This is nice concept the way it's built from the outside compared to the other IHOP locations. The only problem we had that I was told most customers have is the smoke smell from the next door casino. They share a property with a casino and that has smoking. The management put up a shutter door but that doesn't mask a smell. They should both go half on plexiglass or something with a door that customers to enter and exit when they want while sustaining the smoke smell. 1 star (because 0 isn't an option, and that's a crime) If I could travel back in time and un-eat the food I was served at this IHOP, I would. I don't know what I expected walking in at 2 a.m., but I'm pretty sure it wasn't culinary war crimes disguised as pancakes. Let's start with the service. Our waiter (let's call him "Kevin," because he never actually told us his name) had the energy of a sloth on sedatives. It took 20 minutes just to get water -- and when it arrived, it was lukewarm and somehow cloudy. Not sure how you mess up water, but IHOP found a way. We ordered the "Breakfast Sampler." What we got was a cold egg funeral, sausage links that tasted like regret, and pancakes so rubbery I'm convinced they were repurposed tire fragments. The bacon? If you've ever tried eating a wet napkin dipped in motor oil -- that's the vibe. At one point, a roach casually strolled across our table like it had clocked in for its shift. I made eye contact with it. We shared a moment. It looked at me like, "You chose to be here." The syrup dispensers were so sticky I needed hand sanitizer just to look at them. And don't even get me started on the bathrooms -- it looked like a crime scene from a post-apocalyptic movie. One toilet was missing entirely. Just a hole in the ground. What happened there? I don't want to know. We paid the bill (because we're not monsters), but I left feeling like I had just survived a haunted house of breakfast trauma. 10/10 do NOT recommend. The only thing international about this place is the international incident that should be declared on their kitchen. Avoid at all costs. Cook an egg at home. Eat a napkin. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! It smells like cigarettes since it is attached to the Casino, can't even enjoy the food properly without getting a headache. They don't watch their dishes or silverware properly, I had ordered a cup of coffee and the cup was disgusting, I didn't even drink any coffee in the end and the waiter still wanted to charge me for it. And Lastly the service was terrible, went to the restroom only to be harassed by the cook, he used foul language towards me while I had my 2 yr old son with me and raised his voice since he felt rushed, he didn't even wash his hands. Server was dope. I do feel all type of way that they don't have a break fast that's is low carb. I can't eat starch. So I ask for two eggs and some vegetables. They charge me for every vegetables separately. Broccoli the onion and the mushrooms 4 ounces total No type of deal of special. So I paid 12 dollars for 2 egg and a 4 oz serving of vegetables . Meanwhile they have 7 dollars breakfast from 7 am till 10 pm. That haves more food than what I asked for. Kinda feel like I will not be back to any I hop. The facts that they will not be flexible enough to replace bacon and pancakes. For a small serving of vegetables from the 7 dollar breakfast. They already have several choices. Yet. Clean place! Professional, friendly service. We ordered to go. The website didn't work to place an order and no one answered the phone. The food smells awesome! Can't wait to get home and eat! Update: When I left that review above, I hadn't tried that meal yet, or confirmed that everything was as ordered. I gave 4 stars for food because all my previous visits have been awesome. Once again, we were not disappointed. The food was delicious. We were surprised that the country fried steak and mashed potatoes didn't come with any gravy. Come to think of it, I don't recall seeing gravy in the picture on the menu. It was delicious regardless, but next time we'll request gravy. The presentation of the food has always been lovely (if I had pics, I'd share). I'd add another star, but I haven't figured out how to do that yet. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. I have been to just about every single IHOP in Las Vegas and this has to be the worst one . We were seated and it took someone about 15 minutes to approach us. None of the food was hot. My pancakes were cold and I don't know about you, but I don't want to eat cold pancakes. The service was pretty bad even though they were not busy whatsoever so it really didn't make much sense to me and our food was quite disgusting. The food did not come back how I wanted it but I'm not gonna sit there and continuously send back my order and it cost 104 for disgusting food and horrible service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Keep in mind I also left a tip although I felt it was not deserving. I try my best to be considerate of others, but this is the profession you chose. My husband Joel and I were looking for some quick breakfast before our church sermon this morning, so we popped into this IHOP to grab a bite to eat. Ordered an omelette, the most foul omelette I've had to date. The eggs taste old, it was completely unseasoned and undercooked and my husband never got the side of toast he repeatedly asked for. Ate here last night. Only had one cook, and one hostess/waiter. We had a large party of 10, so the time for the food and all to come out was pretty long. I ordered chicken tenders which came out last while other meals that take longer came out faster. With my chicken tenders coming out last I also noticed I was given raw chicken on the inside. They took it back to make the meal again and it came out in like 5 mins rather than 30+ mins, but it was now burnt. They also ran out of a few things like ranch and ice cream. read more
