Well, I went yesterday nIght first, the "host" don't even said hi welcome then she didn't even sit us on a table she give me the menu and told me to see in one of them. Second, when I order my food I ask for lemon and the waiter forgot so I ask the host to give some in a very polite way and she look at me like I was bothering and told my waitress " can you give you table some lemons" very rude! The last thing was that the waitress put the bill on the table never ask us if we want more drinks or dessert. Horrible service! Never again! read more

I placed the first IHOP order via app. It was supposed to be one breakfast meal. Appeared in the cafe on time, told to wait 10 min. Came back, to be told to wait 2 min. In fact, 40 min past since the promised time 10am. Then the host said they forgot to enter the order and told kitchen to rush it. Then she said the ingredients were missing. They were not able to process refund there since it was though app and told me to contact someone tomorrow. That's not how you treat your guests. Well this morning my wife and I decided to eat at this Ihop. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated at around 930am. That was fine because they were very busy, not a problem. After being seated we both placed our order to the friendly server. The food was brought to our table in a timely manner. This is when the major inexcusable problem occurred... Thankfully the first part of the meal I decide to try was the hash browns... So I take a bite of what I thought was hasbrowns!!! As I'm chewing it i realize it was not hasbrowns but a large piece of saran wrap cooked with the hashbrown.. I proceed to show the server and she brings over the manager... I tell them that we have lost our appetite and we no longer have any desire to have breakfast there. They apologized, but didn't offer anything that would entice us to return.. I was quite disappointed today when I arrived to an IHOP and there was not a long wait maybe 3 people waiting to place Togo orders and 2 parties waiting to be seated. I thought that my experience this time would be much better. They have plenty of staff however they are not trained to work as a team. No reason if the front person is busy should she not have backup. This IHOP is extremely busy so they def need to manage their staff to have two hostess. The host was dealing with Phones, Togo orders and somehow managing to write people's names on a list to be seated. A meal that typically takes 15 mins took me over an hour to receive. Not only that my food was cold and undercooked. I attempted to call and request a manager but the phone lines rang busy for over 30 mins. I don't think that I am upset about the time. I am more upset with the quality of the food and the lack of customer service. that's the last time I spend any money in this particular IHOP. read more

This IHOP is the one closest to my home and we come here often. Parking I must mention is always a mission and as usual there is always a small wait but the earlier the less you have to wait! We always order the usual and can't complain. It's breakfast and fills us up. The only thing is that they can be a little more attentive and cleaner. The tables are always sticky and the glasses at times tend to be dirty. I always bring my water bottle. Also the coffee quality here really isn't much. I rather not drink it. But price and size of plates is reasonable and you just have to deal with the small hiccups. It is IHOP at the end of the day. read more

This place was hopping and people were waiting outside for a table. We waiting about 15 minutes but the hostess was friendly and kept everyone informed on their wait. After being seated we met Kevin our waiter and he was attentive and happy. The food was tasty but the restaurant was out of tea. How can a restaurant especially a breakfast restaurant be out of tea on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend? I been to this IHOP many many times. So much that the waitress's knew what we wanted depending on the time of day, what we were wearing, or if we were wearing a certain earthy cologne. My favorite waitress ever use to work here a few years back. The food is 9/10 very good from the pancakes to the steaks, from breakfast sides to dinner sides, appetizers to desserts. So stop on in and enjoy a great breakfast any time of day. read more

