I came here the other day for a routine checkup and cleaning, which I hadn't been to the dentist in years. The office staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. Isabel the front desk receptionist provided outstanding communication and was thoroughly helpful with my insurance and the financial part of my visit as I needed to have a tooth extraction and was initially worried about the cost. Johnna the dental assistant was amazing and was able to provide outstanding quality of care insured. I felt comfortable and safe through the cleaning process and all of my x-rays that needed to be conducted. She educated me through each step that was being taken and was professional throughout the visit. Dr. James, the dentist was by far one of the best dentist I've ever experience. He was thorough, quick personable and friendly. "Damn".....was all I could say when I left this dental office. everyone from the doctor to the dental assistants made me feel like I was part of the family! Thats always the best part of finding a good dental practice, being able to have open communication with the folks that work there and not being afraid to ask questions! I was able to go in, get my work done and leave with a clear understanding of what the plan will be for the care that I need. No one was playing any games and I never once felt like I was being ripped off! As far as the procedures go I had to have an extraction and boy did doctor do a damn good job! I didn't feel a damn thing and it was over before I knew it. They then did my cleaning and gee wiz did I feel like I was being pampered like a little prince! You don't get an experience like this just anywhere, you have to go to the best of the best. We shared a lot of laughs while I was sitting in that chair too which made the experience all that much more comforting! This place is IT for me and I'll definitely be back for more! I normally don't do this but because I sincerely want to share my experience, here I am. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good dentist. The entire staff is wonderful! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I also want to add that they have modern technology equipment. I came here for a visit as my original dentist couldn't find the problem with my tooth. I kept telling him that something wasn't right and he just ignored me. My tooth ache got worse , and caused my pain to travel to my ear, which I was in pain for a few days until I came to In Line Dentistry. Here is where the dentist found the problem and fixed it. I've been pain free since then. Moving forward Inline Dentistry is my place to go. I've switched from my previous dentist and I'll be bringing my family here as well. Dr. James is a great dentist who really takes his job seriously. I had a lot of bleeding in my gums, and several root canals already before I came to see him, so I needed a dentist who can extend the life of my teeth as long as possible. Dr. James used the least invasive treatments for me, while explaining to me how to improve my daily dental hygiene (as well as encouraging me to be more disciplined in doing regular cleanings), which reduced a significant amount of inflammation in my gums.
