I think the food and service was okay. However, I came on here to voice what I had experienced. During my visit I went to use the bathroom (I'm a woman), and someone began stocking the paper and other things after I had walked in but turns out it was a man. As I was walking out of the stall I was in, the man finished stocking some paper in the paper towel dispenser and that's when I noticed it was a man. I wanted to talk to the manager about this but I had to leave abruptly for a personal matter. This experience left me feeling very uncomfortable as there was no prior warning about a man being in there to service the restrooms and I also didn't expect to see one. It was very awkward and honestly made the rest of the visit uncomfortable for me. The food was okay and so was the service. Nothing to complain about there but this experience was just weird. I hope this reaches management and can possibly talk to their staff to change this habit if it is one. read more

I went there for breakfast and had such a great experience. Our server Johana was so nice and very helpful, she suggested pancakes for my kids, omg they loved them, so puffy and yummy. They also have the best coffee I had like 4 cups. I wish they still had the pink crepes, I had French toast instead, they were very good. I will definitely go back again! read more

Walked into a hot stuffy ihop not once we seen any signage informing consumers that the AC was down on the front door. Felt like a sauna room. The servers working in hot conditions not OSHA compliance maybe provide them with back up ventilation for all consumer and workers to be in a better in environment. I believe that safety should always come before anything. Or if business not fit to accommodate the consumer best to close to the proper maintenance to keep high standard not just to make a quick dollar. Service to get drinks alone from the point I order has took them 19 minutes for only 2 people out of our 5 people the rest of the group it 28 minutes to get 1 apple juice 1coffee 1 hot chocolate, food to come to the table took 45 minutes.i believe this facility is truly understaff and it's not the servers fault but management fault for not properly having the correct staff to accommodate all guest l, to ensure you get the quality and service IHOP has always provided it's guest. Based on a lot on the reviews that have been left I believe that IHOP cooperation should be involved to help this facility get to the ihop standards. The young waitress Yolanda is so rude and has no customers at all. Some waiter had already helped us and I politely told her that someone had already helped us and she proceeded to tell me "how did she help you if she's busy?" with a rude face and tone. Skip this location for a few years until they know what they're doing. Came for the first time on a Friday morning. We were sat almost right away but were not offered anything to drink. 20 minutes went by and I had to get up to find someone just to get our coffee. Another long time passed before our order was taken. Then they brought the food for the neighboring table to us by mistake. Our waitress never checked on us after our correct food was discovered. Upon entering the establishment, my nephew and I could smell the sewer system or septic system. We reported it to the employees who said they couldn't even smell it. It was very awful. I could only guess that the employees have been there so long that they're used to that odor. I don't know how anyone can eat there when it smells like an open toilet. We left. read more

I came in in the evening and was greeted by Cristian. He had a great attitude and was very kind. I got seated immediately and the service was amazing. I ordered the chicken tender platter. I was excited to have location so close to my home. Sadly it was a huge disappointment. We were sat rather quickly and the waitress came to get our drink order right away, there was 4 of us. Needless to say It went downhill after that. It took 15 mins for her to bring our drinks. It 8:30 am and it wasn't that busy. I wasn't sure but it looked like she was the only server. Even though there were a group (3-4) talking at the register. Finally ordered and food took about 15-20 mins not bad. I ordered the Tooty fruity breakfast with berries and eggs scrambled soft and breakfast sampler. When the berry pancakes came there was literally no berries. lol it was just syrup. Hmm ok then I saw the eggs and instead of soft they were over cooked. So much that it had brown spots. The breakfast sampler has 2 pieces of ham what they don't tell you is they get one piece of ham and just cut it in half. The pieces of ham were smaller than my palm. The waiters you ask?? Never saw her again until the end. No refills, no extra napkins. We asked for extra butter then order was placed not given. I did speak to the manager and he was nice and understanding. Not sure why it seems so disorganized. Not sure if I'll give it another try. Denny's you're better off going to Dennys. read more

Went to have breakfast at this location this morning and mind you, it's a new establishment. Well it's the middle of summer and we're currently having over 100 degree weathers out. This new establishment is muggy and hot as soon as you walk in. You eat or drink your food because it's so hot inside. People are literally using ihop table signs to fan themselves to stay somewhat cool while they eat. Not sure if this place is trying to be cheap and what not but this ambiance isn't it. The manager didn't seem to have any control or say over the thermostat because we brought the issue to his attention. At this point I'll be looking for a new breakfast spot to eat with my family every Sunday. read more

Yvette was super awesome and they messed up my daughter's food 3 times and Yvette made sure that it was fixed and it wasn't her fault that the cook's put pork in my daughter's food, Yvette was a very pleasant server, and she's overall great , my personal thoughts on tipping, if you get great service then I can appreciate whenever you make my dining out experience a great time. My brother and I went to get breakfast here! The food was delicious! I got the strawberry crepes and added whipped cream and they were bomb! My brother got the 3 leches pancakes and the french toast and he liked all of it! Our server was Yvette and she was AMAZING! Very attentive and got us everything we needed, it also seemed like she was the only one at the time and she did a great job with all her tables, everyone seemed happy and taken care of!! NOW my ONLY complaint was that as soon as we walked in, there was this horrible smell in the air, like when you walk into a restroom, it was really strong that we almost just walked out, but we were super hungry and didnt let that stop us. The smell eventually go away, or maybe we got used to it, I really dont know what the heck it was but it smell super bad! Besides that, everything else was great! The manager should be more observant, my wife was waiting in line to be seated while I went to use the bathroom. Three other customers came in & he knew them so he started conversing with them & then preceded to seat them down. My wife complained to the manager & said she was next in line, she's handicap & walks with the help of a cane. I am currently writing this review in the restaurant, that's how bad the meal was. There were multiple tables around us who had been waiting for their food, long enough to become visibly upset. We got our drinks and I was brought a cup that had visible egg yolk left over on it. I did not receive a new cup until 10 mins later after 15 staff people sang happy birthday to various tables. Our food came out however multiple items were wrong, the portion was half of that at a normal ihop, and worst of all our pancakes were undercooked. There was undercooked batter in the center, but to ask for another would have just meant another 30 min wait while 15 more workers came from the back to sing happy birthday to other tables. The servers nice demeanor was definitely overshadowed by the lack of attention to the food and service being provided. We will definitely not be back. read more
