He arrived, and was kind enough to slip on shoe coverings before entering the home. The process was quick, and he explained to me where he sprayed and what treatments he did. This had been one of the easiest companies for home service that I have dealt with. From customer support, to the actual appointment and service tech. Pricing was very reasonable and it was one of the factors when making my decision on which company to choose. I needed preventative care, and it was exactly what I got. Highly recommend, and Gustavo is wonderful, he even played with my dog for a min.

They came the next day and upsold my wife on a package to prevent termites as well (our house was termite proofed already and we have had no issues). In truth they could see how she was scared of mice and took advantage of her. They charged $2500 and placed 4 "victor" mouse traps in total. They spent 20 minutes on the property and did not do any sealing of the house. Of the traps they placed two were in the same one kitchen drawer. Another trap they placed under the bed in the guest room and did not tell anyone besides my housekeeper who barely speaks English - we opened that door and my dog entered the room and the trap snapped on him! There is literally a bowl of dog food and a dog bed in that room how negligent can these "professionals" be. Of course I called to discuss these issues but for days we were transferred manager to manager. In the end they refuse to issue a refund but I am still going to go with another company for the job. In the end I paid $2500 for 6 dollars worth of mouse traps and a ton of aggravation.

Matt came to my home told me I need a raccoon family " evicted" from my ceiling and the holes covered in metal so they couldn't get back in. So used a "10" day eviction process where he put make raccoon pee in the ceiling where he drilled a hole and then put spray foam in the places where he claimed he was going to be putting metal.... Then he sealed the places before the raccoons could leave and they died in my ceiling. He removed two of the dead raccoons after I fought and pleaded with him about it outside my house but he just kept saying off it will be more money you have to pay for me to remove the dead raccoons, and complained about it so much the whole time, now mind you, im 5 months pregnant and it's all I could smell in my house. Long story short. After paying 1000$ he claimed I paid for the " effort and not the results" so it wasn't his fault that the raccoons died up there and my 10 day eviction proceeds contact was up but he was only out there checking the spot they were coming in and out of 4 days... anyway. So 2 weeks after he leaves all I can smell up there still is a dead smell. So log. Story short I have to get up there cut another hole in my ceiling of my daughter room and I found two more dead raccoons up there! SMH! And not to mention he left the dead raccoon body outside of my house in a bag after he took it out. Scary what company's will do to people now in days. Watch out!

I contacted another company who were able to get the dog, and even sent photos of it, licking the man who picked them up and being friendly. All Broward Animal Removal did not take care of business, and then were very rude when trying to follow up with them. Mark is both rude, dismissive, and obviously not very good at his job. They offer the traditional tenting which requires you to prep your home and leave for a couple of days or a treatment called DLT (Drywood Liquid Treatment) which is considered safe and does not require any prep or evacuation. We chose DLT which they agreed since there was no evidence that termites had penetrated into our house. There was a slight odor which quickly disappeared. No mess, no clean up, it was great! Since we had termites in the fascia board, they told us to have those boards replaced and to let them know when they've been replaced because they would come out to re-treat those areas. They were true to their word and came back out weeks later to re-treat. They were very professional to deal with.
