VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHYGIENIC for a worker to take a piece from a customer's order to likely consume himself. To be fair, even though I didn't watch long enough to see him put fries in his mouth, the way he put his hands on the fries didn't look like he was putting back fries that may have fallen off the plate onto their plating area, he definitely was trying to pull fries deep in the pile to get one that was drenched in sauce.
