Had a birthday "freebie" so thought why not? I'm amazed at how expensive IHOP is. Minus the "freebie" what we actually got charged for is the following. 1. One regular breakfast. 2 eggs, sausage, hash browns and pancakes. 2. Two coffees 3. One OJ. How much "should" that cost? I think maybe $15 MAXIMUM. I mean its really one breakfast with a couple of drinks. It cost $18. Sure that might only be $3 but that's 20% and with tip that's $20 for pancakes and coffee. I'm not crazy to think that's ludicrous am I? I mean I can go to "GEN Korean BBQ" and have rib eye, Korean spare ribs, beef tongue... and not to mention its all you can eat for $20!!!! read more

Very rarely do I crave pancakes so IHOP is not a frequent place I visit. It was pretty busy bit we were seated within 5min. When we got to the table our server was nice and quick. Once we ordered our food came out pretty fast. I think I remembered IHOP a little differently. I ordered the pumpkin spice pancakes, ham, eggs and hasbrowns. My food looked okay, not necessarily mouth watering. Same for the taste it was just ok. Portions were smaller than I expected. read more

Don't eat at a chain restaurant unless your regular mom and pop closes down unexpectedly. Service was great, but it's ihop. They have a patio which is nice, but the menu is so limited if you want to eat healthy and don't like processed eggs and don't eat meat. I got sourdough toast, fresh fruit, with yogurt and granola on side. Oh well. By the way, the waitress just informed us our order got lost, great! The server kept smiling and saying "enjoy!" as she kept forgetting what we asked for. So annoying. read more

Just had breakfast there. Food was ok. Service however was disappointing. Aqui was our server. He gave a dirty look when we asked for a refill. He must really hate his job. Ruined my meal and I didn't want to give him tip. I did, however I left some hoping some will go to the kitchen. I would have complained to a manager, but I wanted to get out of there ASAP because I didn't want to AQUI's face! Give another restaurant your business. Have to start by apologizing for us. We get there and take like 15 minutes to figure out what we wanted... then we ordered and as soon as he put the order in we saw the "specials" menu and immediately changed our mind. So he had to go cancel the order and put in a new order. Even though we were pains in the ass, he was amazing. The order came out perfectly, eggs were cooked right, which most places cannot do. Always go here for birthdays and just a casual hangout. But i love the food here and the people especially Rafael i love his energy and enthusiasm he brings into the restaurant. Overall service was average, but that's about what you should expect from ihop. They are a step up from Dennys. Go in expecting the "ihop" standard and you will be satisfied. They are quicker at seating than most and food is at there expectations. read more

There must have been some bad apples that worked there recently, cause when I went in a few weeks ago, I had awesome service! It was in the evening, around 8PM, and they were closing soon. We got great service from this cheery waitress who was on top of everything. After I read reviews, I was sure that they must have fired all the bad wait staff that was cause for these bad reviews. As for the food. Well hey, it's IHOP. This isn't a 5 star restaurant, it's a quick diner for simple meals. My Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs was just as good as any other time I've been there. My wife's order was Eggs over Medium, which the waitress gladly told my wife what that actually was. She doesn't like runny eggs. So who knows, maybe during the morning or day there are some staff that suck? So my advice, go at night. read more

