We wanted something different and were deterred by all of the very expensive options near our hotel so we figured we'd give it a shot. We want to start out saying that we just did take out, but our server (Nathan Y) was awesome. He acknowledged us as soon as we walked in the door, assisted us after finishing helping other guests, asked about our trip (he acknowledged our Disneyland first visit pins) and was actually genuine in the interaction. He estimated our food would take about 10 minutes, but it seemed to come out much faster than that. He made sure everything came as we requested and even got us an extra whip cream and a to-go cup of water. It was some of the best guest experience we've had on our trip! The food remained warm for our trip back to the hotel and my wife seemed to really enjoy the meal. The only negative, it did seem about 15-20% more expensive than our normal IHOPs, but that is to be expected given it's location. I'd definitely recommend it for take out! read more

Man where to start... Pricey... take IHOP put it across from Disney land and jack the price up. I couldn't believe it for an entree the average price here was 15$ I had the biscuits and gravy which were good, but I make better. Great service from Feliz. The food was good too

This was next to our hotel room and the food was excellent. The server at the front totally helped us out and gave all the needed condiments since we took our order to go. I think next time we will order by phone and pick it up. Even tho our food was to go it was still great. Their chicken fried steak is huge and always fills me up. Love their pancakes and waffles. But this place can get pretty crowded espcially when Disneyland closes or a confrence is in town. This IHOP is very clean and service is good. read more

Service is ok, the server had forgot that he had already introduced himself the first time so it was awkward to meet him for the second time. I was here on Dec 26th and it was about 65 degree outside and about 40 on the inside. No idea why they had the AC on during winter? It was extremely cold, food may have been hot but by the time it got to my table it was very cold. Bun on my BLT could have been toasted a bit longer. Be careful on the kids eat free, and make sure the cashier takes it off before she runs the card. read more

Hymm, now I know why I stopped going to IHOP, because their food are. It as good is used to be. My kids and I ordered pancakes and French toasts, they are both dry and not tasty at all. And they are supposed to be the "house of Pancake". I think they need to change their name. Even Denny's has better pancakes for about 75% less of what I paid for at IHOP. I like IHOPS and its choices of syrup flavors, as well as type of pancake toppings. And I like the pitcher of coffee for all you can drink. Considering I only go to Disneyland once annually, any price change doesnt bother me because that is why Im there. To go to Disneyland, and by this time Ive saved a hefty allowance for some extravegant spending. One person on another forum asked how to save money at Disneyland. The responce was that you do not go to Disneyland to save money. Everything costs money, and there are no bargain prices that I can think of inside or around the park. Other than the price change, which is only slightly higher at best than an IHOPS with no theme park, the inside is strictly IHOPS service and menu. I had no trouble getting waited on, but then, I was at IHOPS for breakfast no later than 7AM, so I could get to the DL gate by 8. It wasnt even crowded. I had the standard yummy IHOPS fanfare, paid the tab, and left for Disneyland. I like to do this so the moment I get thru the DL gates I can concentrate on attractions rather than food, although River Belle Terrace is great for Mickey pancakes near Adventureland, but that's another ballgame. And they dont include eggs with pancakes, which leads back to the pricey situation all over again. Just have money, and have a good time. On yet another note, Denny's right next door was the pits. That place was awful for service and selections. Never again! read more

I did take out. The service person - Nathan was great. The food was awful. I had not eaten a meal in almost 2 days. I went there early evening to get take out. I ordered breakfast with pancakes. The food was beyond gross. The turkey sausage, if that's what it was was rubbery but undercooked. It was almost like it was cooked in the microwave. The fries were soggy almost like they had sat there for awhile. The toast was drenched in butter so overlooked but mushy. My dogs wouldn't even eat the food. I threw all of it out. I have never gotten this much bad customer service in one place. I would give this place zero stars if I could . At first, I completely understood that it would maybe take 15 to 20 minutes to get seated since it was busy. However, once I saw that customers that got there after my party and I were getting seated before us I decided to ask the hostess why weren't we being seated. She replied that since the manager was there he could pick any random person and sit them. Meaning we couldn't do anything. We waited for another 15 minutes to be seated at the upstairs dining section. Once we got seated it took another 20-25 minutes to get our drinks. By this point we were ready to get up and leave but I said no I understand since I also work in the food industry and at times it does get busy. A waitress passing by noticed that we were getting alittle unhappy with service from our actually waitress decided to take our order since our waitress was no where to be found. By the time our food got here our drinks were half way done. I didn't even get the chance to ask the waitress for some ketchup because she left right away. So my fiance had to get up and ask another table for some ketchup. Half way through eating our food I decided to ask the waitress for some water and milk which she said she would bring in a bit. By the time she brought it I was done with my food. She also forgot to bring the milk so I kindly reminded her about it and she gave me an attitude saying she would get it. I believe her name was Manuela. I don't recommend this place! If you do decide to go , I honestly hope you get a much better experience then what I received. read more

