I ordered online via Uber Eats and I have never been more disappointed. I had ordered a lemonade and that was not on their receipt so I never received it. Also, my burger was not supposed to have bacon and I received my burger with bacon. My honey mustard for my chicken and waffles was not in my order either. Idk what is happening with this location. This WAS my favorite place to come with the family. I haven't been here in a while & saw new staff & manager. When we got in we got seated immediately which was great . Got attended right away, was great ! But the staff wasn't as polite . Food came in , Grandma received a hair in her dish. Informed the manager( Alex) , & he was fine making a new dish. Great , but it took a good while for her dish . The manager was charging me for everything . Didn't apologize for what happen , for making her wait for another dish . It's Christmas Day. I'm hungry. In the beautiful land of incredible food, there is reliable ihop/ihob. It's packed in here, but everyone is in a GREAT mood. I waited five minutes for a table. Alex is the host. He walks on H2O. The Grinch (Tabita)was my server. She is angel and saint, rolled into one. I started with a side salad and iced tea, then moved onto a Mega Monster Burger. What I was served looked like the menu picture. Despite how busy this place is, the tables are bussed and ready for the next customer. The floor is spotless. Everything is.....just right. I didn't plan on eating alone on Christmas, but being here doesn't feel like I am alone. I'm among friends I haven't met yet, but I'll return to see Alex and the Grinch/Tabita, long before Christmas Day '19. Thank you for a perfect meal and evening. A good spot to catch up with a friend over coffee, if you are not really hungry. It's a step up from the others, I like the set up of this new location. Clean, bright with lots of tables for big groups and the bathroom was clean. Lots of parking spaces! Many other shops to visit while you are there. This is my first time here, around 6 pm on a Monday evening with a friend. Well, there was no lines, maybe because it was a Monday night. We got settled into our table right away, placed our orders and waited for our food.. maybe 20 or so minutes. I ordered a normal breakfast meal with pancakes, my friend had the mushroom and spinach omelet. They tasted alright, normal..meh...! Our server was very attentive and friendly! Seattle, Washington (Tukwila - South Center location) Ordered: Swedish Crepes w/Lingonberry Butter 1 Egg Scrambled Ham IHOP is a chain (I know) but I've yet to find another place that serves swedish crepes, so this is my 1st choice for a Swedish Crepe fix (aka my only choice) These crepes are delicious and they don't leave you feeling as if you could spontaneously combust at any given moment. I do not find these crepes to be filling when ordered independently so I add ham and one egg. I request an actual egg in the event that they use "mystery egg" that's packaged in a container similar to that of a milk carton. The whole meal is always served consistently delicious. If you've never had a crepe before ...I'm not judging you but ....your life isn't quite complete. It's a lot thinner then a pancake. Sometimes they can be found served with whip creme and a fresh cut up fruit. I recommend trying these Swedish Crepes at IHOP. In my opinion they taste great ! I would like to close in saying the server was punctual and accommodating, professional and pleasant. The restaurant is very clean, new and is located in the South Center area that is a busy shopping area. You can try a half order of crepes, it's worth the try. read more

Starting now! Went for breakfast yesterday. Got there at 10am. The service was slow. Got french toast, 2 eggs over medium, and a side of bacon. The French toast was a little cold. So I stuck my finger in the center of it, and it literally felt like it had been pulled out of the refrigerator. Although the outside of it was warm. The eggs were cooked well, but again they were cold. The bacon was raw. She had to take back both side orders of bacon, and cook them. It's not always this bad, but boy, this was bad! read more