Honestly I only ever come here cuz my friend works here, and its nice seeing her work her butt off while I sit around. JK Anyways, the food is disgusting. Idk why anyone anywhere WANTS to go to ihop. Even denny's and norms are better. The service is really good though, which kind of makes up for the lack of anything edible. I've always had a good experience at this location, until today. Came here with my girlfriend and asked for a table, the wait was a bit longer than we cared to wait however. So we looked at a menu and decided to get our food to go. As we were ordering, or name was called, 20 minutes early, and I told the hostess that we were going to be taking or food to go. She made a rude comment under her breath, and said "thanks" sarcastically. It was the older lady who works there everyday as the hostess if anyone needs a mental picture. Anyways, we were completing our order and the young guy taking our order had quite a bit of terrible with it. Probably because he was new. We pay after placing our order then proceed to wait. We get our order a few minutes later, I check to make sure our pancakes are in there, and then take the bag to go home. The new guy then tells me I need to pay for it still. I'm like standing there puzzled cause he literally just took the order from us and we paid right there. I have to show him the receipt that I had been carrying in my hand to prove it to him. Crappy customer service. We start walking out and after getting to the car, my girlfriend checks one more time to make sure we have everything. She can't find her poached eggs, so we go back into the establishment. We point out that they aren't there to the new guy, and with his lack of tact our customer service, doesn't politely ask to see it or asks if he can have a moment to pull up our order on his screen to review, he just says they're in there. So we tell him we don't see them. And he goes to the back to ask the cooks I'm assuming. He returns and says that they're there. We're kinda puzzled and he points to a tiny souffle cup. So I ask him where the other one is, and rudely he says that they're both there. After that, he asks of if we'd like to speak to the manager, but at this point, our good is getting cold and we're both fed up with the lack of customer service during the entire experience. The food was good, as it always is, but the poached eggs looked like shit since two were crammed in the little souffle cup and the experience just left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since I've been going to this location since it opened years ago. I was in a hurry, so I was worried about IHOP's wait time, but was hungry, so took a chance. Fortunately, there was no waiting and I was seated immediately. My waiter made every effort to keep things moving. He brought a carafe of coffee, which was delicious and I ordered the 55+ Rise and Shine with sausage and my eggs up and runny. The meal came almost immediately, was perfectly prepared and was wonderful. I know this is a short review, but everything was perfect, and I appreciated the courtesy and promptness of my waiter and everyone involved. We went to this location Wednesday early for breakfast. The waiter had a real hard time with English. He couldnt understand us and we dont speak Spanish. We waited 30 minutes for our food and he brought the wrong order, We tried to explain that we didnt order this but he just sat it down on the table like we had to eat it anyhow. My husband and I checked in on the waiting list and they told had told us the wait time was 10 to 15 minutes. We were outside and we saw how others would come in before us until I went and check what was going on. The host said he had called our name on the speaker but it wasn't true. The host would literally go outside calling people's names and yet he never seemed to wonder why we were still outside waiting while others would go in. Management here sucks to put things into perspective, decided to have a late breakfast here at this location earlier this morning and somewhat regretted it... My girlfriend and I waited for nearly 40 minutes, an elderly couple that came and sat down next to us maybe waited 10 minutes max, decided to take my name when it was called up. So as I was walking up to the podium, the elderly woman cut in front of me to get seated first, I hear the manager ask her "table for Charlie?" and she says yes and gets seated... In disbelief to what just happened I tell the associate at the front desk that the manager just took an elderly couple on my behalf... The associate then grabs the manager that just took them, rather than addressing the issue right there and then, he then tells me to wait as he looks frantically for another table... Now I'm all for chivalry and doing the right thing, but what the manager did was not a good business practice in common etiquette. So yet another 10 minutes or more go by, and he then finally calls my name for the second time, doesn't even bother to apologize for what he had done moments ago, doesn't even offer to comp us for the meal or discount the meal. He then comes back and drops our utensils onto a "freshly" wiped down wet table, which is utterly disgusting because who know how often they sanitize the rags they use to wipe the tables down. My girlfriend and I immediately take the utensils off the table, my girlfriend examines her utensils to find that the fork still has a moist piece of scrambled egg, which leads me to believe that the person in charge of washing dishes may have rushed through that particular set... Forward to the meal, I asked the waiter for a glass of ice water, he then brings me a pot of hot water... All in all I waited nearly 50 minutes for terrible service... Then again what can I expect, it's a fucking IHOP... I could probably expect higher service at Denny's... read more

I actually liked it. My second time trying IHOP ever since my huge disappointment from 3 years ago. All the servers there were very informative, attentive and nice. Even the manager..? or the owner took out plates and cleaned the table for us. They're omelettes are very good and fulfilling too. But the drinks weren't satisfying considering they are 3 dollars. Even the coffee.. I would say McDonald's coffee is better.. But whatever, i guess that's ihop. Anyway, perfect for brunch! :) read more
