Definitely one of the top five worst meals I've ever eaten, in 59 years on this planet. Nothing tasted good, they couldn't even get the french fries, right. Really disgusting looking, and nothing was fresh, the fish was horrible, and edible Salad dressing was Alcoholic it was so old. Bathrooms were dingy, help was bad. I can't say enough about this place to tell you never to go there, despite any optimism or hunger. Much better off with other local options.

I never visited this place before. I saw so many reviews it almost turned me away. I decided to take the wife and kids and meet up with some friends. The place was really big, open and lots of room. The seating was a little tight. I felt like I was dining with my neighbors. However, the food.... The food was really good. Tons of selections and ~$20 per person it's not bad considering a combo at a non buffet runs around ~$15-20. I would say it's absolutely worth it. The bar also made great drinks and not many buffets locally have a bar. TLDR - Give it a try. Don't let the reviews persuade you. I will go back.

I was surprised that the restaurant met my expectations, for a typical buffet-style restaurant. I understand that buffet-style food is not always the best quality/delicious, but I was impressed by the selection of sushi they had - definitely my favorite, especially salmon nigiris and Tamago nigiris. The rolls were filled and the person making them did not use too much rice (some buffets do so to make the customers full faster). The crawfish was average, we got a few plates of it, they kept coming out hot whenever the trays were near empty. I wish there were more sauce options for the seafood, I felt like the mussels were too bland, since the butter isn't salted. I loved the honey shrimp! There's self-serve ice cream as well as a variety of fruits and cakes. Honestly, I would come back, I think I got my money's worth for what it is (~$20 per person before tip).

They have chinese food, sushi and raw oyster bar. They have a huge selection of chinese food and quite the selection of seafood including crab, oyster, fish, shrimp, crawfish. They also have American comfort food such as pizza, chicken nuggets, fries etc. The food was mediocre but in terms of variety, freshness and cleanliness it was great! I was surprised they refilled the trays quickly and often even though it was around 8:30 pm on a Friday night. The food was always hot and the service was excellent. The price is really reasonable, for chinese buffet plus sushi only around $16. It is customary to provide tips to the sushi and oyster bar.

We love seafood, and I'm often in the mood for high quality fried seafood in particular. The seafood is fresh, not greasy, cooked perfectly, and complemented by great sides. I'm not an oyster person but.. I couldn't resist trying them and they are excellent! Tuna tartare topping recommended. Fisherman's platter- HUGE and tasty! I tried this to sample several dishes at once. I almost always finish my food and I took half of this home! I did have a pre-meal and some oysters but still.. Crab cakes- big and really fresh crab forward! Unlike so many other places, any breading stays in the background. Lobster roll- great brioche roll and plenty of lobster meat. We will be back to bring our seafood-loving family and friends!

This happened after they gave our 12 oysters to the wrong table then took 18 more minutes to reshuch 12 oysters. I got a fish sandwich. There was just some crumbled pieces of fish on it. Meanwhile other tables got the fish and chips and it was over flowing with fish. I don't get it. Wife got the lobster roll, it was just ok, the roll was soggy so she just ate the lobster. The glasses of wine are insanely priced. My daughter got a ceasar salad that had mostly white romaine, the grilled chicken was bland and dry. The best thing they made was the tuna tar tar, ironically. Then to top off a not great 200.00 experience for 2 people, it took the waitress 15 more minutes to bother to come back and run the card. Maybe drinks and apps on the deck only. Very dissapointing. Lesson learned which I knew... don't get seafood so far from the coast.

But the quality and service were very good, so if you're OK with spending a bit, it might be fine. Friends tell me I should have just swiped left on a dating suggestion for someone who says "the man should pay" on first date. She had picked the venue, and when we sat down immediately bought a mixed drink (before noon) and an expensive entree without consulting me. Not that I think a woman needs to consult a man, but then again I don't think a man should always be the one to pay either. Was any of that the restaurant's fault? Not exactly. But the fact that the prices seemed more than I'd ordinarily want to pay for lunch didn't help that event be successful. Or maybe it did. Maybe she is just happy with a lot of first dates where the other person buys and then, like me, doesn't ask again. Personally, I would recommend other venues for a first date. But, then again, if you're looking for something a little upscale, this might be fine. I'd compare it to the Cheesecake Factory, for example, but maybe with fewer dessert options.

Honestly very heavy and was glad I split the one size they had with a friend. It would have been too much. There was a little layer of oil on top too. The Faux Fiz mocktail I got was good. However, a lot of "spices". I ended up requesting more ginger beer and lime to cut it. That helped. But overall good quality drink. The Atlantic salmon crudo was very interesting. Nothing close to what I expected. It was gross. Really thick salmon over globs of a black garlic aioli. The ratio was so off. It was so pasty. I am shocked they haven't reviewed that item on their menu. Usually crudos are so nice and light. This was not. The wild Spanish octopus was the better of the three dishes. Just needed some more salt. Or more of the chorizo would have sufficed. I was surprised that this place was nothing like it used to be. Will not be back :(

Tasty! Hot, crispy, and nicely cooked. The same could be said for the regular fries. It's unfortunate so many restaurants are French fried challenged, with fries that are served too cool and limp. Kudos to Juicy Seafood for great fries. The scallops were also tasty, with or without the bread crumbs (which come off very easily). They were fresh tasting, very hot and very juicy. However, the chicken wings were not good, they were overcooked, overloaded with sauce and difficult to eat. I wouldn't recommend those. We didn't wait long for them to deliver the food to our table. What it saves on aesthetics it makes up for in flavor. We got the fried gator and fried green tomatoes to start. The tomatoes were good and cooked nicely served with ranch and the gator was delicious and served with a great sauce. They both needed a little salt for my taste but we would get them both again. Next we got the garlic spaghetti. It doesn't look like much but it was my 2nd favorite thing. Al-dente spaghetti with a sauce that is savory, sweet and spicy all at once. I feel like it was garlic, parmesan, Cajun and hot honey mixed. Just a guess. I would definitely get it again. My husband got the oyster po boy. He added the "Cajun style" for $1 and it was well worth it. The Cajun style is seasoning and grilled pepper. This thing was dynamite. My favorite bite of the day for sure. The sauce with the veggies and perfectly crispy and tender oysters on that bread. It was a 10/10 for sure. I regretted not ordering my own. My son got a roast beef po boy. It was like roasted beef in broth not what he was expecting. It was ok but with the other choices we would not have it again. The fries were good. I got the chicken tenders with hot honey. The tenders are good. They are juicy and fresh. I didn't love the hot honey because it was not hot or sweet enough for me but that was a choice. I would order them again just without the sauce. Overall I left wanting to go back and try other things which is a win in my book. They lost 1 star because the apps are served without any plates to eat off of and most things needed salt. But that's just being picky. It's a solid choice.
