You can never go wrong with In-N-Out. The quality is pretty standardized across the board. As far as fast food goes, in-n-out is the best. This particular location is no exception. After one of our Disneyland adventures, we went here and enjoyed a delicious meal of burgers, fries, and soda. We recently received the tip to try the well-done fries. That was a great choice. Hi sorry I couldn't find the email for you guys. So I have been going to the in and out near my house for the past 2 months and I get my hamburgers burnt hard rock and I call and get the complimentary gift card but it's seems like every time I go they know it's me and give me my hamburgers the same way I have 4 kids and they always get the hamburgers burnt hard rock my kids don't deserve getting their hamburgers like that specially my 6yr old that Lost 2 of her front teeth. A week I ago I went by to the same location the give the hamburgers the same way and I ask for no salt and they did the opposite of what I asked with extra salt that's how they serve them to me and my kids were surprised how they continue to do its like if we are their joke. I worked for a fast restaurant too and I knew good enough how a hamburger needs to be serve and when a when a customer requested something I would make sure since I was the lead I would happy make sure it happen for them not do the opposite of it. If my hamburgers were not hard rock and burnt the first time I wouldn't complain but they still do it. Gas is so expensive for me to try to go to a different store just cause the employees don't know have to do their job. read more

I used to love in n out growing up but over the past few years it seems like the quality of the food has been steadily getting worse while the prices are steadily getting higher. The burger meat is super flat and gristly and has almost no flavor. I used to come every other week but now I only go a couple times a year and its always a disappointment. plus The drive thru is always so long, at every location! read more

Customer service sucked, cashier was just really rude and interrupted me before I could finish saying my order. Was taking forever for food to come out, employees were goofying around and not working. I recommend to never come back to this in and out! The wait times in line and in the drive thru are reasonably less than most other locations I have visited. The food quality is consistent with other locations and they have never given me an erroneous order or missing items. Staff is friendly. Service is great. Recently I've started the keto diet. Def the worst in n out I've been to. Had to repeat my order (and every element of it) multiple times and they still got it wrong. Didn't notice till I was already on the freeway. I'd expect that from McDonalds but past In n Out?! For shame. The fries were completely cold and tasted kinda stale. Service was friendly but drive thru was slow even with only 4 cars ahead of me. In-N-Out always provides consistency in product; therefore, this review is for the things specific to this location. The gentleman behind the tills was training.. it would have been great for him to say that at first instead of me saying my whole order, and then asking me for clarification on the first item that I said. (His manager or trainer was there helping him at this point.) Ample seating indoors, both at the 'bar stools' and tables. Clean facilities. Maybe I haven't been to In-N-Out in a while, but when did they start offering chiles near the ketchup? After starving the better part of today for a fasted blood test, I could hardly wait to sink my teeth into some In N Out my parents told me they were picking up for me. The order was simple: just a Double Double and Animal Fries - no frills. No bells or whistles. The only thing was my mom asked the lady to please separate the cheese, spread and onions from the French fries because we live 40 minutes away and she didn't want the fries to get SOGGY. Please refer to the picture I've attached to the review to witness this epic fail. -____- As you can see: 1) I didn't even get lettuce in my Double Double. 2) All I got for my Animal Fries were the fries and a minuscule amount of onions sloppily thrown into the bag. Ordered 4 burgers, got 3. Checked the receipt, 3 on there too. Had to go through the line again, because the person taking orders didn't put it in right, and forgot one of our kids' burgers. Also, when I order a burger that has grilled onions, and I ask for extra onions, I obviously mean that I want more of the same grilled onions that are already had on the burger, NOT a ton of raw onions. I had to pick a mountain of raw onions off of my burger that I didn't want. I have not had this problem at other locations. read more

Come here often with it being only down the hill. Food great never have any issues but for last night. I went through the drive through ordered a protein style cheese burger with no tomato, light onion, no sauce, add chilis and it normally NEVER come out wrong but last night it came out COMPLETELY wrong so I pulled around and went inside the restaurant. The girl that the register literally took my hamburger apart and then used the lettuce that was already on my burger to wrap it to make it protein style.
