Popped in with my daughter and our dog. It was awesome! Burgers were super yummy, drinks were top notch and loved that my puppy had a menu to choose from as well!! Plan to come back a lot!

This is a favorite dinner spot of mine in Castle Rock. I went here with a few friends of mine and I'm eager to return again soon! This place is clean, has good service and there is plenty of seating. We dined here on a Thursday evening. They also have a bar area for drinks and food. Our waitress was personable and quick to take our order. For my dinner I ordered 12 wings. You have a choice to order 6 or 11-12. I like that it comes with celery, carrots, along with ranch or bleu cheese dressing. It also comes with a side of fries. I like that this meal comes with these items without the need to ask for them. If you want to order 12 wings, I suggest bringing an appetite because it's a lot of food. I didn't eat all day and this meal filled me up. I didn't feel a need to have dessert afterwards. If you're looking for a casual restaurant with a sports bar type atmosphere, I suggest checking out I.C. Brewhouse. Food is good, restaurant is clean and service is reasonable. Looking forward to my next return! Soon, I hope!

I found this place while looking for beer flights to try while traveling back to Denver from Colorado Springs. We sat at a table and I ordered the flight of beer which was your choice of any 4 beers. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have much cider options, just one and no sour options. I ended up drinking two full ones and half of the other two. I debating on trying the margarita flight which I should've but it's all good. The sever was nice though

Honestly not terribly impressed considering the four-star average and convenience to my new house. Took awhile to get seated because no employees were present. Beer list is ok but nothing special. My Graham cracker porter was good, but it's not an impressive beer list considering it's billed as a brew house. Menu is rather limited if you're not into chicken wings or burgers. Sautéed cauliflower sounded great but ended up being seven bites of what tasted like frozen cauliflower with a sauce that tasted nothing like the advertised 'sweet heat glaze.' Bland and tasteless. Wouldn't recommend and certainly wouldn't try splitting with anyone else. Just not much there and not worth $10. I went with the turkey burger, which isn't really a turkey burger, or at least not like any one I've had before. It was two thin turkey patties (grilled cutlets?) that tasted more like turkey than any type of ground burger. My brioche bun was hard as a rock around the bottom edges but soggy in the middle from the juice. Again, wouldn't recommend. Fries were very good though. My wife enjoyed her 'build your own' veggie burger and fries too. Service was much better once we were seated, so I guess that's something. We may give them another shot, especially if there is a game on that's a must see.

Stopped by on the way out of Denver for a leisurely lunch. They have a good number of beers on menu for you to order and lots of great food options. The place is almost pristine; looks basically new and very well kept. Service was friendly, but a bit slow at times since it seemed only one person was working the interior tables on a Friday afternoon. Some of the food ordered at the table included nachos, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, flatbreads, and the Salmon BLT. Everyone enjoyed the food, portions were very generous, and so we all left full and happy. Give this place a try if you are in the area!

Wings are the bomb especially the Colorado Blend. The sesame sweet heat is also a big hit with my boys. The beers are always cold and the servers are always so nice. Perfectly poured beers.

Came in Monday night after climbing at Ubergrippen, and it was pretty dead. But the burger we got was delicious, cooked medium and super juicy. The charred broccoli Caesar salad was delicious as well. Who knew charred broccoli could taste so good in a salad?! My partner and I split a pint of a dark lager and were very satisfied with our meal. Could see how fun this place might be on a Friday night! Lots of TVs for watching games as well.

Place is so great for a neighborhood bar and food joint. Great games, beer and food. Haven't had a bad item, yet. Service is a bit disorganized, though the staff always have smiles on their faces. Our waitress Alexa was outstanding. She recommended the chips & dip trio appetizers and they were outstanding. For our lunch entrée she recommended the chicken Caprese sandwich and I went with the brewhouse burger. I asked for medium rare and she said we do pink and no pink. I asked her for pink pink and pink. Unfortunately the kitchen let her down completely. I received a burger so well done that it was not edible and I only ate half of it. The seasoning, the onions, pickles, spicy mayonnaise complemented the burger itself but the patty was so well done I should've sent it back to the kitchen. The overall space was outstanding, a great outside area, a good place to come and catch a sporting event on their multiple TVs. I will definitely come back again but stay away from the burgers. The Chicken Caprese was delicious. Their fries were crispy seasoned delicately and tasted very good. read more

