My visit on 9/28- let's just say the whole Entire experience was POOR .... The only thing that was on time was their lead time to get seated to dine in . After getting sat and waitress greeted us and dropped by with our refreshments we sat there over 20 mins + then she finally took our order, then it took another 20+ for her to check on us about refreshments and our meals . When the food finally came you would think that it would be top notch . It was a PURE negative .. my pancakes came slight warm cool room temperature no butter no whip cream & dry bacon dried / fried .. potatoes cold and eggs cold . This is a newly opened location of IHOP in Rialto. It's open 24 hours. I was with my grankids and we decided to have our food to go ! There was just ONE server and also she was the cashier as well. I was given the menu to look at and when I was ready ...she wasn't ! I was by the counter for awhile then a nice gentleman from the kitchen came out and took my order. I think it wasn't a good idea for a to go order cause food was kinda cold already when we got home. Pancakes were fluffy and buttery delicious. There are a lot of IHOPs, as someone who travels. I frequent them all. I love this location for their prompt & friendly service. Most importantly the food is hot. I hate when you go to an IHOP and they serve you cold food. Maybe it's my luck. This place is quiet & clean. The wait times vary as they do at most Ihops. My family's favorite server is Sandra because she remembered my wife's birthday. We came in, she recognized us. When we were done, she brought the staff to sing to her. I know they do this for everyone. She however did it without anyone notifying her. I highly recommend this location. If you have a problem with this place, take it up with the manger before running to Yelp to complain. read more

My issue was the wait time to have our order taken. Also, once the food came out it was lukewarm at best. The manager seemed more eager to get back to socializing with the bus boy, the sever and the hosted rather than prioritizing paying customers. We had such a great experience here today. Food was amazing and delicious. Our server Yvette was amazing and helpful and always asked if we needed anything. The new ihop was very disappointing. We came a little later in the evening when there weren't too many people. We sat right away but noticed a lot of people with no food. Being new, we tried to give it a chance. The make server was very nice. It took about 20 minutes to get out drinks and about 30 to order food. When we ordered our food it took about another hour to receive it. We did notice things were coming out very slow. Our meals all came out at different times. This means we all ate at different times. We ended up eating with out any condiments. We shared utensils, which was easy because we didn't eat at the same time. I'm really hoping that this place gets it together. read more

Walking in IHOP it was very clean and refreshing. The waitress was very nice and helpful, Caiya is her name. The food took a bit long to come out, and there was no crowd and inside wasn't full. The pancakes were not hot enough to melt the butter, and so she gave us some fresh ones and all was well. Two senior meals under $23.00. Good eats. Caiya gets 5 Stars. read more

Not a good experience at this IHop. Long wait time to get food. The food came out in waves, and my table was halfway done with their meal before I got mine. The eggs on my Benedict were not poached but hard boiled and overcooked. It did not taste good at all. The server did not seem to care that my meal was not prepared correctly and only gave me $3 off when I sent half of it back and I watched her slam it into the trash can like she was upset.
