Expecting consistency to other locations, but I can say that the bread of all of our burgers was crumbling perhaps stale. I know that if I would have said something they would have corrected it. I just didn't have the bandwidth. Dining in had few customers and was in high hopes of getting food fast. Priority is given to the two lanes of cars outside. read more

I heard this location was new so we had to try it. To my surprise this store was on the smaller side with some seating. When you walk in the counter is like a straight counter and not their normal curved one you see usually. We ordered three burgers, two fries and one animal style fries. Service was decent. Luckily we were able to find a table. The drive through was busy as always. In N Out always satisfies my burger cravings. read more

Yay!! They are open!!! Such an exciting day to finally see another business open up here in SE Fresno Grand opening today stated they opened at 10:30 AM. I arrived at 10:25 and the lines were already so long ordered through drive-through. They had two lanes. There were two workers taking orders. The two lanes on the drive-through merges into one the lady who took my order was very kind. She had instructed me to get behind a truck, but since there were so many people crowding, I did not get there. There was another worker, however he was walking down the drive-through lane, giving out receipts to confirm people's order which was great to avoid confusion. The first window you pay and the second window curves around and that's where you get your order. I ordered a number one with a vanilla shake and a number two protein style with chopped chili and grilled onions and fries well done well-done, and an extra cheeseburger on the side. The lines are moving fairly quickly. From the start of the line to getting my food, it took about 20 minutes. My order was hot and fresh and delicious! There was no wait they handed my food out to me as I got to the second window. There is outdoor and indoor seating and plenty of parking spaces. Love seeing all the support from the community. All of the staff was so friendly and welcoming with a smile. It was all so organized and the fastest In-N-Out I've ever been to. There was staff and security directing traffic. It was such a pleasant experience. Can't wait to come back. Finally an In-N-Out so much closer to home. read more

This has become one of our favorite In and Out locations in town. The staff is wonderful, and they go above and beyond. Last time we came, a server brought our food to us, we were impressed. They have always been friendly too! The dining area is pretty large, so finding seats isn't too difficult. There's a large outside area too, which is great when the weather is nice. I love the animal style burger, and grilled onions is a must! My kids love the fries, and a grilled cheese is always something they want. Don't forget a chocolate shake! Tons of parking, which is always helpful. Glad they gave Fresno an extra In and Out. We'll be back! read more

Waited forever to have our order taken just to be treated rudely by a Caucasian heavier set man "Ryan " very rude. He dismissed us before we even completed our order when my told that our order wasn't complete. Ryan then goes to say "oh noooo" rolled his eyes. Don't know when placing an order became a problem but very disappointed!!!! Definitely not the in n out I know. read more

Ryan the gentleman taking orders in the drive through was very overwhelmed with the crowd and seemed to be taking it out on the customers including us. There's nothing better than a late night meal at in and out. This was my first time coming to the new restaurant. I really enjoyed how well they manage the traffic in the Drive-Thru line. The service was fast and very efficient I did not go inside the restaurant this time but wanted to eat in my car my burger was served cooked to Perfection along with the fries and my Arnold Palmer I was offered extra condiments to which I only wanted the In-N-Out sauce. This was a great late night spot and it didn't take too much time to get the food I really wanted. read more

This is the best location in town. Since they're new, they seem to have their drive-through set up a little better than most other places. It also seems that the staff are a little bit nicer and help you with any questions you might have. The food is really good! I think it's better than most of the other places in town. Outstanding Experience at the New Fresno In-N-Out Stopped by the new In-N-Out in Fresno on a rainy day, and even with the weather and heavy crowds, the place was running like a well-oiled machine. Outside, they had a whole team easily 10 to 15 employees directing the drive-through traffic. It was busy, but extremely organized. Walking inside, it was completely packed, yet everything still felt smooth and efficient. We placed our order at the counter and got our food faster than expected. Staff members were circulating around the dining area, wiping tables, checking on guests, and making sure nothing got backed up. One employee even stopped to ask for our receipt number to ensure we didn't miss our order being called a level of attention you don't always see at fast-food spots. What really surprised us was that they actually brought our food out to our table. That's not typical for most In-N-Out locations, but this team was clearly well-staffed and going above and beyond to keep up with the rush. The restaurant itself looks brand new, super clean, bright, and in a great location. And of course, the food was top-tier classic In-N-Out quality. Overall, even with the massive crowd, everything ran smoothly. Impressive service, great atmosphere, and delicious food. Highly recommend stopping by this location! read more

