The pork was cooked perfectly and was so tender and fell apart in your mouth. The sauce was vinegary and sour just as I like it and the garlic rice paired perfectly with it. The lechon was also cooked to perfection with a nice crisp and soft chewy inside. The porridge was so warm and comforting on a cold seattle morning. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun.
