Stay away at all costs…read more If you purchase a monthly membership, be warned that they will not cancel it, will not refund you, and will tell you that this happens all the time (them failing to cancel memberships after telling customers they are all set). Around October 2024, we cancelled our monthly membership. The website was down, so we did so in person and were told we're all set and it's cancelled. It was in fact never cancelled and we continued to be charged until we cancelled the credit card itself in July 2026. We went in person to ask how and why this happened. We were told that this happens ALL the time (!!) and that our situation (~18 months of over billing) isn't even the worst they've seen (!!). They went as far as saying that often times someone will write down a name to cancel their membership, but then the person who is able to do the actual cancellation is never told what that name is for, so it never happens. (I'm still shocked that they blatantly acknowledged what a pervasive issue this is for them). After emailing corporate about the situation (as we were told to do), we were offered ONE MONTH of refund to cover ~18 months of over charge. That is crazy. We have continued to go back and forth and Sky Zone refuses to refund the money for a membership that was cancelled nearly two years ago. Absolutely wild behavior. Stay away at all costs.

I have to use my own sanitizer and get napkins to wipe down a place to sit. The bathrooms are disgusting. Never clean. Out of toilet paper and paper towels. Lack of comfortable seating. Not everyone wants to pay to use massage chairs and you cant sit in them comfortably without using them. The line to check in is ridiculous. There should be an exoress kiosk for those with memberships that you put in your phone number and it spits out the wristband. The 2 workers at the check in take 5 to 10 minutes to check in new families who have to sign up and sign waivers. It is so Loud. The constant loud beeping of machines and on the weekends, the birthday party announcementst hurt my ears. We made our way around the trampoline park including some basketball, general jumping, running, parkour / obstacle course, climbing wall, and my daughter did the slide. 90 minutes was more than enough, although I can see why younger kids may want to stay longer for parties and such. Employees are nice enough although when we wanted a snack from the cafe, we had to wait a bit for someone to help us... Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. When the time came to cancel, I called and was suddenly told I had to download a form, fill it out, and email it back. Fine -- I did it. Then on the day of the billing cycle I was charged for September. I emailed and left a voicemail. Four hours later I got a reply saying my membership would continue through the end of September... with zero mention of a refund. I called again and was told only the manager could process a refund, and that she would call me back at 2. I specifically said I did not want to wait around all day for a callback. I was told that was the only way. No call ever came. I had to call back myself. The manager (Riley) then asked for my full card number over the phone to issue the refund. Extremely inconvenient. Later I checked and the refund was only half the membership amount. When I called again, she said she "wasn't sure of the amount so she just returned whatever she decided." We had been on the phone together -- she could have simply asked. I had to give my card details a second time and go through the whole process again for the remaining balance. I am blown away by how this business is run. On top of the cancellation nightmare, regular visits have shown ongoing issues with underage employees and the AC frequently not working.
