I haven't been to an IHOP in years! Not because I didn't like them, it's just that I don't get out much like I used to. So when an old friend contacted me after about a 10 year absence, we formulated a reunion for a Saturday night. Since my girlfriend lived close to this IHOP, we agreed to meet, have dinner there, followed by drinks afterward. I looked forward to reminiscing over our old night clubbing days of the past. As we entered IHOP, the first thing we noticed was two separate disgruntled customers at the front counter complaining at how slow the service was. No one was at the counter to accept their money for their bills. We stood there for several minutes talking amongst ourselves and hoping that our experience would be better than theirs. Eventually a man came through the front entrance from outside to help the waiting patrons. It was strange to see this, since I could hear other employees talking in the background, who never made an effort to wait on the very vocal customers. After they checked out, the same man who was apologetic about the delays brought us to a booth and handed us menus. He was very nice and I felt less apprehensive about how the rest of our evening would turn out. It appeared that he was the only server in the restaurant who had to wait on customers, take money at the front and clean up tables after people left. Fortunately for us and him, there were very few customers present that night. After scanning the many great selections offered on the colorful menu, it was a struggle whether to have either breakfast, lunch or dinner. I love that you can eat breakfast any time of the day! Finally, I ordered the Baja Fish Sandwich with fries and my friend ordered the Three Cheese Chicken Quesadilla. We both enjoyed our meals. My generous portions of fish and fries were deliciously crispy, just the way I like it! I'm happy to say we had a very pleasant dinner while we were waited on by a very pleasant waiter. WORSE IHOP EVER!!! Customer service does not exist. I ordered curbside, arrived and no one came to deliver food. So I called # and waited, waited , waited......still nothing but boring hold music. So, Went inside, workers passed by the counter as if I'm invisible. I finally had to shout to a passing worker for help. She then walked away ( did not say anything " let me get someone" or "one moment" .... nothing), just a blank stare as if I interrupted her work day!! A minute or so later another girl comes to the counter, hands me my now old cold order and says you need to call the # outside, not that it says that out side or in your on line order app, but I was on hold so long I forgot I had even called and WAS STILL ON HOLD WHILE AT THE COUNTER. Just wasted $50 bucks on Christmas morning for a nasty ass breakfast. This is our go to IHOP, we live in the area and have been coming here for years (at least 8), well this will be our last visit.. It's Christmas morning so the 45min-hour wait time as expected and we were cool with it...however the problems started after getting seated... No silverware on table, had to ask before they brought it, they never brought my kid his silverware after asking twice, he just ended up eating with his hands.... My husband ordered the Chicken & Waffles and they were horrible....the waffles were dry as a sponge...let's not even talk about the chicken, he literally hurt his tooth on the 1st nite he took, cutting it with a knife was impossible..... I ordered the New spicy Poblano omelette and it was a plate full on mush (I've included a picture). The shredded cheese both inside and on top of the omelette wasn't even melted shit just fell off and out of the damn thing, so that tells you about the temperate if the damn thing....there was suppose to be some Poblano sauce covering the omelette, it was so thin the waitress had to point it out and ask if I wanted more...There were not onions in my omelette which the menu said was included...my pancakes were a joke, 1st off 1 was the size of the plate the other 2 were 2/3rds the size of a normal pancake and they were also dry as hell. I live for IHOP pancakes and I took 2 bites and was so disappointed . We ordered the pot of coffee and I'm pretty sure it would be illegal to call that shit coffee and to make matters worse I think they brought us a old/used pot because it wasn't even enough coffee in it for 1 full cup ... My husband literally got up and walked out he was so pissed off.... We will NOT be back! read more

I came in Saturday 12-14-19 during what must have been their busy time because it was a packed house, lots going on! We were helped by a nice young lady named Brittney who I over heard was "In Training." Not sure if she had never done this before but she did great. Tried to place and order online. It wouldn't accept either of my cards. It told me to call in my order. Ordered 3 breakfasts. I ordered a pepper jack omelet, with a side of hash browns and crispy bacon. Told the girl what the messaged said. Took a picture of the screen to show when I picked up the order. They refused to give me the $7.75 discount. When I got home, I didn't see the hash browns or bacon. They put everything inside the omelet. It was disgusting. I think the waitress name was salvino she was very inpatient with menu questions and abrasive to the point where I felt I had to apologize for offending her with my questions.. It's been so long coming to IHOP especially this location. I believe the last time I went was over a year and a half ago. This is the closest chain restaurant near the area and finding parking is never an issue, as the lot is very big. Expected it to be busy on a weekend but people must have been at church still. Anyways, had the rooty tooty fresh & fruity pancakes coated with pecans as the topping. Waiter was super friendly and had a nice smile! Her customer service skills were excellent, but unfortunately did not capture her name. Order was placed immediately and came out hot and fresh. There was whipped cream on it as well making it a plus! It looked really good with its sugary sweetness. Tried every syrup out, from old fashioned to blueberry, strawberry, and butter pecan! Although there were no cars in the parking lot I decided to go and see if they were really close because I was craving pancakesThere was only three Tables being served so I decided to have a Happy hour meal. I decided to get the ham and cheese omelette meal because I was craving pancakes. The pancakes were decent but the omelette was disgusting, it seem to have two eggs in 1000 chopped up pieces of ham. I had a strange incident happen at this location last night. Me and 2 friends went there for dinner which we do once a month. We were the only ones there. We had the same server we