Wish there was an option of no stars. The staff at this location is not only incompetent but also unprofessional. I placed an order over the phone for pickup I ordered pecan pancakes topped with bananas. When I arrive the lady mopping the floor yells across the restaurant for someone to come up because a customer walked in. Another lady peaks from the kitchen and asks if I'm her phone order, I shook my head yes. She comes, swipes my card, then goes to get my order. I check it, the order was wrong so I asked I could have the pancakes I order. She tells the cook, "she wants you to remake the pancakes" then the cook gives me a dirty look. I then ask for a refund which she explained for 10 minutes she didn't know how to perform, the cook comes out and prints a receipt for less than I paid. I asked for a manager to give the correct refund, which the server then says she's also the manager and the lesser amount is the only way they know how to process. My hubby tells her real managers would fix this, she let us know her drawer couldn't be short the $200 bank she had to cash out. She then uses her cell phone to call her boyfriend to "bring her some money so she can refund the customer" He comes in, gives her money which she tosses on the counter. I asked if she could write the store managers name on my receipt, she gets a marker like she's about to write, looks up with a smirk and replied "you think I'm gonna give you my managers name?" Slams the food in the trash and walks away! I've never been treated this way in my life. I'll never visit another IHOP again!! read more

Went for late dinner on a weekday. The food was fairly good...when it finally arrived. First of all we ordered an appetizer, and it did not come out before our meals. Isn't that the definition of an appetizer? There were only 2 other groups in the entire restaurant, and it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. When it did it came minus our pancakes, appetizer, and an English muffin; they came 10 minutes later. Maybe the cook was new, and hasn't gotten it figured out yet? That would also explain why my "over very easy" eggs were solid I guess. Overall I think next time I'll just go to Denny's. read more

Came here on Labor Day for some pancakes from the very beginning it was a poor experience first of all checking in I was told that the kitchen was backed up and that I couldn't be told a wait time mind you my party was only a size of 2. Came in here to get there New York style cheesecake cake pancakes. The service was terrible. The hostess had us waiting 20 mins after seating several people who came after us. Once we were seated the waitress came over and took our order. When she came back with the drinks /food it wasn't what we ordered. To make matters worse the people in back of us was playing inappropriate music from there phones which prompted us to leave. Terrible service and ghetto guest. Will never come back!! read more

I went to IHOP to try the crepes. They were not good, and tasted bland and lifeless. The whip crème on top was to actual crème, the 'whipped topping' oil based stuff. They drowned the crepes in sauce, which was not a bad thing because the crepes di not have any flavor of their own. The service I rate as good, the managers on multiple times came to check on me, and the server was very nice. Perhaps I expected too much. If you have ever had real crepes, you will probably be disappointed. read more

1 star sums up my experience here. We arrived with a group of 6, and were told to wait 10 minutes for an available table. I would have been fine with the wait, however a couple (2 people) entered after us and were seated at a table that would have fit 6 perfectly. You instead sat our group at separate tables and didnt inform the waitress, having our food arrive at different times. After waiting 20 minutes just for our drinks, when we mentioned the Iced Coffee tasted off, our waitress shrugged her shoulders and told us that its made fresh every day. Thats not what I asked, I was asking for a new beverage. We also asked for a side of scrambled eggs but were told that isn't possible, seems a little strange to me considering all you need to do is charge me for a side and put some eggs on a plate. Heres a thought: dont accept business if you cant accurately provide for them. First Ihop while visiting Indiana and its safe to say you lost my business. read more

I was very disappointed they didn't serve turkey sausage at this location. Most IHOP resturants do But overall the service is great.

My wife and I go here almost every Sunday..being a Veteran I get 10% off bill. But that's nothing because my food is ALWAYS cooked correctly. The menu changes threw the seasons and there is always something new to try. Staff is clustered and new. But there are a few people like the manager who really helps square everything away. Wow where do I start? I got the biscuit and gravy combo and an iced tea. The tea is great but unfortunately the food was the same temperature. The gravy was very thin and tasted like it had been cooked in a hollowed out salt lick. The sausage links were cold also, they left that feeling on the roof of my mouth like I coated it with a Chapstick. When the waiter took my order he didn't ask me how I wanted my eggs, and after telling him I would like them scrambled the meal still came out without them. Just about the time a visiting health inspector from some third world country was complaining that even in his country they couldn't let food be served this cold, the "manager" came by and I asked her if my meal should have eggs with it. She said yes, sorry for the mistake, and yelled into the kitcken to make a scrambled eggs and hash browns. I thought great, some warm food. Well if you guessed the theme of tonight's meal you already know the eggs were hot and the hash browns were cold. The hash browns actually had a crust on them, like they scooped some shredded potatoes from the fridge and mashed them on the grill, flipped them over for another squish then plopped them on the plate. I typically don't like to eat at chain places except Cracker Barrel mostly because of supporting local businesses, but also food quality. This place is a perfect example of a corporate franchise; mass produced product, poor management, crappy training, and absentee investment owners. Count me out from now on. read more

Great service from our waitress on a busy Saturday morning. Food is standard I Hop but the service did stand out.

Well my family decided to go here a few weeks ago for a late breakfast on sunday. It was a 30 minute wait but that is typical for a sunday. The wait wasn't too long before they called us. The waitress was nice and took all of our orders. As soon as she put all of our plates on the table there was a big brown bug on my daughter's plate. My mother quickly knocked it on the floor. The guy next to us stated that it was a roach. I'm assuming from the commotion the manager came over and the guy next to us explained he saw the roach on my daughter's plate. She asked if we wanted another plate and if we wanted to move. At that point we were pretty disgusted and just left all the food on the table. I called customer service to complain about the incident. They obviously contacted them and the manager called about a week and a half later. She offered coupons and stated they sprayed and it was an isolated incident. I asked for coupons for another location but all she sent me were two of her business cards with writing on the back stating 10 bucks off on each one.I will give them an A for effort and that is all.......Sorry but I will not be returning!! read more

I love eating their pancakes. I wish they had pumpkin pancakes year round. Those are my favorite. The blueberry and chocolate chip are great, too. The problem here is that they're always busy and you have to wait long for seating. Also, the parking, like most IHOP's, is not large enough to accomodate all the customers. I'd also like to see more coupons on the buy one get one free. They don't have them as often as they used to. read more
