(Me & my husband) We recently visited Wyn Korean BBQ and had a amazing experience. The restaurant is beautiful, modern, and has a more upscale atmosphere than most all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ spots in Orange county. The quality of the meat was excellent, and everything tasted fresh. One of my favorite ways to enjoy the BBQ was wrapping the meat with pickled radish, korean bean paste, mushrooms, and kimchi for the perfect bite. Also, service was good. The cheesy corn and steamed egg were also delicious, and even the side dishes stood out. Whether you're planning a date night or a family dinner, this is definitely a spot worth checking out in Orange County. We'll definitely be back!

The wait wasn't too bad. Parking is a little hard. There's a lot of spots but it still gets crowded. It took a while for our server to get to us but then after a while, he was super attentive. He even started cooking the meat for us and would check in on us every 5 mins. The meat is delicious. They were good about refilling sides especially since they usually have a self-serve bar for it.

Good atmosphere and good service. We went there as a party of two and had to sign in on the tablet first. We didn't have to wait long. We went around 3 PM and there were still plenty of seats available. We ordered the $49.99 AYCE. The meat was good. The side dishes and the large ribeye steak made us full quickly, so we couldn't eat much of the other items. We liked the boneless short ribs more. The meat is good quality and totally worth it. The vegetables were fresh, the side dishes were tasty, and the Korean ice cream bar was the perfect sweet ending.

Came here for the first time and was surprised! Love the interior, friendly staff, great quality meat! You can join the waitlist upon arriving. It wasn't too busy when we got there so we were seated within 5 minutes. We ordered from the Ayce Gold menu and the meat quality was good. The price was also standard for the value. They also offer an à la carte menu if you don't want ayce. Overall, had such a great time here and would definitely be back!

Came on a Tuesday night so there was no wait. The banchan is alright but the service was quick. We chose the gold tier and felt like there was ample choices. The meat is good quality but a little on the fattier side. There are à la carte and combo options as well as ayce. With ayce, you cook your own meet and with à la carte, they cook it for you. Ayce will always be more worth it to me. Overall, I would come back again! The restaurant has a very nice date night atmosphere.

Came here with friends and honestly, this spot is really good especially considering they're still pretty new. Definitely a place you should check out. They offer three tiers to choose from at the start Gold, Diamond, and Royal (if I remember correctly). The meat quality is solid, and the side dishes are just as good, so overall the food experience is really satisfying. Service was a highlight for me. Our server kept coming back to check on us and made sure everything was taken care of, which made the whole experience even better. As for the ambience, it's pretty average not too loud, not too quiet, just a comfortable middle ground. Overall, a great KBBQ spot with good quality food and excellent service

came on a monday around 5:30, no wait but we did notice it filling up more as we ate. inside is very spacious and clean, all of the workers were very kind and attentive. their salad bar is currently closed but they give you everything you need once you sit down + extras whenever you ask! we got the diamond tier which is around $50, for the selection we thought it was pretty worth it. the only downside was that our grill was cooking pretty spotty so the meat cooked pretty unevenly. would definitely recommend if you're in the area, food and service is great!

Parking can be a bit challenging, especially during dinner hours so I recommend arriving a bit early. They have an iPad in the front to check in for the waitlist. I was able to get there before the dinner rush so I didn't have to wait long. The food was okay, but I think Gangnam Station offers more variety of meat options. The restaurant is clean, probably because it's still new but the service could use improvement. The servers were not very attentive, and some of the orders took 20-30mins to come out. On a positive note, they offer a complementary ice cream, which is a nice touch. With so many other KBBQ choices in the area, I'm not sure if I would go back, but it was worth a try.

Recently visited Wyn Korean Barbecue, which just opened last year -- and wow... Walking in honestly felt like stepping into a luxury hotel Super clean, well-organized, and the interior design is so high-end. The food did NOT disappoint They only serve premium quality meats special items like: Cold noodles, fried wings, coffee, and Melona ice cream are included And the craziest part? Their AYCE lunch starts at just $29.99 IG: socalhkfoodies

I came to Wyn to try out their lunch specials price at $30/ person Like others have mentioned, the space feel more bougie, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. At the table they have the banchan read along with salt, sesame oil, chili, and brisket sauce - which I appreciate for convenience without having to wait for the server to refill it. Banchan here was good, my favorite was the potato salad. I tested out the soups (kimchi and soybean) it tasted fine while it was hot but once the soup cools down, it was salty all of the sudden - which me and my mom couldn't finish it. I'm disappointed to find out that the salad bar was under maintenance when I come in today and the server said the lunch special price doesn't include salad bar even though the menu said so. For that, I felt it was overpriced for what I paid for without the salad bar and could have gone elsewhere where.

