plumbing that is deteriorating and hazardous
    Jessica F.

The food was good. Service was exceptional, my server was kind, courteous and friendly. The staff is busy at times and I acknowledge that. However, the restrooms were disgusting. The manager should address the sanitary concerns and repair the loose toilet flusher before it becomes inoperable. This was taken around 11am imagine if not addressed how it would look throughout the evening?

Ever see pancakes peel in half? Doughy and not good at all. Disappointing...

Ordered a 2+2+2. the scrambled eggs and bacon were AOK. But, and this is a biggie for a a pancake house - the pancakes actually peeled in half (see photo) and were doughy and chewy. The manager did step up and take off 20%. Would have been two stars for food, but I threw in an extra star for customer care. There are a number of other choices in the area, but I will give this spot another try before throwing in the towel.

Chicken-fried Steak with 2 Eggs and 2 Pancakes
    Steve K.

IHOP was hopping Saturday morning, our first visit...after allowing time for this new restaurant to work out the kinks. I enjoyed a cholesterol-busting chicken-fried steak with 2 eggs and 2 pancakes (pic uploaded), and my wife enjoyed her egg beaters vegetable omelet. With a thermos of coffee for 1, $29 including tax and tip. For seating, choose either booths or table and chairs. Manager stopped by to check on our satisfaction. Seemed well run on a busy Saturday. Small Gripe: Why no real maple syrup offered, say for $1 more? Or a bolder coffee alternative? Tip: on our Saturday, there was no wait at 8:30 but IHOP was full at 9 am.

The interior is stunning, with large cathedral ceilings, white tablecloths, and an open yet cozy atmosphere that gives you the classic feel of a traditional steakhouse. One of my favorite touches was the mural of Federico da Montefeltro, the Duke of Urbino, displayed prominently on the back wall. To start, we shared the applewood-smoked bacon appetizer. It was incredibly thick, smoky, rich, and absolutely delicious -- the kind of indulgence where you can practically feel your arteries clogging, but it's completely worth it. My wife and mother-in-law both ordered the filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly. My son and I shared the bone-in steak, and it was so large we couldn't even finish it. The sides were simple and classic: creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach, both done very well. For dessert, they brought out crème brûlée and chocolate mousse cake with a candle on top for my birthday. The staff gathered around to sing "Happy Birthday," which made the evening feel even more special and personal. A wonderful meal, a warm atmosphere, and a memorable celebration with family. I would definitely go back.

Now it seems he disappears by 7Pm some week nights and a not so well versed bartender is there. It is sad that having a huge client base with whom the bartenders are well known there would be changes like that. He is truly the face of that bar and happy hour. Always customer service oriented.

I stopped by the Five Guys and had a great experience overall…read more Right from the start, the experience was positive. I didn't catch the nice lady's name at the register, but she was very pleasant--greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. She even took a moment to compliment my hooded sweatshirt from the Hudson Valley Polar Plunge for the Special Olympics . I shared with her that my wife and I participate every year to help raise money, and she was genuinely kind and engaging about it. That small interaction really set the tone for the visit. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger (well done) with lettuce, ketchup, raw onions, and jalapeños, along with fries (well done) and a large drink . Everything was cooked to perfection--my burger was exactly how I like it: fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and my fries were great too! (Pro tip: try ordering French fries well done to avoid wet, soggy fries .) I will say, I was a little surprised to see that Five Guys has changed how they serve their fries. They're no longer packed into the cup like before and are now served in these small little bags, which was a bit disappointing at first . Also, I originally thought all fries automatically came with Cajun seasoning--that's honestly the main reason I go to Five Guys--but I learned that you actually have to specifically order Cajun fries if you want the seasoning. When I noticed my fries didn't look seasoned, I asked about it. Jocelyn and Carlos, who were working behind the glass, both took the time to kindly explain that I would need to specify regular fries or Cajun fries when I place my order. They were polite, patient, and genuinely friendly . They even thanked me for asking questions, which I really appreciated. I then asked if they could add Cajun seasoning to my fries, and without hesitation, Jocelyn said "absolutely" with a smile . Carlos took care of it right away and handed them back--no attitude, no problem at all . On top of that, the place was very clean. The floors were spotless, everything was well-stocked, and the whole environment felt organized and welcoming. I've been to other Five Guys locations where peanuts are all over the place and things can feel a bit messy, but this one was the complete opposite--nice and clean all around . That kind of customer service is rare these days. From the friendly greeting at the register to Jocelyn and Carlos going out of their way to help, the whole team made me feel comfortable and appreciated . Great food, great people, and a clean environment--it was truly a pleasure visiting today . Definitely a 5-star experience . I'll be back!

The prices are ridiculously expensive, and quite frankly the food isn't worth it. The peanuts make a HUGE mess, which I'm sure isn't pleasant to clean.
