We made our way around the trampoline park including some basketball, general jumping, running, parkour / obstacle course, climbing wall, and my daughter did the slide. 90 minutes was more than enough, although I can see why younger kids may want to stay longer for parties and such. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. The tall towers, harnessed trampoline, gravity wall, skywalk and miscellaneous arcades remain as well. But they've added a massive amount of climbing areas, general seating, and party rooms. The kid/toddler play area is pretty massive in itself - about as big as other places' main areas. But they'll they have a massive four level main climbing area. Truly massive. They also added an obstacle course that is pretty big and nice. The party rooms look very nice as well (previously you'd just have a table on the side). Here on a Sunday and they have the NFL games on for the parents. Lol. The bad. The bathrooms are crap. Either missing doors, without TP, or without paper towels. I thought I was paying $12 a kid and mandatory socks were $2.50. Coming from out of state I had no clue there is fall break for the area I ended up paying $85 for 3 kids. She handed my kids the socks and wrist bands before I even paid so now there was no going back. The toddler area was scary and unsafe, it looked like there was once a gate but the gate is half gone. Big kids came in destroying the toddler area. After an hour we left. Such a waste of money.