They have an affordable AYCE lunch special for $29.99, that's available from 11-3pm (excluding weekends and holidays). It comes with a decent selection of meats. The restaurant has an elevated feel to it and is quite spacious. The food was overall pretty good. I'm not sure if they have vents to capture the smoke. It looks like there was one but maybe it wasn't turned on? I noticed that the other tables didn't have any ventilation either. I really like how they have a container of salt and sesame oil set up on the table - that's something I usually need to ask for when I go to other KBBQ. I look forward to trying their higher tiered offers next time.

Every time we come here, the service is amazing and the quality of the food is always so good that we leave feeling really happy and satisfied. Every staff member greets us with a smile and provides such great service, and the side dishes and food are all incredibly delicious. We come here often, but not once have we ever been disappointed. The meat is always so tender, and the texture just melts in your mouth. It's truly such a great experience every time. I genuinely highly recommend this place! A special thank you to Manager Logan and Nathan for always taking such great care of us.

Holy mackerel, I've been waiting to try this place for some time and it definitely didn't disappoint. My family and I came on a Saturday night. Though there was a wait, it only took 30mins to get seated. The decor is fancy and high end. Club vibes similar to Gen but definitely more upscale. Pricing also reflects this. I am always skeptical of the meat quality when it comes to these high end AYCE places as it doesn't always amount to the hype of pricing. I was pleasantly surprised. The meat quality was beautiful. Our server was diligent enough. We had a some moments of repeating our same request since it never arrived but it was forgivable. The grill changes were spot on. I loved all the gold toned dinnerware. Different from other places that provide ramen option, they had a Korean noodle option that was so yummy. Tasted "homemade." My mom and kids really enjoyed it. Next time we will definitely be ordering more than 1. I think the reviews speak for themselves along with customer photos. If you don't mind spending a pretty penny for dinner, you will greatly enjoy this place. I will be back once I piggy bank fills up.

If I didn't bring him I would buy the galbi tang and take it to him. And back then the service was amazing, the ajummas were so nice and would get you extra servings of banchan and brisket sauce but sadly throughout the years they've become very stingy and just plain out rude. I understand the cost of inflation and it's very real but I used to get their galbi tang for less than $10. At this rate it's costing me $27 for a bowl of soup and no extra gimme with not even a smile. Will I still be back? Yes but not like before. The interior is clean, newly built, and has a modern Korean hanok-style look. The servers were also friendly both times, so I didn't have any issues with the service or atmosphere. Unfortunately, the main problem for me was the food. I've eaten at the LA location before and never really thought the food tasted bad there, but at this Buena Park location, both visits gave me the impression that the food didn't taste as fresh as it should. On my most recent visit, I ordered the soondae gukbap, and the soondae had an unpleasant off smell and didn't taste very fresh. It almost tasted like it had been sitting for a while. On my first visit, I tried the regular pork gukbap, and the pork flavor was also stronger than I personally prefer. I do tend to like cleaner-tasting gukbap, but this stood out to me because I don't remember having the same issue at the LA location. After the first visit, I thought maybe it was just an off day since the restaurant was still new. But after having a similar impression on my second visit, I'm not sure if this location is consistent yet. The space is nice and the service was good, but for a gukbap restaurant, the food has to be the main reason to come back. Based on my two visits, this location was disappointing for me.

But since I moved out of LA, it's so inconvenient to get to. Enter Kyung Bok Kung -- what a find. I can get a fine dining korean bbq experience conveniently. I've been here a number of times, and this review reflects the few times I've been there. It's become the goto spot to take people from out of town who are visiting and want a Kbbq experience. Things I immediately noticed - lots of white and grey teslas in the parking lot during lunch - you know what that means? Golf Koreans. Yup. Go inside and you'll see incredibly well dressed older retired people with their buddies chatting up in private cubicles. Beautiful decor. It's like the background setting of a korean drama where there's a close-up of the guy and the girl - they're about to say something really serious to each other. The camera does a wide angle shot of them - and this is the restaurant it's shot in. Price points - this place isn't cheap, but they have incredibly good deals on a weekday lunch (cold noodles and meat set). Their dinner set course meals are priced around what you would expect from a quality steak house. This place is not as pricey as AB steak or Cote, but you're getting just as quality. Food - I've had the lunch set meals, the bbq grilled course, and ordered à la carte. One thing is for sure - they don't miss. I never had a 9 budda plate until I came here, but apparently it's like a thing that royals ate during the monarchy days. It was like a korean vegetarian taco. Very intricate (and slightly annoying) to put together but delicious - and a great test of your chopstick skills. Their braised beef (galbijjim) from their lunch set intersects savory, sweet, and tenderness in a way that only Korean grandmas do. I'm not a huge fan of Wagyu beef (just too rich and can never feel after eating it), but I have never felt that way coming out of here. Go here at night if you want to impress someone or celebrate something. Go here during lunch if you want a fantastic meal and want to see what the best korean food can taste like but don't want to break the bank.
