Shoutout to server Anthony ! He was very sweet and amazing. After a long evening of karaoke , my group and I decided to stop here for a late night bite to eat. Little did we know that someone within our party would witness a cook leave the restroom without washing their hands. I shared this information to other staff members as for me to eat somewhere I feel better knowing that when my food is being prepared / cooked / handled it is done with the decency of clean hands. Not sure that I'd be back after this. This created disappointment / unsettling feeling for me. No service from me.

My friend and I came here on a Saturday morning. It was quite busy, but we were still seated upon arrival. It is Ihop so you know what you're getting what you're here. Breakfast foods are standard but delivered just as you expect. The service was pretty good given how busy they were. Parking at this Ihop can be tough as it is a small lot.

Got seated right away during the middle of the night. Fairly clean and organized restaurant. Bathrooms were clean which is always a plus. Parking can be limited during busier times. Food took awhile to get to us even though it wasn't that busy. Food was decent but pricey for what you get (my breakfast plate was over $16, not including the coffee). I like how they give you a mini pot on the side for the coffee. It's convenient to have a spot like this open during odd hours, and I appreciate the hard working staff, but I don't think I'd ever go here during a normal time.

The best thing about this place is that they're open 24 hours! I would definitely recommend it, especially when everything else is closed. The pricing is reasonable, and the service was excellent. Pamela helped our table and was great from the start. She was very patient with us and offered helpful recommendations. She checked on us frequently and went the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She truly deserves a raise for providing such exceptional service. The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly. The parking lot, however, is a bit tricky. The entrance is narrow and easy to miss, and you may end up passing it and seeing an exit that you unfortunately cannot enter. One concern I noticed was that the ice cream tub and whipped cream were completely exposed. Customers walk by with easy access, and there were no lids or coverings. This is extremely unhygienic, as someone could cough, sneeze, or touch it, not to mention flies, which do not appear to be prevented from making direct contact. The ambiance is okay, nothing particularly special, but they did a great job decorating for Christmas. Service - 5/5 Price - 4/5 Ambiance - 3/5 Taste - 4/5

Ordered delivery from this IHOP two times and pickup one time in like under two weeks. All 3 times we received a free breakfast sampler (!) - so that was a really good deal. Service fee was higher than expected and I live relatively far from this restaurant, but other than that everything about the whole experience has been very good (hence 3 orders). Pancakes are delicious, and I highly recommend the chicken fajita omelet. Personally I think 2-3 dishes can probably feed 4-6 people (depending on how you eat). Service was attentive and very accommodating when I was there for a coffee waiting for pickup. Would recommend and will very likely order from here again in the future (primarily due to the free breakfast sampler).

Was passing through San Jose and wanted a quick breakfast, so IHOP came into mind. We were seated fast and served right away. It was very peaceful and quiet, which made it very delightful. The food was exceptional; the pancakes were incredibly fluffy and light. I recommend this IHOP in San Jose.

Stopped in for a very late night snack and found this nice clean old style IHOP place. The food and coffee were fresh and greatest service from a friendly waiter named Sebastian who always servers with a smile.

This is my first time at this location. It's usually crowded when you walk by, which indicates that this is a solid choice for the chain to eat at, mainly because it's open 24 hours. The place isn't huge but has several tables outside, so it's a good choice, weather permitting. The bathroom and the establishment are clean, and there's no bad smell. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the service is fast. Overall, it's a solid choice for enjoying typical IHOP food.

Am I really going to review an IHOP where everyone knows exactly what you're gonna get? YES. Where else are you going to get a chicken fried steak, short stack of pancakes, a lovely salad, hash browns, and a spinach mushroom omelette in the middle of the night? And at a good price! The service was really friendly, the restaurant was safe and clean (even at that time of day), and everything was cooked just right. I tell ya, that's a crisp chicken fried steak!

I love breakfast food! My boyfriend and I came to ihop on a Tuesday around 4pm and it was practically empty. I will say the furniture at this location feels like it's made for shorter people because it's so low. You will know what I mean if you come here haha. No complaints though! I decided to order off the kids menu because I didn't want to eat much. I got the happy face pancake combo but you're probably wondering why there's no happy face on the pancake. I had the choice of chocolate or buttermilk pancake and just wanted the buttermilk and no chocolate chips. I think they use the chocolate chips to make the happy face so keep that in mind. It also comes with eggs of your choice, one pork sausage and one bacon strip. It was a good and standard kids breakfast. :) My boyfriend got the New York cheesecake pancakes which he loved. He also got 4 pieces of turkey bacon with another plate of scrambled eggs, a hasbrown and two sausages. He loved his whole meal!