always do. She is always friendly and nice but last night at 7:15 she came over to our table and told us we needed to leave because they were closed. We asked what time they closed and she said 7:00 and again said we needed to leave. We were surprised because we always stay past 8:00. We asked if they changed their hours and she said no. We apologized profusely for staying past closing. When we got outside we looked at the hours posted on the door and it said they close at 10:00 pm. Then we checked the website and the app and they all said the same thing. We were quite confused and thought maybe they decided to close early since we were their only customers. This morning I called and spoke with the assistant manager. She confirmed that they do close at 10:00 and they aren't allowed to close early. She said she was going to talk to the server and get to the bottom of it. A couple hours later I heard from the server who apologized and said she was joking. There is no way she was joking! If that were true why did she keep saying that we needed to leave and allowed us to leave even while we were apologizing? She then said it looked like we were getting up and about to leave so she decided to make a joke. We were not even close to leaving and were very engrossed in a conversation. She kept lying to cover herself. My friends and I are offended by how we were treated and then lied to. We will not be going back! read more

Happy 2019! My family and I got up early to have breakfast at one of our favorite chain breakfast places. We have been to ihop in other cities and as you know it really depends on the day of the week and staff. We read the reviews of this particular ihop and even though they weren't great we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised to find the service was great! Our hostess (Jamika) was friendly and attentive! Our coffee was hot and our order was taken right away. Not really sure what all the bad reviews are about but we certainly will be back. I went to IHop this morning, and I had the best, perfect breakast. The waffle was moist and delicious. The bacon was crispy as I asked for it . My eggs were perfect "over easy, " and the coffee was right on. Then of course to top off my beautiful breakfast was my waitress. She was so accomodating, respectful and sweet. Very disappointed. Due to Covid-19 only to go orders. I totally get that. But without a dining room to serve and clean. It shouldn't have taken 2 hours and 5 minutes to get my food. Mind you I waited 30 minutes to go pick it up. Then waited another hour and 35 minutes. In that entire time probably about 30 to 40 customers. Many of whom cancelled and got their money back. Once I finally got the food, it was cold and missing items. My omelet was decent enough, but in appearance looked like a pile of puke. Spent $75 to get my wife and mother in law a little treat for Mother's Day. Used to love IHOP. Quality and service has gone way down in the last couple of years. I'm here right now, my coffee arrived after my order. They gave me the wrong order. I asked for more creamer, the woman said she's off the clock, but she was mopping the floor. She slams the creamers on the greasy plate. The original waitress dissapeared. Belgian waffle arrived late without the whipped butter. I asked for butter and they gave me the bread butter in a packet. Waffle was pale even though I asked for well done. All my orders arrived over half an hour and there were only 3 tables occuppied. Then disappeared again. The eggs were overly runny with some of the white still clear. The sausage was raw in the middle and the hash browns were not cooked all the way. I complained to the hostess as the waitress was not to be found. She showed up and told me I should have told her. Not going back again. Not good for IHOP. This was my first time going to IHOP for dinner. I usually go for their delicious breakfast. I was actually surprised at how great their burger was, so no complaints on the food. I also got to try their watermelon lemonade, which actually comes with fresh watermelon on top! The lemonade is not too sour or too sweet, so I definitely recommend it! I love IHOP but never will I use their online ordering again. I placed my order at 11:10am this morning and I was surprised to see my order would be ready for pick up in just 10 min. I waited an additional 10 minutes to head out as I know this is a busy time for them in the morning. I was surprised to arrive and was advised my food was not ready yet, I waited 30 minutes in the lobby for my food. ( I was so ready to eat I didn't even check the bag, my mistake) I finally arrived home to my family and realized I received someone else's order. Instead of my French toast combo, (2) pancake cambos, kids breakfast sandwich. I had received cheese sticks, a waffle, 2 x french toast brioche with cookies & cream topping I was furious. I had call 5 times to get someone on the line to finally assist me. The lady was very apologetic but did let me know it would 30 minutes to remake my order and requested the items I had placed on my order as her system did not reflect the online orders. At this point the last thing I want is breakfast at 1pm in the afternoon. I requested they just refund me and was informed I had to personally go speak to the manager in 30 minutes as he was currently unavailable. There's no way as a paying customer I should feel like my concern of my items being missing should be dismissed. This has happened way to many times at this location. I had a tbone steak and potatoes yesterday morning I noticed that half of my steak was way more tender and looked a little different than the other side didn't think anything of it but after about 1 1/2 hours I could not stop going to the restroom. So this experience started out positive! We were greeted kindly and sent to our table right away! After 5 minutes we ordered our drinks and came out within minutes as well! After that we waited 10 more minutes for ordering and this is where is all went haywire! We ordered our food and it took FOREVER to come out! We waited over 20 minutes for our food and it ended up being cold! One of our orders NEVER came out! Super disappointed! I get that there was only one server at the time but if they (the server) could not have handled all the guests and tables, the host could have done a better job at setting a wait time so the server would not get overwhelmed which I did see during our whole visit! We went right after the renovations Pros: The waitress was flipping awesome! Very attentive. We got our food after our appetizers - that is a bonus because other places like to bring them out seconds before the meal or at the same time of the meal. The renovations look great!
