IHOP is our go to for Sunday brunch. We woke up a little late so we went to the Williston Park location. We only had to wait about five minutes for seating and our waitress was very nice even though she was busy. They gave us a booth! My favorite I got a bacon omelette, side of toast and a short stack of the Dulce de leche pancakes. We also got the hungry man with a side of pancakes. Today was a friend and family setting. My friend and her family. Her son loves free refills so he suggests we go here. I do find it a bit expensive than other restaurants but hey, they are treating so who's complaining? She did!! I the service was sticky business and if you read the expression on peoples faces you would tell that the someone was pretty annoyed by the request of refill. We had a family dinner on a Saturday night because of the promotion for a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult meal. For the adult entrees, we ordered the blueberry and lemon crepes and the fisherman's platter. Both hit the spot. I took my leftovers home. New comments: 1) Had 2+2+2 combo bkfst...one with sausage (tiniest links) and one with bacon. * pancakes arrived under cooked. pancake split open in center and showcased the under cooked dough. When we tasted pancake it was a very soft consistency and dissolved in your mouth like mush. Requested replacement pancakes and they were no better...had to be the pancake mix they concocted. 2) What happened to the pourers with different flavor syrups?? Had to request blueberry and strawberry and was surprised when they arrived in tiny plastic containers like used for takeout...They tasted watered down! Bottom line is for $13 amount of food was ridiculous. Def could have spent same at Williston Diner and gotten real food! Which is what we will do in future. We left hungry..... read more

Amazing!!!! The New Owners have this place running on point! So glad to see new owners who care, taking care of this local establishment! We had stopped going because the old owners, who were very nice all the time, seem to just give up. But this place has a new future & it looks very bright.. The Food was plated beautifully & it was plentiful. We had 2 Sampler's, French toast & Mozzarella Sticks, & they all were wonderful. Everything was hot, & tasted great. The cooks here are certainly putting the time in, great job! The service was wonderful, we had Jocelyn. She was kind helpful & very courteous. Always smiling & & answering every one of our questions. She's a true gem that understands what customer service & satisfaction is all about. A true asset to the new face of the business.. We have been a regular at this IHOP for over 10 years. We have also tried the IHOPs in Westbury and in Hicksville but always seem to come back to this location. Tonight I had the cowboy burger and my partner had split decision. I ordered an additional salad and they asked for thousand island dressing, them waitress said we don't have thousand Island dressing due to the pandemic I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise to make my own thousand island dressing, she's getting offered me a house dressing which was very similar to 1000 island dressing. It was fine in fact it was even better than thousand island dressing I would recommend that dressing going forward. The server didn't ask how it one of the hamburger cooked which obviously tells you it's going to be well done my partner asked for soft bacon, it was so well done the crumbled on the plate still a lot to my hamburger which helped. The coffee was fresh we also asked for milk which they didn't have they only had skim milk we dealt with it. I was probably eligible for the senior coffee discount but didn't bother asking. The only thing I felt was unusual was the high price, the hamburger split decision extra salad two coffees ran $46. We have been ordering take our from here from the Ihoppy hour which is a great deal because entrees start at $6. Ihoppy hour starts at 3 pm at select locations. They have a decent selection of entrees as part do the deal some of which include a burger and fries, pancakes and chicken strip, an omelette or chicken sandwich and fries etc. Everything we tried was pretty good and the portion were decent. The downside to all of this is that recently we tried placing our regular Ihoppy order online only to find out the Ihoppy Hour is now only available for dine in only. For MLK we had a early breakfast. They have the 2X2X2 $4.99 Deal here so I took advantage on a Monday off! She got 2 pancakes, bacon strips & eggs. Topped it off with a Hot Cocoa.
