Fries were pretty crispy but I thought they didn't really any flavor on their own, maybe needed more salt, used a lot of ketchup. The burgers look Great, but the buns aren't warmed and the inside not toasted on the grill, which makes the sandwich seem too soft without substance. This is a new location with different people than on Madison. The burger patty doesn't taste or look like pure beef once you bite into it! The fries also look terrific, but they don't have that snap to them like real potatoes and the insides are very mushy. They don't taste like real potatoes. Maybe it's the oil they use to fry them in.