Tonight my boyfriend and I (party of two) decided to go to our local Ihop for a quick late night snack. We chose this location because we come all of the time and the food and service is usually great. Well tonight at 11pm we were sat and served by Javier and the experience went down hill from there. Our server was obviously attracted more to my boyfriend and could care less that he was sitting and accompanying myself as a heterosexual man. This is not a gender or sexuality hate review , I'm fine with all people that are respectful and he was indeed not. He ignored me at the table and only spoke to my boyfriend. He brought his food out before mine and put emphasis on it. He was also a horrible server due to my boyfriend clearly not realizing when Javier was taking the order that my was ordering strawberry pancakes and was also going to bring him out the plain pancakes that originally come with the meal instead of asking and realizing that the strawberry ones were the substitute. I spoke up for him so that a double order of pancakes would be sent out. I ordered 2 chocolate chip pancakes and 2 shelled eggs scrambled (they came friend wet) he insisted on speaking over me that the eggs are called "Country Scramble", even when I repeated my order. I asked for crispy potatoes to come with these shelled eggs and 2 chocolate pancakes. The server pretended to understand but clearly did not as he returned with friend eggs next to Hash brown. So I reminded him that I ordered the fried potatoes. He nodded his head and said 'Ya'. I then stated that it should have been fried crispy potatoes. He finally informs me with an attitude in his tone that the potatoes will be right out. Since he the server did not understand or explain to the customer (myself) that I was ordering potatoes when my meal already came with potatoes and/or just understand and substitute. At the end of our meal my boyfriend and I asked for a to go box since both of us did not finish our meals. Granted my boyfriend spoke up stating we needed a box (a being one) My mouth was full as I chew my last bite so I gestured with my hand the 2 sign and a half smile to Javier. He then comes back to the table and places my boyfriends box on the table and says 'here you are sir your box' and is smiling and again only acknowledging my boyfriend, so of course I'm still calm and respectful after all of this and I ask him for a box as well since my boyfriend had a crumb on his plates and I a pancake and half of fried egg and hash. I've been eating here since I was 13. (I'm 51) The manager is the same, Tate Young. The staff is friendly and knows me and my family well. We're treated like royalty. But so is anyone else who walks through the door. Tate is almost always there with his wife Melba. The restaurant has a nice, warm homey feel to it. The food is almost always perfectly cooked. If not, the wait staff cheerfully exchanges it. Sometimes even if it doesn't look right to them they'll offer a new plate. It is quick, even on a busy Sunday morning. It's traditional eggs & pancakes & bacon. There are some "lighter" menu items, but this is not the place to go if you want lo-cal entrees. I wish I remembered the name of the waitress I had --- she had short, sorta spiky hair and was absolutely PHENOMENAL! You won't be disappointed if you get her, and she definitely made my visit wonderful. Truth be told, I checked in as I was walking in but I winded up not eating there. First, the wait was 45 to 60 minutes and I was with 2 VERY hungry children that could not wait that long. We have done this plenty of times at different ihops, but for reason this specific ihop refused and wanted us to order and additional side of waffles for an extra $8. WARNING: AS OF 6/1/13 DO NOT EAT HERE UNTIL THIS PLACE HAS BEEN FUMIGATED OR TENTED FOR BUGS AND TERMITES! IT HAS A SERIOUS BUG INFESTATION!!! I came in with two of my buddies to grab a bite to eat at about 2:30am; it started pretty normally. We were sat and greeted immediately. Service was prompt to begin. Once the food arrived and I opened the silver "roll-up" THERE WERE TERMITES AND BUGS LIVING INSIDE OF THE SILVERWARE CREASES AND THE NAPKIN! There were multiple bugs in each. Some had wings that fell off easily, so, as soon as the napkin was opened, they all flew into the air and started floating above our table and food. Once we told the waitress, she told us she had seen bugs and termites flying around the restaurant throughout the day. WHAT? And this place is still open?!!?! Anyway, once we were sitting in another section, I proceeded to open a secondary silverware "roll-up" and THERE WERE MORE BUGS LIVING IN IT. I was so disgusted that I couldn't even eat my food. When I looked closely at the silverware inside the napkin there were old food particle smeared on them as if they had not been properly cleaned. When I looked at my food, it had a bug wing in it. The butter-pecan syrup container? Wing on it. This place has a serious bug infestation. It goes down to their infrastructure. They are in the ceiling, walls, dining area... who knows where else. Kitchen? There was no manager-on-duty so of course the servers did not know any type of protocol to follow. They allowed other customers to use the same silverware "roll-ups" as they walked in. I wouldn't be surprised if I was not the only one to encounter such a problem this night. I know I had two people with me that felt exactly as I did. I highly recommend staying away from this IHOP until they clean their act up. It is undoubtedly operating a serious health code violation. This place clearly needs to be tented for bugs. Until then, there is a sanitary Denny's you can eat at across the street. I will never step foot in this place ever again. Good luck to you all if you do.