I stumbled upon this place when looking for a place to dine with a dog friendly patio. Had a great time, appreciated the heat lamps. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Yesterday we stopped in to check out this new brewhouse. We had a small issue getting served the first few minutes we were there, but management responded by comping my first drink. After that, it was smooth sailing, especially for an opening night. The beer was cold and the food was good! Great food, amazing service and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Dogs are welcome on the patio and they even have a great dog menu for the pups. Everyone stopped by to say hi to us and Sterling, my Jindo Husky mix (but mainly Sterling). Our Server was Codi and she was great. Super attentive and friendly. Castle Rock!! Finally a place that's open past 10pm!! Thank you IC Brewhouse for saving the day! We usually travel into Park Meadows because everything in CR (that has decent beer) closes at 9pm. Beer and food was amazing! I prefer lighter beer- upslope lager- best beer in CR. My husband likes dark- son of a baptist- does not disappoint! Has the best dark coffee taste! AND of course the food... I got the chicken pesto pasta and my husband got the Cuban sandwich with garlic Parmesan fries. Great food! Great beer! GREAT atmosphere! And love that they are open late. Good burgers at lunch. Went back for evening and sat on patio. Inside way too bright, would not sit inside too sterile for us- need to dim lights for atmosphere. Patio could also turn off overhead lights and just use the string lighting. Bar service a bit slow. Good wings and jalapeño poppers. read more

These guys get five stars purely for the service and treatment of dogs. If you like bringing your dog out, your dog will be royalty and the doggie menu is pretty damn good. The food is excellent but tell them how you want your burger cooked because mine came well done. Otherwise, this is a must-visit place. read more

The pretzel appetizer was yummy and they offer Beyond burger substitution which is great for vegan/vegetarian option. This place is awesome. We've been 3 times and we've always been super happy. The wings and fries are super legit. Seriously, I'd put them up against anyone's. Their beer selection has a great range and has a nice representation of local craft breweries on tap (2 from 105West on our last trip). Great craft cocktails too. Like sports? Unfortunately 3 out of 5 orders in our party came with burned fries. I also wish that the aioli was specified as a mayonnaise base, although that's on me to ask. I am more sensitive right now as I just got food poisoning a few weeks ago... I left after eating a few fresh fries they brought out after we asked for a new batch. Went to this place one night after eating at the Library next door and I wish I hadn't. The bartender was probably the rudest person in food service that I have ever encountered. Not a bad atmosphere, the place was only 1/3 full compared to the library which was packed from the time we got there to the time we left. Probably because the service is so shitty. read more

Of the 3-4 places within walking distance of one another in this area, this spot has the best bar food by far. Super friendly staff also. Poppers and Pizza Rolls are great - boneless wings (always a risk) were ok - I knew I should have gone with the bone-in. I really like "hot" wings- the hot here is what I would call medium - would love to see them add another level. Burgers are very good. Good beers - I like the in house one. I agree with the other review that it is too bright inside - at least at night. Patio is great - I will be back for sure! Great addition for the Meadows! read more

I LOVE this place!! The food is amazing, the vibe of the place is perfect for me and my family, and the service is great! I want to give a shout-out to CJ. My husband and I have stopped here twice in the past week and the food is excellent. We've tried quite few options on the menu and we highly recommend all of the food we tried. The draft beer options are also great. The decor is very nice inside. Beautiful wall murals. Many large TVs to watch sports. We will be back for sure!! Popped in to see when this place might open, and we happened to be their first customers on opening day! IC Brewhouse is super clean, bright, and inviting. Every employee we met (bartender, servers, GM, and owner) was super polite, approachable, and appreciative! Plenty of seating, beautiful murals of Castle Rock, and lots of TVs (will be awesome for football season!).. We had a couple of appetizers and they were tasty! Amazing experience. Great food, awesome atmosphere. usually chicken sandwiches are pretty basic, it's hard to get it wrong but the good ones are usually just ok. But there was something about this one that jangled my Jimmies like you would not believe. But that's not even the best part. I went for the first time on a first date; every time my server, Chrisjen, came by, he told this girl all about how great and awesome I was, and how him and I go way way back.
