As a business owner, I understand what it takes to create a positive experience for your customers. iCreative goes above and beyond to make this happen. No, you can not please everyone, but iCreative does an amazing job at attempting to do just that. I have read a few of the other reviews on this page and feel a few of the lesser complimentary reviews are both out of context and impossible expectations are set by the customers. You never know how long it actually takes to perform a repair, but please do consider all of the other people that were ahead of you? My experience with iCreative is not one of them trying to sell me something I do not need. Their intent and goal has always been to provide me and my company with the best possible long term solution. As for the Apple Store vs iCreative for repairs, I find that my time is valuable to me, and to have to wait for an appointment at the Apple Store does not seem like a good way to spend my time. I appreciate the fact that iCreative now does repairs. I have worked with many many technicians, and Jonathan Gorman is the most knowledgeable technicians I have had the pleasure to work with. Mr. Gorman, I appreciate and thank you for your patience and guidance to make my technology work flawlessly for me and my company. My iMac crashed in an unforgivable manner. I was unable to get a Genius Bar appointment for the foreseeable future - besides, my experience with GB has not been the best (too rushed, too many delays, too crowded, and too impersonal). Applecare referred me to iCreative. I could not have received better support and service. Besides a very courteous and helpful front desk staff, the technical support I received from Matthew was superlative. He quickly diagnosed that the SSD portion of my fusion drive was kaput and suggested that I replace both drives with an Apple-compatible 1TB SSD. Although there was some delay in receiving the drive from the parts supplier through no fault of Matthew, he kept on top of it and kept me regularly informed of the status. My daughters iMac Pro was running very slow and would not connect to WiFi at times. I had my iPhone battery replaced by iCreative recently which was a wonderful experience so we decided to let them repair her laptop. When we dropped off the laptop Anthony explained the total process and timeframe of the diagnostic test and repair. We received updates online as to what issues they discovered and what steps they would take to give us a basically brand new iMac Pro. The laptop was returned sparkling clean and loaded with the most recent operating system. The cost of the repairs were considerably less than the first estimate and we have had follow up emails for any questions on the performance of the computer. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful with our questions. We will be using iCreative for all future repairs and service. We highly recommend iCreative! read more

We were referred to iCreative by close friends who have used them for several years. We were having problems syncing our devices and a major problem with some of our contacts missing. We met with Jonathan Gorman, the owner, and he took our MacBookPro overnight to correct the problems. We got it back the next day and it was like a new computer. He made sure all of our devices, including our iPhone, were synced. He ordered a new iPad Pro for us and set it up. We had been to the Apple store on El Paseo and found it very noisy and not very helpful. iCreative is a very professional business who cares about their clients. We dropped our iPad Pro. We found out it was under warranty and Jonathan and his staff had it replaced and set up for us within two days. We highly recommend iCreative for all of your Apple device needs. read more

Excellent service! I will definitely go back if I have future tech problems. My computer screen was malfunctioning for months, and after bringing it in I was able to quickly get a possible explanation of the problem and a reasonable price quote to fix it. They left voicemails and texts throughout the process, so I always knew what was going on. On both visits (drop off and pickup), staff were masked, respected distancing guidelines, and frequently cleaned surfaces that customers and staff had touched. I have used iCreative on two occasions in 2019. In both cases the work was done promptly and the results were perfect. The technician cleared some sticky malware on my Apple touch lap top. They were also available on short notice while Apple Genius Bar needed a week's reservation time. The iCreative staff was friendly and spent extra time pointing out issues beyond what I came in for. Also, the cost was very fair and spelled out ahead of the actual service. Finally, they installed a free malware detection program which has been a great help. read more

This place is the go to for getting any device fixed! Casel was extremely kind and responded back to me with updates within the hour! They are extremely quick with getting your device fixed (far more quick than the genius bar at Apple). They changed a failed hard drive, extracted the data, and installed the El Capitan operating system which was the latest that this older computer could take. When I saw that Apple did not support iWork for El Capitan (which I thought was poor) they resolved the issue. I would recommend them for service. They were patient in explaining what had to be done, the costs involved, and the different options. The computer performance is now much better than before. read more

Johnathan transferred data from my "dead" MacPro to a new one and then during a consultation answered my many questions that no one at the Apple store has the time to address. I finally fully understand what the "cloud" is and does for me and how it relates to what I need relative to space on my computer. He is an excellent teacher and very approachable.
