The first time we came my husband ordered the Breakfast Burrito and I got the Sunny's Sandwich on homemade brioche. The sandwich was amazing but my husband just thought the burrito was okay. Since then he's also tried their Po' Boy sandwich and Kimchi Fried Rice which he absolutely loved. I like the exterior of their fried chicken here. It's so crispy and the French Toast which is also made from the brioche. The bakery is right next to door and the reason their bread is so fresh and delicious. On nice days, they'll have a couple tables outside but the seating is primarily inside. I'll definitely order the kimchi fried rice next time. I tried some when my husband ordered it and it was so good.

I attempted to pick up an order at this IHOP location today at 10:30 AM, and the experience reminded me exactly why this establishment fails to meet basic service standards. Upon arrival, my order was incomplete and entirely missing an iced coffee.The two brunettes working the front counter were very rude, inattentive, and unprofessional. They deliberately ignored customers waiting at the counter and showed a complete lack of training and urgency. After being forced to wait for 11 minutes without a single word of acknowledgment, I finally had to ask the redheaded hostess for help at 10:41 AM. She was the only saving grace of the visit, she actually packed the order herself and promptly found the ice coffee, pushed to the side, where the brunette had failed to take the time to look for it. The poor customer service here is why my family hasn't eaten at this location in years and will not be accepting at pick ups from this location anymore. While the hostess handled the situation well, the front counter staff ruins the establishment's credibility. Save your time and avoid this location. read more

My wife and I like to go to IHOP on our days off and have a nice breakfast together, we usually only get 1 days off a week together. We recently moved to this area and have gone to this ihop about 5 times. Usually the service is a little slow but not to bad most of the time the French toast is under cook but not a big deal. We just want to enjoy ourselves together so we never complain about this. last time we went there my wife asked for a to go cup for the coffee she already prepared but had not drank yet. The waitress brought us a cup with coffee already in the cup, my wife said very polite "sorry can I just have a cup so I can put this coffee in it" and the waitress was very rude and said just pour it in here. My wife said no thank you I just want to put this coffee in it and the waitress huffed and rolled her eyes like my wife asking her to much. Very Rude and we will not be going back. read more

By far my #1 go to restaurant, I recently went to grab some lunch with some fellow peers of mine and we each all had a great experience overall, it was a great environment, friendly staff, quick service and definitely good food! The waiters are very helpful and highly attentive when I came to checking in on us, the quality of the food was great, all of our food came out hot and ready within minutes of ordering! I went to IHOP for the first time because they supported the Chaffey AVID program and I absolutely loved the food. I would go back again for the pancakes because they were delicious and very much affordable as a high schooler. The service was very friendly as well, which I REALLY appreciate. I use to love IHOP but it seems like their food has gone down hill. It use to taste so much better and now its just okay. It seems bland. I got the pancakes with fruit on top and the pancakes were way too greasy. Maybe things will be different next time. read more