Hear me out, this ihop takes the cake for failure of the bare minimum. I had no problem walking out on my bill it was that horrific. First off its 6:30 am total of 5 bodies sitting in the entire restaurant, takes almost 20 min just to get seated because I guess the host forgot she was a host and seat people, so she was no where to be found. Got seated after the wait and she forgot to grab menus.... Your a host it's the absolute bare minimum of a job couldn't even provide that correctly. Someone takes our drink order 2 drinks total. She brings one........ LOL. Should I continue? My food looked like straight up dog food, they forgot to put the main part of the dish in the actual dish the fucking eggs people. They had actual nerve to serve bacon and has browns in a bowl. When I told her there's no eggs she said she would get it remade. When it came out within 10 longer than I even had waited for my food to begin with, I asked her if she remade the plate or just made eggs to add to the bowl, she told me they just made eggs and added it, your kidding right for a 20 dollar dog food bowl you fucked up?!?? Y'all I could go on but please save your extra 80 for two meals. This place left my absolutely mind blowing. Went into roscoes with a group of 22, had to wait 50 mins so we went to ihops instead. It was just two mins down the street and there was a chicken and waffle option which actually wasn't too bad. But I have no idea how it compares to roscoes. The server there was really nice. We essentially had no wait time. They let us arrange the table how ever we wanted to have the most sociable arrangement for 22 people. They split the checks for us and the waiter even remembered our individual orders just by looking at our faces. The service was pretty good but the condition of the location itself was pretty mediocre. read more

So many things wrong! Found a hair cooked in my hash browns and all they did was give me a new plate, didn't offer to cover it. Then the waiter, or who we think was our waiter, asked us if we wanted to speak to the manager even though we didn't ask. Wtf? Multiple people acted like our waiter and kept asking the same questions over and over. Our food came out at all different times, spanning over half an hour. We then asked if they could split our checks, and the cashier laughed at us. Then he wouldn't tell us how he wanted the checks split and just expected us to know what he was thinking. We then tried to split it how it made sense, and he said "not like that". It then took him about five minutes just to split them. Then we still had to pay, which took forever. Yes, I know its IHOP. For IHOP, of all the locations I have been to... I got the best service here at our Thursday morning breakfast. I was really shocked actually to see the rating this place has overall on Yelp after my experience here and I have to wonder if I was eating at the same place as everyone else. You can't rate a place like this negatively for having 'pre-made' food; it's a chain. Our server, George, was very friendly and enthusiastic. If you want to pay an insane amount for food and drinks I'd pass and go across to McDonald's. $4.99 for a glass of orange juice and $14-17 for a platter. Not to mention the soliciting at the tables there was a lady making balloons then after the fact she'd ask for donations. The photographer never approached us but we saw her at other tables. When we left I was stuck to the seat because I now had syrup all over my pants so the seats were not cleaned obviously. When I complained about the price they said cost of living blah blah. Katherine is a gem. She handled all the rude touristas with grace, sat the line of hungry vactioners quickly, and flashed her dazzling and genuine smile throughout. The food is IHOP: processed, bland, and covered in sugary compotes and syrups. The $6 "Jr. Fruitbowl" wasn't ripe. The first bowl of creamers was warm and curdled. The bacon is thin and transparent. Four stars because the service was excellent and the food was much much better than average IHOP. Looked as nice as the menu photos. Pleasantly surprised. Our server Sofia S was so attentive. And the asst manager Jose went out of his way to check on our table multiple times, and get us drinks to go. Everyone was very sweet. I wish service was like this everywhere. I had the sweet cream cheese crepe combo with raspberries on top. The filling was so good. And the eggs were cooked fresh, and properly. Over medium can be tricky but they got it. Hash browns cooked nicely, not greasy or overly crispy. My husband had the chicken fried steak. He thought it was tasty. Quick friendly service, tasty well-cooked food. Great experience. read more
