We had the best time here at IHOP! We came after going out and we got exceptional service from Rivera. The food was so good. I got the Big Steak Omelette and it was perfectly cooked! Ok, but pricier than their competition. While in the area, I went to Denny's most of the time for breakfast - but then decided to change up and try this place since it's been years since I've been to an IHOP at all. We ordered essentially the same thing we ordered at Denny's for breakfast - when the bill came, there was about a $15 difference and enough to make me not want to choose this place as an alternative again. I'm not trying to sound cheap, but $15 is $15. The taste was basically the same as it's competitor, but when it comes down to it - I'd rather spend less. Overall the decor is the same as other IHOP locations. The place was clean and there was plenty of seating. The waitress was friendly and the orders came out in decent and expected time. Again, the food tasted about the same as what I would order at Denny's, so no complaints aside from the price. This is located about a block from Disney and I would guess, much less insane than the other IHOP location (2 IHOPS within 2 blocks) across the street from the Disney main gates. Still an option for guests staying at the nearby hotels for Disney or the Convention Center, though this is an area with plenty of other options as well. So all in all, a good option for breakfast or whatnot in the area - but if you're looking to save a few bucks for essentially the same menu, I'd go to Denny's instead (there are 2 of them as well on the same block). read more

The waitress Arianna was very sweet. The decaf coffee was very bitter & when I asked Arianna brought me hot water to make it drinkable. Live crepes and they were good. The fresh strawberries were not ripe && very bitter $28.30 was a hefty. Price for this meal. Great service. Food not so great for the price. Will have something else next time. we were able to host a breakfast while in town with for a conf and had nothing but amazing service. They were able to accommodate 50 of us in their upper space with no problem and we're very efficient with our orders and leave plenty of room for a presenter to speak. It's IHOP, how can they get it wrong? The restaurant was quick and efficient in trying to move customers through. Our server must have checked on us at least 4 times in the span of 5 minutes. They were very quick to take care of us and quick to return and bring whatever extras we needed. As far as the decor it is the same as any other IHOP anywhere else. They were very clean and nice. Our server Gina was so amazing!!! The best server I've ever had at any ihop ever!! Me and my youngest are gluten free and she made so many accommodations for us without getting upset once!! Hands down the best. Even with the hustle and bustle of all the people coming and going she said polite and very nice. The food was also great! We had breakfast food and are always so excited to have pancakes that are gluten free! The bathrooms were clean and that's always a plus. IHOP has been one of my favorite breakfast growing up but after today's visit, I won't stop going to ihop but I will not be coming to this location ever again! All responsibility falls on the manager. Every customer is literally shoved in the corner with out room to move. We were placed in the very back corner with 15 others. There is literally no room to move. A lady with a cane next to us was super uncomfortable. But space is just one small issue. We arrived at 10:30am and waited until 11:28am to get 3 orders. It took for us to say we waited for an hour to get our food. Food finally came out and it took us 11 mins to eat. What a waste of time. The food was cold and it tasted so bad! I do feel bad for the waitress because she gets the hit from the customers but the manager managing this place really sucks. Denny's has stepped up their quality has lost it. read more

It first starts with the hostess, she called our names then 2 seconds later she moved onto the next name and leaves us standing there. Once we ordered I got my food. Let's just say it was some of the worst French toast and some of the worst tasting bland eggs I have ever had. The only thing I really tasted throughout my whole meal was the pepper I put on my eggs and potatoes. The french toast was super cold and also had no flavor to it besides the syrup that I added. I also got two pieces of bacon in my meal and it was so small I thought it fell off the first piece of bacon I ate. We were pretty impressed with this place. Overall, really good service. Our waitress was prompt and very sweet. My only complaint was that the pricing was very high: $9.99 for a kids meal! Apparently, if you come from 4 to 10pm kids eat free. The food was delicious. I loved the healthier options, but beware, they charge for every single one. Plus, they do not list the upcharge in their menu. Any other IHOP that I have been to has given us a healthier trade off for no extra charge. An iHop at the magical capital can provide a better service. We went in for breakfast and after the initial beverage service, the server was no where to be seen we had to find him to placebout order. our order was 1 order of 3 stack pancake, 1 orderl of waffle, 1 order of French toast and 2 orders of hash browns. It took more than 20 mins after placing the order and the food was nowhere. When asked about it to the "busiest" server he said that the table that ordered before us were waiting for more than 25 mins and we had been waiting only 20 mins. Luckily we did not have plans to go to the park after breakfast.Our plans were delayed due to the iHop's service. When our food came out wrong on Friday night, 3/24/2023 at 12:45 AM and we later said something to the Manager it was clear she did not give a darn even though they screwed up. What a dumb lady to piss off 4 customers that eat 3 times a week at this location as we work in the area. So be it as we now boycott this location and tell all Disney employees to start using Dennys up the street. In the long run, who wins the war. This is the location at Katella and Harbor.
