I recently broke the screen on my Samsung phone. While looking at reviews of various repair places I saw the great reviews for iFix iBuy and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I brought the phone here. Jay is just terrific. He was honest right up front telling me that new screens for Samsung phone are fairly expensive and made some recommendations that I might pursue first for getting a new phone. When I didn't find anything that was satisfactory for the price, I came back and arranged for him to order the new screen for my phone. A nice little repair shop I found online. Jay is the man! He's a very skilled technician who repaired my iPad Air 2 (model A1566) which Ifixit.com rates a 2/10 in repairability making it one of the more challenging devices to repair. It had a cracked screen and broken volume control that was replaced to look and feel brand new! Jay's cost was very reasonable at $180 compared to Apple's out of warranty cost of $299. He even included a screen protector and installed it for me. I was told it could take a couple of days but Jay called me back after several hours saying it was ready to go! I feel like I got lucky. It is hard to find, but well worth it! A hidden gem! Jay is super friendly and has been doing this for years. At the Apple store, they looked at my phone and told me it would be $230 to fix the problem! I had heard tales of Jay fixing broken phones so I gave him a shot. For $60, he opened up my phone, and 5-10 minutes later he gave it back to be, fully working. I have never had much faith in third party phone repair, but I promise you, he WILL fix your phone. I AM AMAZED!!! I dropped my phone one morning without a screen protector and it had a million cracks in it!!! I started freaking out!!! My friend recommended iFix iBuy phones. Very honest and helpful. I wanted to know if it was worth to replace the shattered screen of an LG L41C. He told me it wasn't worth, but since the phone wasn't even working because one of the cracks was affecting the proximity sensor, he offered break a little bit more the part in the way of the sensor. He did, and the phone worked again and he didn't charge for it. I will go again when I have any cell phone issues. read more

Excellent Service, My iPad 4 looked like trash, I didn't want to leave it for couple days, the guy there fixed within 2 hours, that thing looks brand new, he even sold me a lifeproof case for half the price other retailers sell it for. I heard about this place from a friend at work. I went in for a cracked iPhone 6 screen not only did he fix it for me in under 20 minutes he cleaned my phone, put a screen protector on it and gave me an extra case he had. I was impressed with his honesty and speedy repair - it only took about 45 minutes to replace the screen while I waited, and when he noticed a small defect in the replacement screen he double-checked with me that I would be okay with it before charging me. read more
