Dined On 01/01/2024 1-2 pm table closest to the kitchen and stairs leading upstairs i got a latina server 35-40 age regular build wears jeans to work she charged us twice weird amounts our regular order was for $109.92 the second extra weird charge was $161.67 how do you do that ? And we paid at the table with her so its so weird how did she do two charges like this? I have called on 1/2/24 at 8 am girl got all my information email name phone number and never got anything back then i call at 7 pm again guy answers stating manager will be in at 2 pm next day....... I call again on 1/3/24 at 2:10 and same girl answers saying there is no manager and cant give me any information on when there will be a manager tomorrow nor today at all so no one is resolving this extra charge. People that come around the world to visit disney do not pay here with debit/credit cards they can double charge you and wont help out! Ill update to see if anyone helps! 01/04/2024 update!!!!....... She even added her own tip!!! Since payment went through now two totals of 129.92 and 161.67 ! Oh and they never let you speak to a manager here day 4 of trying to reach a manager. This is so weird police are going to be called at this point they are committing robbery. Don't get me wrong. I love IHOP... Just not this one. This location is right next to Disneyland and with the increase in prices, it might as well be inside of Disneyland. I ordered my usual goto breakfast. The French toast combo with hashbrowns and overeasy eggs. - NASTY. My doggo could cook better breakfast than what I had. The hashbrowns were very hard / cold almost as if they whip them up the night before and serve them the next day. The eggs didn't taste fresh at all and the sausage was undercooked. Can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually prefer McDonald's breakfast over this ihop location. I'm not sure if I just came at a bad time or if it's always this bad, but if I were you and I were reading this review - save your money on McDonald's or try something else. read more

Worst Service I have ever had from IHOP. My family and I were here on 08/04/22 for brunch, there was not a lot of people. We were seated after 10 min of waiting. When our server arrived we asked for our drinks and food and had to repeat ourselves for than once. When our food came we were missing items including our drinks. My husband kept asking for tortillas and he kept saying they could not give him any. The food was disappointing. When he gives us our check and we give him money to pay he comes back and says we owe more because he did not add our drinks. I gave him the difference and ge gave my $5 change owing me more money but he decided to keep my change as his tips. I will never come here again or to any other IHOP. read more

This has to be the worst IHOP I've been too!! The server letty was rude through out the whole time she was our waitress. Not only did she not forget my dads pancakes she also forgot the sausage. I came to this location about a quarter after 9 PM on 24 May 2022. Everyone from the greeter, our server Rivera, the shift manager and the busser were friendly, attentive and quick. Food was also served quickly and was great. The only thing that was a problem had to do with the supply chain problems the industry is facing (they were unable to serve a specific dish) but that is not the fault of the store and Rivera was apologetic for it. In any case, I've been here several times in the last couple of years and always had a very nice experience. Definitely recommend as a convenient place to eat at in the touristy area of Anaheim/Disneyland locale. read more

Our food was not cooked properly and the waitress was incredibly rude. I ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich and it tasted rancid. It made me sick and I spent the rest of the night feeling unwell. Man, I don't know where to begin here, this was not good at all. I came here with my friends and bandmates to grab breakfast waiting to go the NAMM Show. It was crowded and it took 45 minutes for our food to come out. My bacon was flaccid and sausage was undercooked although I ordered it well done and well browned. The eggs which I ordered over medium were over easy and I got one piece of cold, dry unbuttered sour dough toast. I asked them to cook more adequately the bacon and sausage and after forever it came back and by that time the eggs and hash browns were cold. Way overpriced , stingy portions and mediocre quality and it took forever and they didn't cook the food properly. The only redeeming quality was the servers were friendly. A lady was using a motorised vaccum cleaner while the business was open and people around her were eating around her. I really hope the owner of IHope sees this. I've never paid $50 pre tip for 2 standard breakfasts and 2 coffees before. During our recent visit to Anaheim, we decided to check out this Ihop because 1) you can get good deals, 2) the big banner displayed saying "YELP loves us" and 3) the location was in the vicinity to our hotel. We were seated right away and we ordered two coffees, the stuffed strawberry french toast and a chicken fajita omelette with a side order hash brown. The chicken in the omelette was a little dry but there was a lot of salsa on top to help in this area. The "stuffed" french toast was surprisingly tasty. Two slices of sweet bread stacked with a cream cheese filling and topped with strawberries and whipped cream. There was no need for syrup since the cream cheese filling and strawberries provided enough sweetness. Each cup of joe was around $3 each! Luckily though our waiter told us to complete a quick survey before we leave, take down the code and mention it to the hostess when they cashed out our check and they took off the cost of one! We would order the french toast again but the omelette was a bit bland for our taste. In all fairness, it was one of the healthier omelette's but we only ate about half before we called it quits. Service was good and our waiter checked on us often to make sure we were okay. We didn't pay attention to the parking situation as this location was in walking distance from our hotel. Our total bill turned out to be around $31 which is not bad at all. If you're looking for somewhere quick to eat while on your way to Disneyland, consider Ihop as they have a lot of menu options and you can get a pretty good value here. read more
