menu, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong thing for my daughter. Personally I order the same thing every single time I come here which is the short ribs bao, soy wings and Oreo milk tea. I think there's still a few items I haven't tried yet but I find myself ordering the same things every single time and I'm still not sick of it!!! The staff is always friendly and this place pretty much is always busy. If you come during the weekday afternoon there's always middle school and high school kids hanging out so those are their peak hours I would say. But people are good about being in and out so we usually get a table and enjoy our food. There is a good amount of chairs and table inside and they are usually clean. I've been coming here for years. Their popcorn chicken is amazing, actually the best popcorn chicken in town. It is super garlicky and flavorful which I can't find any other location can replicate. It was a good size and good price, but I would probably decrease the sugar by a level. The ice melt pretty fast so I wouldn't get any less than 80% ice, especially on a hot day. Usually, I have a great outstanding service, but today, I walked in a felt an immediate hostile atmosphere. The young lady at the cash register was unfriendly throughout the ordering process. Literally, just aggressively put the drink down on the counter and the cup was all dirty and dripping with milk tea and didn't wipe it down like the staff usually do so I had to wipe it down myself. Can be very underwhelming if you're looking for juicy bites of chicken. Each snack is now ranging from $8+ thanks to inflation. It's kind of hard to justify the prices for each now, especially considering how inconsistent the portions are. Depending on the day and time that you order, don't expect the snack box to be filled to the brim. I've had orders where the box is full of fries or popcorn chicken or barely half way full. I love coming to this location mainly because the milk tea has always been pretty good and the food as well! I recently went in to order some drinks and wings after waiting in line for 20 mins (no surprises line is always). When it got to my turn, I ordered a drink that by default came with toppings. The cashier told me it was default and I said I knew about it because it was my go-to order. So I told the cashier to remove that topping and replace it with boba. She nodded but then rushed me to pay for my order. When it came out....(you guess it) it was wrong and had 2 different toppings on there. I asked her if she could fix it, and instead of acknowledging the issue, she told me I didn't tell her to remove the topping and then took my order away to get it fixed. I've been here many times (since this location has opened until now), but this is just poor customer service. I get it mistakes happen, but instead of pointing fingers at your customers...maybe acknowledge the issue and prompt a resolution to satisfy your customer! In any food/drink/retail business, customer experience is priority!
