WYN is a self proclaimed "elevated kbbq experience" and I can attest to that. There are many ways to dine here; you can select from set combo menus, al a carte or various tiers of AYCE. I think the Diamond AYCE menu ($50) is a great deal for the premium meat options offered in that tier. And with it only being a $15 difference from the Gold AYCE menu ($35) below (which only offers cheap and fatty cuts like brisket and belly which I don't enjoy as much) is a steal in my opinion. Stand outs were definitely the boneless short rib (which you can get unlimited rounds of but just 1 order at a time; most AYCE places limit 1 order per person the entire meal -.-) and beef tongue! The meat is so tender and you can see and taste the difference in quality. The large intestine and abomasum were both also delicious and clean tasting (sometimes organ meats can be a little funky... but this was not the case). I appreciate that there is a self serve salad and banchan bar; this eliminates the need to constantly flag down or bother your waiter for refills. It's clean and kept well stocked with a large variety of banchan/sides, sauces, and a few hot items (rice cakes, chicken wings, dumplings, french fries, curry, japchae, fried rice, etc.). There are a few items you need to ask your server for that are not at the salad bar such as rice paper, tortillas and vegetables/lettuce wraps. Service is great here! Our waiter Jesung had great energy and checked on us often. The meat orders came out incredibly fast. Staff were very attentive and I never once had to ask for a grill change. Parking is absolutely atrocious this plaza though so be prepared for that. There simply aren't enough spots for the businesses in the area (especially during peak dinner hours) so you might end up having to park behind it in the plaza next door and walking over. I came on a Thursday night at 7pm and although the restaurant was full, there was no wait. If your party is larger than 4 people it might be a tight squeeze at a single table. The selection of sides and quality of meat was outstanding. There is a self serve salad and side dish bar so you are able to grab as much kimchi, fish cake, radish paper, ect as you need! The general vibe of the restaurant is really nice too and perfect for a date night, or going out with friends. I'm usually not a huge ayce kbbq person but I'd been wanting to try Wyn for a while. We came for dinner on the 4th of July and luckily the wait wasn't too bad. The restaurant has a clean, modern, and upscale vibe. We went with the diamond menu. Our favorites were the beef tongue, short rib finger, flower sliced pork belly, and large intestine. Everything was flavorful and tender and I loved that you can order half portions so it's easier to try more meats. I'd skip the pork skin since it had a pretty strong pork smell and even a few hairs left on the skin. I also wouldn't recommend the ribeye because it was chewy and lacked flavor. The banchan was solid too. They also give you melona ice cream for dessert! The service was quick and the servers were always on top of changing the grill. My only complaint was how hot it was inside. It honestly felt like an oven and definitely took away from the experience. Overall, there were some good meats but the issues with the pork skin, ribeye, and the uncomfortable dining environment made the experience pretty average. However, when it comes to the food and service I was left a little unimpressed. I'm a gopchang and daechang enjoyer, but the intestines they brought out to our table were a bit grayish looking and off-putting. Tasted fine, but I've certainly had better for sure. The rest of the meats we tried were just okay, though I will say pretty fatty. Service itself was fine, staff were kind and attentive. There were a handful of items they didn't have available because the salad bar was under maintenance, which is fine except we got a few disclaimers throughout our meal that certain items wouldn't be available on the AYCE menu we ordered from in the future when the salad bar reopened. Again, nothing necessarily egregious, just a little unappealing. I think overall that Wyn is just...fine...but when you take the price into consideration there are much stronger contenders out there. The only thing is the tables are kinda tight for 6 people since you cannot add more on the table but since we only ordered 2 types of meat, its still went well. Banchan here was good, my favorite was the potato salad. I tested out the soups (kimchi and soybean) it tasted fine while it was hot but once the soup cools down, it was salty all of the sudden - which me and my mom couldn't finish it. The restaurant has an elevated feel to it and is quite spacious. The food was overall pretty good. I'm not sure if they have vents to capture the smoke. It looks like there was one but maybe it wasn't turned on? I noticed that the other tables didn't have any ventilation either. I really like how they have a container of salt and sesame oil set up on the table - that's something I usually need to ask for when I go to other KBBQ. My family loves all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurants, and we've been to many different places over the years. This was my first visit to this restaurant, around 1:00 PM on a Friday. When we walked in, the restaurant was nearly empty. As soon as we entered, one server walked right past us without greeting us. About five minutes later, the same server came back with a blank expression and showed us to our table. Another server took our order. Since it was our first time here, we had a few questions about the menu. Instead of being helpful, the server responded in a very cold and unfriendly manner. Because it was our first visit, my family needed a brief moment to discuss what to order. The server impatiently told us that only one person should decide and order, in a rude tone. Throughout the meal, all three servers had cold expressions and spoke to us in a dismissive and unfriendly way. It became so uncomfortable that I actually felt nervous every time I needed to ask for something. We couldn't even enjoy our meal because we felt like we were bothering them. After we finished eating and paid the bill, they completely ignored us. I asked if they had any dessert, and only then did they tell us they did. We had already gotten up to leave, but we had to sit back down to have dessert. I will never come back to this restaurant, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The only positive thing I can say is that the quality of the meat was good. Unfortunately, the arrogant attitude and poor customer service from all three servers completely ruined what could have been an enjoyable meal. When she did stop by, she would respond with a rapid "Yesyesyesyes" while walking away, making us feel unwelcome and confused about why we were being treated this way. We ended up ordering through other staff, who were helpful and attentive, changing our grill without being asked and checking on us throughout the night. They were the only reason this review isn't one star. We didn't even order that much, just three rounds of a few items. No banchan refills or water. We weren't high-maintenance customers, yet her rude attitude made the experience completely unpleasant. Paying for your food and even a bottle of wine should come with basic courtesy. Came in on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm, added ourselves on the wait list, it was pretty empty, and there was only one other person on the queue.
