This location is small and kind of claustrophobic. The food came fast and the service was great. The pancakes are smaller than I remember, but maybe I am confusing them with Denny's. Funnel cake is not a good idea for breakfast. read more

Service was the worst... received our food and one of the bacons was burnt. Let the Waiter Oscar know and he took the burnt bacon. Never replaced it... never apologized... brought our check basically saying get out. I waited and waited for the burnt bacon to be replaced... never did... I even reminded the waiter... guess he forgot OR didn't care. After a long wait I went to pay for my food waiting in line and the gentleman ahead of me complained that this was the worst service he received. I agreed! Don't go here if you want good service. Especially if you want to relax and enjoy your food. They will bring your check to tell you to get out. Not going back there ever again.. read more

Bad terrible services! Discrimination! Am going to file a legal compliant! All people behind us are let in and many empty tables, we compliant for 5 minutes they seated us! The service here is very 'selective' to put it mildly. We were ignored by the waitress because she could not wait to catch up on old times with the folks on the next table. We had to leave in disgust because nobody seems to be interested in taking our order. It could also be that the waitress assumed we can be ignored because we are not white. I'm sorry but I was not at all impressed. I notice that my review doesn't really match the experience of many other Yelp users, but it was my experience. First, we were seated by a manager...there was no host in sight. After having been seated for about 5 mins we had not been greeted by a server. Than the manager walked up to me and my mom and told us we would need to move to another booth because he just had a large party come in and they needed that booth. He then proceeded to move us to a smaller more crowded booth where we waited about 7-10 mins for our waitress to get to our table. The good was ok but I began to feel sick about halfway through the meal. Needless to say, I got the worst food poisoning I've ever had that day and that was the one and only meal I ate all day! I was so sick I was rushed to urgent care and threw up 14 times in 4 hours. I will never be back. read more

Waited for a table longer than we should have waited while a couple who walked in were instantly seated. The other people waiting for a table protested but were ignored. Once seated, my grand daughter's mac & cheese was obviously left in the microwave too long and some of it was not fit to eat since it was burnt. The server never came back to check on us. Most of my omelet was raw & running all over the plate. No wonder we never saw the server once the food arrived at the table. read more

I am boycotting IHOP after this experience! Was in IHOP on February 25, 2020 when this customer came in wearing a t-shirt that was blazzen with "F" Trump boldly on the front and back of his t-shirt with an illustration of the middle finger, front and back. Another customer laughed at him and the raunchy man was yelling ""F" You" at the man who laughed. What I cannot beieve is that the staff made the laughing man leave, and let the dirty, raunchy billboard stay and eat in this what I thought was a family restaurant where kids are present. No matter this mans feelings, he should of been denied service for his vulgar attire, not the laughing man. I am boycotting IHOP as they are clearly not a "family" restaurant! This is the second time I wrote this review, as the first one did not post. I will also be getting in contact with the owner too. I would attach a photo of the raunchy man and his t-shirt, but it may be against guidelines, so I will refrain this time around. read more

Call me crazy, but I believe this IHOP location is a cut above a lot of the other ones in the chain. It could be the original styled high-ceiling building, but I believe it is because of the care & attention of the kitchen staff preparing the food and front of the house being attentive and friendly. Problem is that a whole lot of people believe this too and this location is constantly busy (at least for the breakfast period). read more

I wish I could give no stars to this place simply for the incredibly bad service my friends and I got this morning from server, Joanette or something along those lines. To start, we were sat quickly at our table by the manager yet went over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged that we were sitting there. Countless servers walked past us and it wasn't until one of us had to go tell someone, (Joanette) that we had not been greeted yet, to which she said she would take care of us. She took our drink and food order at the same and assured us that it would be out shortly. After probably 10 minutes she brought out only one plate, that being my friends crepe and said the other two would be out shortly. We were the table that was closest to the kitchen, so I saw when a couple plates came up and assumed that must've been ours because it looked like what we had ordered. The food sat there for a while and I saw our server walk past and actually look at it a few times before then walking away, so I ruled out that it couldn't have been our food. After my friend was almost done with her meal, I see her finally grab the two plates that had been sitting there for 10 minutes and drop it on our table. We couldn't believe she let it sit there for so long, and then drop it and walk away immediately after without even coming to check on us or refill any of our drinks until we had all finished and had our dirty plates stacked, when we didn't even want anything else anymore. She dropped the check, and took the cards back to run them, and then came back and set them down without saying a single word. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. 2/3 of us are current servers at other restaurants, so usually we are very understanding when things go wrong, but this was so clearly just her not caring about us or her job at all. I have never had such bad service at a restaurant before. I hope she either learns to somehow enjoy her job, or look somewhere else because clearly this industry does not fit her awful customer service abilities. If I ever return to this location and see her inside, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I came to this IHOP with my mom a few days ago and ive been pondering about whether or not to write a review and I decided I have too. When we arrived we were promptly seated which was great my mom and I then proceeded to looking over the menu. After a good two minutes a waitress came and asked us what we wanted to drink we told her then she left. After her coming back we were ready to order, I got a sandwich and my mom got French toast the food was amazing but what made this whole experience disappointing was the service! Our waitress, which from reading from other reviews just assured me I was right. She came off as being very arrogant and a little racist actually. She literally treated us like we were not even there. Other tables which I noticed the customers were all Caucasian the waitress was very on it, being very nice and prompt with what they asked for and with us it was completely different. She not once came to our table to ask if we needed anything, I literally waited for a refill for a good 20 minutes! My mom didn't get her coffee for a good 25 minutes! She brought our food and almost threw it on the table and left. She brought no ketchup no hot sauce no nothing. Ohhhh but mind you she brought us the check not once but twice! It definitely made us feel as if she wanted us out fast! A place that is suppose to be warm and welcoming was ruined by a snobby, racist, arrogant waitress who has been named on previous reviews.
