They called back to ask if delivery is OK for 12/31 I said I'd prefer it sooner, they gave me 12/26. By 12/24 I called to advice them I was recovering from surgery that was done a few days earlier, and need a 12/26 afternoon delivery, as I need to make it to the bank in the morning. I was told that's OK, someone will call back. Nobody called back. I did get banking done early on the 26th. Today on 12/31 rug was delivered. I did put in a complaint that I DID call them on the 24th but I did not appreciate having to go to the bank early on the 26th while in recovery, and not getting a call back. A MANAGER called back apologizing about a computer glitch CAN YOU SMELL THE BS? what does that have to do with a call back??? Customer service sucks and the price is Twice of what I used to pay CleaTex. No Im never calling them again. I don't deal with BS. ​

I didn't think much could be done for my bedroom carpet, as I have three cats who have vomited and poo-pooed on it for years. I told him I understood that not all the stains could come out, as they were so old, but please could he make it better. Well, he made it more than " better "....he made it look like brand new carpeting ! And it only took half an hour ! I was lied to more than once when dealing with this company. And the customer service I received…read more(from the receptionist to the OWNER) was downright disgusting. They are rude and seem to have no problem lying and misleading the customers. I was misquoted for the cost to clean an area rug. The woman I first spoke with quoted me $60-80 to clean a 8x12 area rug with no major stains. When the guys got there to inspect the carpet, they said it was going to be $150. We had to really haggle them to agree to the price they had originally quoted us. Finally, they begrudgingly agreed to the price. They promised delivery during the week. I get a call the day before and they tell me that they can't deliver it. When I ask if I will be compensated for having to take off more time from work to be home to get the rug, the owner proceeds to tell me that because of me, his workers will have to stay late to clean the rug. I told him that I was willing to be flexible, but that his change in the time (especially at the last minute) was a HUGE inconvenience. The owner told me that it was "just a rug" and that I wasn't "suffering" by not having it. It is past the time they say they are going to deliver the rug--and so I call and inquire about where it is. The owner tells me that it isn't coming. He never bothered to call and notify me or apologize. They then try to make me pay the remaining deposit BEFORE delivering the rug. I will NEVER EVER use them again.