From the order, to the food being cold, to the cars cutting you off in the merge lane knowing they're suppose to go behind you. Is a circus. finally had the pleasure of coming to this location. I came here for lunch, and I was greeted by the most kind person I have ever met. Her name was Dolores. She helped me get my stuff to my table because she saw my hands full with my kids, she helped me get drink. She even got me a drink carrier when I was leaving she made sure that I was taken care of. I am highly impressed and then one of the sweetest girls held the door open for me at the end and the food was delicious. I am highly highly impressed with this location. and the entire time that I was there, workers were cleaning up, making sure everything was extremely clean. It was amazing. Now Fresno wait, another In n Out, another place to get stuck in line to eat a hamburger and fries, but wait I'm told In n Out is an incredible hamburger, shall we start from the beginning. Alright here we go, Friday night 12/19/2025 arrive at the spot, first glance from Clovis Ave , hmm, looks good very few cars. Now this spot has been open for at least 2 months and literally every time we turn around because the line is just way too long,been to other In n Outs in Fresno, now let me say, those other spots WAY better! I can probably understand why after our experience, the traffic has died. Let's get in to it, few cars in line, lined up and now if you are a 1st timer to THIS location BE PREPARED, feel like I'm writing about a hack to Disneyland. Anyways your set in a line between a crossing to enter into one of two lanes, be prepared to roll your window down, toot your horn or scream at someone, the young staff at THIS LOCATION seem to be into chit chatting amongst themselves and forget that they were hired to do something?! That something I don't know, you wait to be told after a few honks which line to go into, man my bad, I was not able to read your minds or see ANY instructions on how to proceed. Now the cars previously have moved up, so now their is space, I move up after no one is guiding or instructing you to go into whatever line, seconds later as I pass 3 young employees STANDING, chatting with one another , which none stop to advise how the line is to be handled. So I stop behind a SUV, seconds later a young male worker comes up and asks me to move over to the other lane... so I forgot I was suppose to read your mind, rite my bad. We were told it's to make sure that we are lined up as we arrived, ok but wait no one is standing where the line initially started.... After a few moments as we creep up to another flock of young workers standing, which none are smiling, none have customer service skills, yet even understand their purpose of being there in the first place! As we sit parked for about 6 minutes we are finally approached from the statues and are finally asked for our order. NOW here is where it gets funky, yes never greeted and welcomed to In n Out, never asked if we were eating in our vehicle, or taking our meal home, just asked for our order and when the order was repeated back the poor guy was lost, confused our 4 orders, animal fries not noted, 2 with no tomatoes, drinks not even noted. Starting to get frustrated now, so I repeat our orders for a 3rd time, and asked for it to be read back, FINALLY got it all down, NOW we are told that we are to merge behind the white car, ok! The merge commences good, lines moves we now arrive at window 1, order is repeated spot on, paid move to window 2, gives us the floor mats or papers, I ask why are you giving me these, he says because you said you were eating in your car. I said really who did I tell that too, he says the guy who took our order, I said wait no guy took our order a young kid took our order and to ADD never asked if we were eating in the car or taking our food home. The other young kid at window 2 looks at me like I'm not speaking his language. Now here is where he blew my mind, he bypassed everything I said and repeated our order. Closed my eyes took a deep breathe and just listened to him repeat what we ordered ( over 3 times with the other young kid) NOW would you believe , they forgot the single animal fry order, but yet the order taking kid got it and repeated it. So tell the window 2 kid, order is semi complete but 1 of 4 fries is an animal fries. Window 2 kid looks at me for a bit and appears to blank out, thankfully window 2 girl is there and she explains, 20 the order and add animal fries, now at this point I'm drained I've been to other In n Out spots and HAVE NEVER DEALT with any of this unorganized, confusion in ordering hamburgers , fries and drinks, burgers come out in a tray, 3 fries in tray and an animal fry, now here come the drinks, now by now my level of frustration at this point is maxed out, but now I start to realize why the craze may have died down, I recall how busy and how many cars were lined up to order from here. After experiencing this disorganized location, even though this location is literally a block away, I WILL GLADLY DRIVE TO OUR PREVIOUS LOCATION ON JENSEN AND PATIENTLY WAIT IN THEIR LONG LINE TO GET THE GREAT, IN AND OUT experience , I guarantee I will not be back and it is clear and obvious why this spot Is dying down. read more

Most mid experience at In-N-Out ever feels very VERY rushed didn't even get my full order asked for condiments before I paid then was reassured it was all in bag to then have not even my full order no thank you definitely rushed because it's a new location read more
