I've been to this IHOP many times and usually have a great experience (Sarkis is the best waiter!!!!), unfortunately, my group and I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience there last night. After the we ordered we waited over an hour without food, without the staff checking in to tell us that our orders were on our way. We weren't even getting coffee refills. I had to approach the front desk twice to check in, being told they had a new chef who was adjusting to things. What really upset us was seeing two tables seated AFTER US receive food BEFORE us, finishing and leaving before we'd gotten anything. When I checked in a second time the staff informed us that the chef was preparing all of the "shortest time needed" food orders and getting those out first, which is why random tables were getting some food, which is a terrible concept and completely novice for a chef of any sort to follow. I was then told they had some food ready (about half our table) and could start bringing those out, so I guess they were going to let all of the "prepared" short-time dishes sit and get cold while he eventually finished the rest. We were served half of our parties food, who ate and finished. I finally checked in a third time and there was no telling when the rest of the food would be done. At this point we paid for the food we had already received and left. We were not offered any sort of discount for all of this trouble. I am extremely unhappy with what occurred, and hope a manager will reach out to me, otherwise we unfortunately won't be returning. Serving other tables after us when we'd waited an hour before them was very upsetting. read more

I just had to write another review because I am always so happy coming here and my expectations are always exceeded! Holidays aren't the best for us so I didn't feel like cooking one day, but IHOP was open and the family loves it as our go to place. We were seated in a booth with Heather being our server (she is our frequent and favorite server, although I don't really have anything bad to say about anyone else there too, all good!) she is always so nice and remembers us and takes such good care of us. I always ask for suggestions in which pancakes to get and it's like she's a mind reader with how she suggests things for everyone individually, makes it such a fun experience! It is so refreshing being greeted by someone who seems to really care about what she is doing. Overall I just had to reiterate how much we love the service and food and ambiance of our favorite and go-to diner, will always recommend this place! The location has the worst parking ever. It is very hard to get in and out of this location. The waiting area is cramped and can get very crowded especially on the weekends. We sat in the patio which is nice but this is somewhat cramped as well. While staff is friendly they are not very attentive. We ordered our food and our server never came out to refill our waters nor did she ask if we needed anything. And when we caught her she always seemed rushed and as if we were bothering her. So, we sat in the patio because we had our dog and he was doing fine until an older couple came along with their dogs. Given the fact we had our dog who are we to say anything about other dog owners, but what started as a couple of dogs ended up being six yappy little dogs. So this couple unloads a virtual kennel in the patio section and all hell breaks loose. Again, we had our dog, but at some point I think an owners should take some responsibility and bringing six dogs into a small patio is overkill. The food is mediocre at best, but in a pinch it will do. All in all, a terrible experience! read more

First of all I want to say that the service was nice. I had the lingonberry Swedish pancakes with two eggs and bacon added and my better half had the 55 2x2x2 with the regular pancakes. Interesting to note when you order the lingonberry by itself, you get 4. Add the 2 eggs & bacon with hash browns, they take 2 away & charge only $1 more. Hashbrowns crispy on top and uncooked underneath. The food was actually cold when it arrived. The new menu is quite extensive/expensive. Breakfast for two is now almost a $30 endeavor. Went to this location today, and right from the start it was a good experience. We had a small wait but was seated in a timely manner. We had Heather as our server and she was absolutely amazing! She took our order promptly and didn't even write anything down. She remembered everything we ordered and the food came out nice and fast. Let me start by saying i'm not a big fan of IHOP but about seven months ago I was in the area and I was hungry so I decided to just go in there for a quick bite , I figured I can grab a cup of coffee and a stack of pancakes something quick at that moment a young lady by the name of Heather Served me she was very kind nice conversation knew what she was doing, and I don't enjoy small talk at all , but with her , it was different , came by every five mins asking if I was okay , which was nice since I only ordered coffee and my pancakes , I appreciate that , So I decided at the moment to come in every so often , just to get served by her , then after a few months one day I went there and she no longer work there somebody else serve me that day and it was not good service I didn't like it they were rude and they rushed me out I hate being rushed especially when I'm giving you my money, that was the last time , now this week I stopped by cvs and I decided to grab subway next too ihop , as i am walking I see a car that looked just like heathers , and I kinda look threw the window and there she was standing at the host booth , I walked in , and she told me would you like your coffee and pancakes, with a big smile , I gave her a big hug , and told her welcome back . I love IHOP. Do not go in there expecting a gourmet meal, but for the price, the food is excellent. Lets start with breakfast. Breakfast: Definitely the best reason to go to IHOP. Their pancakes are very good. If you are a health nut, ask them to put the butter on the side because they put a lot on the pancakes. Their original syrup is the best, although they have other types if you are feeling adventurous. They also have other unique items like Swedish Pancakes, Crepes or healthy whole grain pancakes. There are typical coffee shop breakfast items such as eggs, hasbrowns, toast, waffles, french toast, etc. They also usually have a theme going for strawberries or something else that they have special items for. Lunch/Dinner: Definitely not the best place to go for dinner, but they serve breakfast all day, so if some people want dinner, you can still go there an get breakfast. Still, their dinner stuff is decent, it is just not great. There is a large selection of mediocre food for people to choose from. read more

Went in last week for dinner...was too tired to cook after work. I never eat out much. I waited a very long time for my food. I declined a drink because I had been ill and didn't want a sugary soda, so I asked her to please bring water with my dinner. The waitress brought my food. Came back once and asked me if I need anything and I said "water please." She said, okay.....but never once returned. I had to eat my dinner with a very dry mouth. When I stood up to go pay for my dinner, she asked me how everything was, so I told her it was okay but it would have been nice if she would have brought me some water. She gave me a very nasty look, despite at the same time I was handing her a tip!!!......never again will I go there, spend money to be treated that way, especially if I'm tired and hungry. This is definitely my favorite IHOP location. It's never too crowded and if it is, we never have to wait too long. The waiters and waitresses are all extremely accommodating and always get our complicated orders right, which is very important! And when we ask for very very crispy bacon we always get that too. I always get honey with my tea without being asked if I want it (I always want it =) The food always comes out fast and is just right. There's also a nice outside patio that I like to sit at, but during hot weather there are bees which frighten the crap out of me, but if you don't mind then it's really nice outside. read more
