My daughter was given the privilege of picking out our last meal before we returned home. All of our past experiences with IHOP have be good, so we were fine with her choice to have breakfast here. Honestly, we should have just turned around after walking through the front doors covered with finger prints, and the filthy entryway floor. The extremely soft spoken, but polite host took us to our table and gave us menus. The other customers at the time included one party of 10ish, one table of 2, and 1 table of 4. We waited to meet our waitress long enough for my 10 year old and 4 year old to decide on what they wanted to eat and drink, change their minds, and then change their minds back again. My husband was discouraged to get the waitress that we did, because he had watched her touch her hair over and over again and put her hands on other customers food prior bringing it out. I will say that she was very friendly. The Food...I won't say anything about the Red Velvet pancakes that made the 10 year old sick. They were REALLY sweet, but she was made aware of the risk when she ordered them. My husband and I both had eggs over easy that were extremely under cooked. My crepes tasted like a thick doughy mess. I have only ever had homemade crepes, and these tasted NOTHING like that. The 4 year olds "Funny Face" was not disappointing and my husbands pancakes were up to the IHOP standard. read more

For a Monday morning, they took a while to give us our food, and we were take out, and the waitress didn't give us all of our change back, and got our orders mixed up. But overall the food was good. read more

I've always had great experiences with this ihop but last night our server, I don't remember his name it may have been Bill? he was brown headed and a little bald at the top, he seemed okay until at the table next to us, a table of color, he said some very racist remarks about not feeling comfortable around people of color. The table got up and left after that and you could tell they were very upset. If you're a waiter for any public place there is absolutely no reason to discriminate anyone for any reason. This place has really gone downhill. The last two times I've been here, The food has been horrible. I won't be returning.

It's IHOP. The food is what you would expect. Staff has always been helpful and courteous when trying to piece together an order.

Decent food and pretty fair prices. Don't ask about ordering anything ala-cart b/c it'll cost just as much as if you'd gotten the combo.

Not sure how David would come up with 5 stars for an Ihop. Pretty standard fare... not great... not bad... but it's an Ihop! 3 stars is fair. Chain food you can depend on for middle-of-the-road dining. read more

Got here pretty late so it wasn't very busy. Considering how empty the restaurant was, the food was pretty slow getting to us. The BLT with avacado was good. The onion rings were kind of greasy and not hot. Server was polite and somewhat attentive. I wouldn't say it's a bad place to get late night food, but I'm not singing it's praises either. read more

Just saw review and almost didn't come. Figured I would help set the record straight. I came in from out of town and would recommend this place to anyone. Trisha was our server, extremely friendly by the way. Food came out promptly and they even checked on us several times before I even took my first bite. There is no sign saying 'wait to be seated' so after a few moments, I seated myself. The first words out of the server's mouth were "you are supposed to wait to be seated." This was not said rudely, but already being in a nervous mood for various reasons, this struck me as not a good choice of how to greet a customer. I started to leave, then realized I probably needed to eat ASAP so asked the manager to re-seat me. She admitted there was no 'wait to be seated sign.' I did apologize to my original waitress and the new one was very good. I did not receive a discount on my meal which wasn't necessary but would have been nice under the circumstances. Because some Ihops I've visited are 'seat yourself,' a sign is a MUST to avoid embarrassing the customers. Maybe there was a reason there were only a few occupied tables. The one I normally eat at in Little Rock (which has a 'please wait' sign) is usually packed. Childish on my part but I was terrible embarrassed. read more

I walked into the IHOP near our hotel. What I expected to see was not what I saw at all, the doors were covered in fingerprints and on top of that there was no one at the front desk!?! About 5 minutes after waiting a kind man came and escorted us to our table, he handed us menus and flatware, he walked back a bit later and took our orders and drink requests. He came back with my sweet tea and told us our orders would take a bit of time. Now most places when you order a sweet tea you receive a un-sweet tea with sugar poured in, however the tea was sweet and you could tell that they took a different approach then most resteraunts. When my food arrived I first tasted the egg. The first egg was nice and cooked thoroughly and was excellent. The same can't be said about the second one the white part of the egg in the center was under cooked and the yolk was cold and undercooked as well. I began to munch on the bacon that was on the side. The bacon was nice not to crispy and defidently not to flimsy. The pancakes I choose where that red velvet pancakes and that pancakes were wonderful in presentation and taste. The last thing I ate was the hashbrown that was an addition to my order, however that hashbrown had no salt and was just a pile of cooked shredded potatoes on my plate. This is one of the best places I have eaten at in a while, yet the meal fills you up quickly and I had to ask for a to go box for the rest of my pancakes. In all I would defidently recommend this to any one who has a liking towards pancakes, crepes, omelets, and/or eggs. read more

I have never written a negative review BUT you folks need to know why this place has no business for the dinner crowd. Only 2 other people there when my Dad and I sat to eat dinner at 6 PM. We both ordered Senior meal of pot roast and I substituted brocolli for corn. No big deal right? Well apparently the waitress could not get it all together NOR the kitchen! They brought it out, with corn and politely asked if they could leave it and bring the brocolli. FINE...but upon taking it, they forgot to HEAT IT! Potatoes ice cold, not tepid but ICE BOX cold. and My Dad's was too but he is TOO nice to send anything back! I did! Then after a LONG while it came back....BUT this time MORE CORN and NO POTATOES! OK Dad was finished eating it took so long. Now how could I make him wait thru MORE time while they TRIED to get it right the third time? I just said forget it because this time I did not trust them to do the right thing...you know the way they do you if they don't like you and I think I was not loud nor mean nor unreasonable in asking for a HOT meal ....because you just wanted it served HOT. Oh well, there is a reason the locals don't eat there in PM! It is only for breakfast folks! Hope they get your pancakes HOT because that is apparently the only thing they know how to cook. My IHOP in other areas are usually very crowded and serve good meals but this one is BAD! Never go there again and I truly liked IHOP! read more

Must be the worse IHOP in America, I do believe! Orders were always wrong and/or incomplete or both. I was shocked to see that they would even attempt to serve breakfast sausage links-RAW! I kid you not. Sending things back never accomplished anything @ this store either. I went on different days and nights and times to no avail. And things never got any better. Should have left after it took 7 min for a host show up & greet us. Serve had zero personality, never smiled. Food took 35min to arrive & was cold, the whip cream on my daughter's pancakes didn't show the slightest bit on melting. My son's eggs had a hair in them, the server didn't apologize & a manager never visited our table, in fact I didn't see a manager the entire time we were there. One of the bussers was wearing headphones, to me that says I have zero interest in the guest. We arrived at 11:25 am & left 12:40 absolutely ridiculous amount of time considering they weren't on a wait at any point during our visit & had plenty of open tables. Ants on the table!!! Ants crawling along behind my seat. Manager apologized and kept saying he didn't know they were there, then he asked us where they were coming in! He said they would spray - not sure how that is going to happen since they are open 24 hours. There was no offer for compensation for anything we ordered or a comp dessert, or even a coupon for our next visit, but that doesn't really matter to me since I will never go in that place again. After looking around, it was not that clean, so no wonder there were ants in there, plenty of food for them! We arrived a 10 and were finally served our food at 11:30. The restaurant was not crowded , and we could hear the cook staff and waitresses laughing and joking around in the kitchen while we and all surrounding tables waited for our food. This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. If you're looking for a quick place to eat , I do not suggest you choose here. read more