They had some Fanime specials for the con (katsu and egg salad sandwiches, spam musubi), seasonal drinks, of course coffees and teas, and non caffeinated drinks, as well as some food too (heated up pastries, both sweet and savory). There's a restroom with a code and a couple seats and tables with outlets to charge your devices. Service was welcoming and efficient especially after the crowds started to pick up. I got the: 1) Egg Salad Sando: -You can tell these were handmade in store. They had cute washi tape to hold the packaging together. -Solid egg salad sandwich. Slightly sweet white bread and generous amount of egg salad inside the sandwich. Creamy mayo taste that isn't too sour or tart, lots of egg in it. Perfect for an anime con next door. 2) Cappuccino: -I got this no sugar and sugar free and it came out with some pretty latte art. I thought it was mostly ok and boyfriend thought so too, but after several sips and when it was too late since we really had to get to the con, it just became too disgustingly sweet for him and he had to throw it away. 3) Yuzu Fresh Fruit Sparkler: -Yuzu puree with sparkling soda water. -Refreshing and not bad, but even after mixing this was a bit sweeter than what I would have liked and again, in our rush to leave, we couldn't really get this adjusted. I ended up pouring most of it in a water bottle to enjoy later and put in my bag. But ended up not finishing it in the end. Maybe next year I'll try again or just stick to the food stuffs.

When walking, we missed the restaurant initially because this place is clearly, a hidden gem, especially being hidden along the nightclub strip. We were blown away by the curated vibes. From the thoughtful decor to The Office being projected on the wall. It felt hip, fresh and refined. We decided to craft our own drinks - Arnold Palmers, his favorite. But they only had sparkling lemonade, which actually made it even better. We shared a salad that had some cooked pears and squash alongside the greens, walnuts, cranberries and blue cheese. I do feel like the cooked sweet elements overpowered the salad with their sweetness and textures a bit. Wondering if a refreshing pear for crunch or more dressing could have brightened it up and provided a salty, sweet balance. I ordered the Short Ribs with a parsnip purée and roasted carrots and it did not disappoint. Everything paired beautifully together, perfectly salted and cooked. I finished the entire plate. Dad got the Pork Chop and while it was overcooked, he loved the flavors happening in the dish and was pleasantly surprised by the refreshing treatment of the kale. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Overall a great experience. We would definitely come back!

Ordering is easy through kiosks, though the wait was longer than expected. Worth trying once if you're craving an egg sandwich, but I wasn't blown away. I recently stopped by Egghead Sando Cafe and ordered my food to go. Overall, I'd give it a 3/5. The concept reminded me a lot of Eggsl*t in Las Vegas (a gourmet egg sandwich shop with simple breakfast options) but I left feeling like the price didn't quite match the experience. I ordered The Scramble with added avocado, plus spicy mayo and spicy ketchup. The self-service kiosks made ordering quick and straightforward, and once you start the ordering process you can actually see detailed descriptions of what's included in each sandwich (the menu displayed on the wall doesn't provide those details). If you're deciding what to order before getting to a kiosk, you'll probably have questions. The cafe also offers coffee drinks and tater tots as sides, making it easy to turn your sandwich into more of a meal. The wait was a little longer than I expected, especially for a relatively simple breakfast sandwich. The staff was friendly when I interacted with them, although ordering through the kiosk meant there wasn't much direct customer service. As for the food, it was decent but didn't completely win me over. The sandwich itself was satisfying, but I wasn't a fan of how crispy the cheese) was, it felt a little overdone for my taste. The rest of the sandwich was enjoyable, just not memorable enough to justify the price. At over $15 after adding avocado, it felt expensive for what is ultimately an egg sandwich. The cafe itself is clean and has cute seating if you choose to dine in, giving it a modern, casual brunch vibe. Overall, Egghead Sando Cafe isn't a bad breakfast stop, but I don't think it offers enough to stand out from similar concepts. If you're curious or craving a breakfast sandwich, it's worth trying once, especially if you're already nearby. Just be prepared to pay a premium for a fairly straightforward meal.

We hit the Brunch hour and the place was rocking. We were able to sit right down amazingly. There is a fabulous patio to people watch and enjoy the California weather. Our server Charles was really great. He walked us through the menu giving us the 911 on watch to order. Most of the plates were perfect shareable bites. Making it easy to try multiple plates and really get your inner Foodie on. We started with the Seasonal Banana Pancakes with crushed walnuts and cinnamon maple syrup. Inside the pancakes were fresh bananas and the walnuts were crushed very small but added a great texture. Moving on to the Chicago Steak sandwich don't get confused but in Chicago they refer to Roast Beef as steak. The Au Jus dip was very flavorful without being a salt bomb. Loved the potato roll they used all round a killer sandwich. Going a little outside the box we tried the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. The pineapple slaw with this amazing peppery chutney type sauce played so well with the acid of the pineapple. Another must have sandwich. I ask you how can you go to a new restaurant and not have some dessert. With everything else being so good our expectations were pretty high and we were not disappointed. The Giant Profiterole is exactly that GIANT and stuffed with White Chocolate Gelato and Hot Chocolate Sauce that you can drizzle over the top. To fricken die for good. I'm not sure why this cut of chicken was used. The fries were alright, but they did not come with the sandwich and cost an additional $5. Our total came to almost $90 for three entrees with no beverages. I was especially frustrated because my sandwich was inedible.