This is a good go to place for a simple breakfast. However, it was pretty busy. We had to wait for about 20 minutes before we were seated. We order the split decision which came with 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 French toast and 2 pancake. However, we substitute the pancake for the sticky bun waffles since it was a new item. It may seem a lot but it wasn't, I was still hungry after. My friend order the blueberry pancakes meal with scramble eggs, sausage and hashbrown everything was ok, nothing special. I'm surprised that their waffle was pretty good, it was crispy and the pecan syrup was on point. For the portion we got, the price could have been a little lower, considering its a franchise. My very FIRST IHOP experience! I am not kidding, I have never been to IHOP and was always wanting to go. I now wish I could say it was positive first experience, but it was not... My fiancé and I enjoy going out to breakfast and lunch every Sunday. Something new and yummy wherever we might be that day. We decided on curb site pickup and I placed the order online at 7:10 am. The order was to be ready at 8 am. I forgot to mention cream and sugar in the online order, so I called and this sweet gal named Elma told me it would be no problem! Elma sounded very nice and I right away put a smile on my face. We got to the location at about 7:40am and I called to let them know that we were there and what side of IHOP we were on. That way they can bring us the food easily (since it was a curb side pick up, they even asked my car/model/color of car in the online order). The man who answered was Hector and from the start he was rude. He said they just received my order, but it will be ready in 10 minutes. He didn't even sound nice, he sounded like I was annoying him by calling. After about 25-30 minutes, still no food or phone calls. We placed the order early and pick up time was at 8 am. It was about 8:25 and so I called again. Hector answered the phone again and when I said my name, he said "I told you it's still cooking". Ummm? Excuse you? That is not a way to talk to a customer! That could have been said nicer! Then out of no where, he shouted the order was ready and to come get it ourself....wow alright...My fiancé was not okay with Hector's attitude so he went inside. He walked out of there mortified AND not to mention the order wasn't even fully ready, they forgot my coffee. I swear I'm not picky, but come on?! As my fiancé got in the car, he told me to just drive away from this place. I started to reverse the car and another customer walking out said, "hey they got your coffee". My fiancé went and got it and just told me to get away from that place. As we drove away, he told me that when he got inside, Hector was very rude to him and gave him rude attitude. He basically tossed our food in the bag and told my fiancé to go. My fiancé said that Hector was refusing to answer the phone when customer called and then when Elma asked him to answer, he just gave her attitude and yelled back at Elma in front of everyone at the front! That is a NO in my book! So I called in right away to get a manager to speak with, but I ended up speaking with Elma. The manager, Millie was going to be there later and Elma told me that she would let her know what happened. Elma apologized for the way Hector behaved. But it was not right for him to react that way at a friendly family restaurant. And to yell at Elma as well, she was super nice! That made me even more upset, that he yelled at her for asking him to do HIS job. The food we received, was okay. The eggs, sausage and hash browns were good. But the gravy was cold and the biscuits seemed old and dried up. The French toast I got was wrong. It was supposed to have been strawberry stuffed with whip cream on top, but I think I'm lucky enough to have even received it...I called an hour later to speak with the manager Millie and she apologized for the way Hector behaved. Apparently it's not the first time either. I told her about the wrong order too and the time we waited. If we wanted fast food, we could have went and got it. But we chose IHOP because I've never been there and we thought it'd be a nice experience. Millie asked us to come back in next weekend to make up for the bad FIRST ever experience at IHOP, so I will post a follow up next weekend. I have an occasional breakfast club, and the ladies like to meet here because it's easy to find, it's pretty central to all of us, and it's open 24/7. IHOP is NEVER my first choice for meals, unless I'm on an endless road to nowhere, and it's the ONLY available food source. Service can be hit or miss, and I'm OK with that since I know they don't get paid very well. The food...um...well, it's aight. I've yet to find something I enjoy and it can be pretty greasy. And for the price, I definitely would expect the quality and taste to be better, I can get better meals at fast food places. read more

This was the worst service I have experienced so far. As we walked in we overheard an older gentlemen apologizing to a guest because one of the servers just left in the middle of her shift. The wait was not too bad given the circumstances, we chose to wait so we can't really complain about that. We ordered our food but never received our sampler, we didn't get charged for it but we didn't her a chance to ask because as soon as she dropped of our food she dropped off the check AND NEVER CAME BACK. We asked for refills, never got them. But she did a great job taking care of her other guest. Came in early morning of July 4th around 2am, we get there and it seems to be fairly busy but wasn't looking CRAZY BUSY. We walk through the door and the girl at the cashier first said it would be a 15 min wait, then right after said we could take a seat. Okay. Then she asks if we needed menus. Well how tf else could we see our options to order? LMAO. So we sat ourselves down at an empty table, then a busser comes by and tells us the table isn't clean and we weren't supposed to sit down. Then I tell him the girl at the front cashier told us to take a seat. He apologizes and then says she shouldn't have done that since tables weren't cleaned yet. Alright, no big deal. Maybe like another 10 mins goes by now and it appears that only the girl that was at the cashier, is the only one taking orders and running the food! Visiting Washington for a couple of days, drove by this IHOP and it caught our eye, we though it was pretty cool because the Florida locations look a little different. I'm glad we decided to stop by because we had a great breakfast at this location! We got sat 5 minutes after we got our number. Vanessa was our server and she was extremely attentive. We ordered an omelet and a burger. No options for sides were asked for the omelet and the burger was only offered fries or onion rings. We requested toast and fruit as our sides which seemed like a surprise request even though these are options on the menu. Food arrives and burger is a monster burger when I ordered the garlic burger and it came with fries for the side instead of fruit. Server came back and asked if I wanted fruit instead I said yes she said keep the fries I'll go get your fruit. By the time the fruit came back I realized it was the wrong burger. I told her and she took the whole plate away. So much for the added fries. She was gone about 30 seconds and comes back with a burger on a plate. White cheese and bacon. No garlic. I could tell because the burger was in pieces on the plate. Maybe from when she tossed the plate on the table. I called her back over and told her the burger was not right and I don't want anything. She looked at her manager nearby and said "they" made the wrong order again will you take it off her bill? I really hope I'm leaving a review for the correct IHOP, I was visiting from California so I don't know the area. I had the best restaurant service of my life. We woke up at 5 am on the 30th and around 9 made it to Tukwila. Where my boyfriend and I met Alma our waitress. She was in and out making sure all of her tables were taken care of. The entire time seemed genuinely happy to help the customers. She even got some regulars that were happy to see her and honestly if I lived around there I would return for her. Even taking everything going on in the world into consideration. I have had 3 bad visits here in 3 weeks. Having a menu only on line when there is no WiFi is a stupid thing to do. Not to mention their 'menu' was their mobile order page so every time you try to get more detail it would try to order it for pick up. When I pointed this out they just said well that's how corporate wants it. The 'manger' came over although she didn't supply a name and was dressed in yoga pants and a too big shirt, not very professional at all. she felt completely with in her right to tell use that any place we pointed out had paper or lamented menus was going out of business any way... such as Applebee's. Too too this off my order came out wrong twice. Over all I would say this location is not worth visiting.
