From the minute we walked in we were greeted! Service was fast! Food is hot and tasty! Great atmosphere! The entire staff are very professional and spectacular hospitality! Thanks a lot!

My company likes to take our managers (anywhere from 30-45 people) out for breakfast every quarter. We've tried a few different restaurants and none have been as good as this IHOP! This place gets busy busy busy!! Even though they're full off of customers, and even though we come with a large crowd, we have never ever had slow service or poor quality food. I mean, they are quick! The food is always good and epically consistent. You can't go wrong here.

I really enjoyed our breakfast here today There was no wait to get in since we arrived early and our waitress immediately came to check our orders when we were seated I really wanted some pancakes and I got my wish. They were delish

Breakfast with my friends before hitting the road. It will be a long drive back to California. It was busy but we were able to be seated in 5 minutes. Menu was already on the table which makes it great. We don't have to flag down a server for them. By the time the server came to our table, we were ready to order. I had the French toast with bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Whilst my friends ordered a lot of food. It was a misunderstanding though. They didn't explain it well to the server what they wanted. But overall, it was a good dining experience. Food was good and tasty. Restaurant was quite big and plenty of room to accommodate customers. Parking was full but plenty more at the Outlet Parking lot. It just a few steps away from the entrance.

Seated where I can view the inner workings of the kitchen.

IHOP, a classic across the country. Go with tried and true International House of Pancakes; although today I ordered off the beaten path. I miss the roots tooth fresh and fruity & the stuffed French toast. I went with a Benedict at IHOP. I normally have a Benedict with seafood such as a crab cake. Today I ventured to try a bacon servers atop an English muffin. There were two and a scattered of hash browns perfectly crisp. Tbe Benedict was good, too much sodium for me with the bacon. The server, Angel was attentive and calm. Light classics playing via the speakers. The ace was St about 80% capacity. By the way;this location sits in front of Las Vegas Premium Outlets. Great place to walk down some of the calories consumed.

When we arrived we immediately got sat but took several minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us Took our orders and food was out fast The pancakes and scrambled eggs were ok nothing special. The sausage a little burnt but the bacon was cooked just right!

This is our go to spot for a late dinner. It's pretty quiet with only a handful of people. The service is always fantastic and the food is pretty good, I love the hash browns!!! They also offer a military discount, who doesn't love discounts?! If you ever want a quiet spot to have dinner or even breakfast or lunch after 8PM, this is a perfect spot for you. The service is always EXCELLENT! Also for those who are vegan, they do have impossible sausage and hamburger patty.

All in all the visit was ok. The food was not what I expected and the service was lacking. I ordered an omelette with toast and coffee. After eating I kinda wish I had stopped at McDonald's instead. I have always been a IHOP fan but lately I'm starting to look elsewhere because on recent occasions at different locations I keep getting lackluster food and service.

We wanted breakfast and was trying to find a good spot to eat. Ironically we chose Veteran's Day which other places were crowded. Luckily when we arrive we were able to be seated very quickly. We were served by Angel who was really nice and attentive. It was a little hard to get his attention a few times but the place was very busy. There was a vet passing out American flags to the kids and a random customer came in and sang the national anthem which shut the whole place down LOL! My wife ordered Strawberry Banana Pancake Combo with hash browns and scrambled eggs. My daughter and nephew had the Jr. Cupcake Pancake Combo. My mom had the Sirloin Steak and Eggs with a mango lemonade. I had the Chicken Fajita Omelette w/3 pancakes as my side. The omelette comes with stuffed grilled chicken breast w/Pablano and red bell peppers, roasted onions and jack & cheddar chesse blend. Served with salsa, sour cream and girlled Serrano pepper. The sauce on the side made it a hit. My pancakes were kind of coming apart and were a little cold. Other than that no other issues.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel.
