All my favorites are gone sadly- missed stuffed French toast Service was to the point and adequate My lemon ricotta crepe was fine but ricotta was grainy. The country fried steak was decent .

This is your typical IHOP. Our server did a great job getting to us quickly and taking our order. Our food was good. I really enjoyed the lemon ricotta French toast.

This visit is the last I will make. IHOP has always been an economical alternative to overpriced breakfast restaurants. The food is the same bland, boring fare. But, the prices have increased by a factor of 4x. I can go to any of the previously "overpriced" options and get a delicious breakfast for less money than IHOP. And, I would not have to listen to the staff's loud discussion of their lives.

Love it or not IHOP is always consistent, whether you are starting your day or are looking for the late night snack to satisfy the hunger that comes with a night out drinking. To be honest I always order something from the breakfast menu no matter the time of day. Many options to choose from, salty, sweet, or savory, it comes out hot and plenty of it. I like that they leave the coffee pot on the table for you so it become self serve and you never have to wait for a refill. They have a full menu to choose from and happily will cook any of it any time of the day, so order that cheese burger for breakfast if you like.

I don't usually do this but... Have you ever heard someone preface an action with this statement? Chances are they're fibbing and usually do whatever they are claiming they "usually don't do" pretty regularly. Well I don't usually do IHOP; however I eat pancakes on a regular. Stopped into the HOP for today's $.58 short stack in celebration of their 58th birthday. I wasn't entirely disappointed being that my tab was under $5 including tip. I opted for a blueberry stack which was a $1.99 up-charge today...small change. Nathan was a very efficient server; he even got all of my order alterations down to a tee. I appreciated his effort. Were my pancakes perfect, absolutely not. Were they good, yes indeed. Would I return to this location, certainly. It was well kept with friendly, prompt service. ~Christy

Food was good but not spectacular, as I would expect from a chain restaurant. Server was attentive and the restaurant was clean.

New omelets are really good! Still the good ole classic breakfast joint to bring a Sunday paper and just relax.

Lovely service. Best sirloin tips I've ever had in an IHOP (and it's my regular dish). They definitely have some talent in the kitchen.

Been waiting an hour for food, even though it is not busy at all. This is unacceptable. This is all the chefs fault, but the food is good.

We were able to make one of each with great ingredients. I first made a savory crepe with turkey, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers. Covered it in pesto and bechemel sauce. 2nd crepe was a sweet one with strawberries, marshmallows, graham crackers and Nutella. Class was fun and interactive, a fun way to spend an evening! Emily also made sure to keep our drinks full so service was amazing!!!

It's in a little strip mall in Chesterfield Valley. There are a few little tables outside on the sidewalk. It was a little cool so we opted to sit inside. There isn't a hostess stand, but a server saw us and came and told us to sit wherever we would like. There are about a dozen tables in there and I believe they all seat two, but staff would push them together for larger groups. When we got there, there were a fair number of tables open and by the time we left, people were waiting for tables. There are also four seats at a counter. It's not a huge space, but it's a decent size and really cute! We ordered our lattes and checked out the menu. We had to make hard decisions because everything sounded good! We decided we were going to get savory crepes. We both really enjoyed our meals - it was so good! Our server (can't remember her name) was great! The place is nice and clean and the walls are decorated in a Parisian theme. There was literally nothing we didn't like about it an

They had some Awesome specials and ways that you can get the best of both worlds. My friends and I got some comfort foods but also enjoyed their special of apple pie French toast!!! It was AMAZING!!!! Literally tasted like a desert not a French toast! I got the barn breakfast I believe where it's just you know, bacon, eggs, and toast. It was absolutely delicious. Eggs are made to order over medium just like I like the sourdough was nicely buttered, and the bacon was cooked perfectly!!! my best friend and I both had very clean plates!! the coffee is also delicious and nice touch. A very big portion struggled to finish my whole cup. I didn't get a chance to go upstairs for the merch part. But I will when I return again. This was an annual best friend brunch. I feel like we were taking up too much time of a table sadly with how busy this restaurant was. When we really wanted to catch up more. But we all understand the business so didn't over stay our welcome, maybe we will try a less busy time also. This place is absolutely adorable. They have inside seating outside seating. They have a cute little counter. They have pies. They have delicious looking desserts along list. The one negative was I guess there was a line for the bathroom.. but you can only do so much with the space you have. We all really enjoyed our brunch at this lovely place. I feel it is a very good best kept secret.

After researching breakfast places I haven't been to, I decided this would be a good place to check…read moreout. I was surprised to see it tucked away in the strip and had it not been for the sign, I def would have missed it. When I first walked in, I was greeted immediately and shown to a table. I happened to be one of five people there (2 couples), so it's nice to know there are other early risers like myself. Prior to coming, I looked at the menu online so I'd have an idea of what I wanted once I went. I stuck with water and got the scrambled combo with cheddar, spinach, and green peppers. It also comes with potatoes and your choice of toast, a biscuit, or an English muffin. I got the sourdough toast. One of the plus sides to being an early riser is that the places you go aren't packed, which means you'll get your food quicker. Mine came out in record timing (then again it helps when you're 1 of 5 people there, 4 of which already have their food). The first couple bites were meh. Once I sprinkled salt and pepper, it was like the eggs and potatoes came to life! The toast was as I expected (good), then again, I have yet to taste sourdough that wasn't good. Overall, my server was kind and attentive. The vibe of the restaurant was as quiet and cozy, then then again, it could have been the fact that his was 8:15 am. Regardless, I liked it enough to want to return!

Food is always fresh and good and reasonably priced. They could use one more server to help out.read more
