    Chicken hibachi

After reading the reviews, we were hesitant to come here but my fiance really wanted hibachi so we took a chance and I'm so glad we did. We were extremely happy with our experience. The hibachi chef was very entertaining and the entire staff was friendly. Our portions were huge!! We got the hibachi chicken and steak and both were delicious. I have attached a picture of my plate AFTER I ate. So much left over!! The bathroom could use some cleaning but other than that this place is great.

This is a revamp and redecorate from the previous restaurant. I'm not sure if it is different management or ownership. Over all the food was very good and the presentation is wonderful. There are a few things that keep me from giving it 4 and 5 stars though that believe could be easily addressed at which point I would adjust my score. 1. Cleanliness of the fish and turtle tanks as it is a bit off putting seeing them swim in in very algae heavy water. 2. More staff - they were loaded at about 1/3 capacity and it was rather challenging to get service. To be fair she was very polite and tried hard but was unable to keep up. She needed help for sure and watched management staff watch her work. She forgot to bring out one of my orders and I couldn't tell her as she was way to busy to come by and see how we were doing. When she did come back by I politely asked her to remove it from my bill. She offered to bring it out but we were all done with our meals. She apologized and did remove it. Again i really believe she was just overwhelmed so do not misunderstand this as her fault alone she needed help. 3. Stock levels - they were out of the cut of beef I had asked for which would be understandable towards the end of an evening on a weekend but it was a Friday at 6:00 PM which seems early post work day and gathering family and going out to eat. I will support their business as I try to do with all small business. I hope they see this and work on those simple things and foresee great things in their future. I would still say give them a try and maybe it will improve because the food is very good in my opinion.

Not the most welcoming place upon arrival. We came here about an hour before closing and the owner was actually sitting down and EATING at the first table as soon as you walk in the restaurant (not a good impression). We were told that we missed the hibachi and had to be seated regular, which we understood. The menus were very old, bent up, stained, and had prices written in pen. I attempted to order one of their signature cocktails on the menu but was told that they couldn't make it. We ordered the hibachi and it was drowned in a dark sauce which made the dish very soupy. Vegetables had a weird tart flavor. The miso soup didn't taste fresh at all. Everything seemed sort of thrown together. Did not enjoy our experience.

Food was ok, way too pricey. Hibachi is a rip off for the amount of food, and nothing special.

If I could give a zero, I would. DO NOT EAT HERE. The food has no flavor, "soup" was just hot water, salad dressing was just mayo.

We were looking for something…read morecasual but filling for dinner and because we had not tried out this place yet but had driven by several times, we decided to check it out. Definitely a great decision on a hunch. This is an all you can eat hot pot concept and frankly my first time attending this version. While I have visited hibachi restaurants in the past, this is not that. Basically this is a dual table side prep concept where you can either make your own custom soups and broths, and hot pot seafood or you can select the grill and grill of a variety of fresh meats and fish and vegetables, or you can get both. Both come with a small dessert bar and seem to be accompanied with the additional Fresh salad and sauce bar, although I'm not quite sure if one of those may have been restricted if you did the grill only or the hot pot only. Pricing is pretty fair at about $30 a person which rises to mid 30s if you decide to get both options. We went with the combo because we had never tried this concept before, but in the future, I may lean more towards the grill option only. Especially if I'm not in the mood for hot pot or soup. But I definitely enjoyed the combination choice for our first visit. The meat and vegetable selections at this restaurant are pretty vast and this is after the server first sets you up and allows you to pick from several different types of broth for your hot pot. In addition, they have a sauce bar that must've had 20+ sauces available to choose from. I think one of the most overwhelming aspects of this concept is lack of familiarity with the right combinations of hot pot and grilled options. For this we leaned heavily on our server and she did a great job of guiding us through a couple of her favorite combinations, as well as some of the favorite combinations of other patrons. This was really helpful because there isn't a menu or chart to help you unlock all of the really cool combinations that you can put together including Ramen udon and Thai soup varieties. All of the ingredients you need to make any of those dishes, but in your own customize version, are here to your heart's desire. Service is really good as they do switch out the grills rather rapidly as they will get charred and start to burn and smoke after three or four rounds of fresh meats and veggies slapped on them. However, they do not switch out your broth choice so once you make your choice, that's what you're rolling with for the rest of the dinner. All in all we were really satisfied with the freshness and the preparation of most of the ingredients and sauces. I did think the dessert bar was a little weak given the multitude of options elsewhere, but I also understand that this is consistent with the cultural preferences, which don't skew as heavy on traditional sweets, like American taste do. All in all this is definitely a treat for those looking for a great date night or just looking to take the family out for a really engaging and tasty cook at your table experience - all you can eat style!

The ambiance was quiet and really enjoyable--perfect for a relaxed meal. The broth could use a bit more flavor overall, but the spicy one was definitely the standout. A couple came in after me and got behind me, they escorted the woman in front of me to her table, i was next. They then skipped me for the couple behind me, and left me standing there. Not sure what that was about, didn't like it nonetheless. Finally got a table, and ordered the bone-in ribeye ($31) cooked medium and Pittsburghed. I order my steak the same way regardless of the location or price. Waitress puts the order in but comes back 2 minutes later saying "We can cook your steak to the desired temperature (medium), but we can't Pittsburgh your steak." First time I've been to a Texas Roadhouse and been told this, and I'm sorry, i couldn't accept that. No one had a legitimate reason as to why they can't do it, different excuses about equipment, the chef, yadda yadda yadda....say what you want but i want my steak the way i ask for it, not any other way. I don't think that's unreasonable, especially when it's the start of the dish. I left....didnt bother eating anything, and likely won't return if i can't get my steak cooked the way that i like it.
