1/13/26 Redeeming my gift card, my first time here, amazingly Lived in Lakewood for more than 29 years & I think I have not eaten at this In N Out location. For a Tuesday night (8:45) it wasn't busy & didn't wait too long to order & get our food. Perhaps it's not so busy that I've noticed it is one of the cleanest location to date, almost spotless, even the women's restroom. Comparably, the burgers are a tad smaller than the ones in the Inland Empire locations. The fries were pretty good except for half of ours were a bit more hard/burnt so I exchanged it for fresh ones in no time. The drive thru is really busy as per usual. Parking is bit smaller than expected & they have to compete with Chick-fila next doors. This location is in the Long Beach Town Center. It was a great visit because it didn't feel too crowded, food was good & my environment is clean. Thumbs up, y'all!

Wow, this is a time to come pretty empty lol. Stop by for lunch with the Hubby. Today's visit I had a flying Dutchman onion wrapped with the chocolate shake. Hubby has tomato wrap double double no letters with the large Diet Coke. Service here is top notch ambience is very clean no crowds no lines. Yay for us. See ya tomorrow:)

A trip out to LA is never complete without a staple stop at INN-N-OUT burger. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the #3. All the employees were super polite and everything tasted great. It's definitely one of those places that you have to enjoy the food right then and there. Sit in your car and eat or sit outside at the restaurant. If you plan on ordering and taking home, you will be disappointed. Noone likes soggy fries or a soggy burger bun!

The food and customer service are excellent at this place. I came here on a weekend around 12am, and the amount of work these employees do throughout the day and still give great customer service to customers ordering crazy orders is truly respectable.

Hadn't eaten here in quite awhile, but hubby and I only had time for a quick bite so this was close to home in the Long Beach Towne Center and we were pretty sure even with a long drive thru line we could order inside the store and get served fairly quickly. Found a parking spot close to the door. We ordered a regular cheeseburger, a double double and a double meat protein style (lettuce wrapped, no bun) - all with grilled onions. I am not a fan of their fries so we passed on that, and just ordered waters for our drinks. The staff is always friendly and they do a good job. There were a few tables dining in and a few folks ahead of us ordering. Our order was ready after a short time, and everything was correct. They are always a bit messy to eat with the thousand island style sauce they add, but the flavor of the meat was fine and the lettuce fresh on my wrapped burger. Their little peppers packed quite a bit of heat this visit. Just a basic burger, but stione of the best deals around and an easy, fast meal when we need it. They also sell branded merchandise.

Love their burgers here and how close it's to the shopping center but it's also hard to park outside because they're in a tight corner. The service at most in n outs is always great. This one had good service as well

Such a waste of resources. This will be my last visit to this location.

Bad service. We asked the young lady for ketchup and yellow chili peppers. We also asked for a box (normally they ask if we'll be eating in the car). When we got the order, The soft drinks were about 3/4 full. Only 2 napkins. To top it off, the chili peppers and ketchup were missing. We had to walk all the way back to request ketchup and they gave us a bag with ketchup for like 20 people. Was this a joke? Such a waste of resources. Our food ended up getting cold. This was my first bad experience at an In & Out. Will not be returning to this location.

Snacking in Long Beach, California... After the concert at the Orange County Fair, I thought that I should get a snack because I had kettle corn for dinner. Located at Long Beach Town Center, traffic wasn't too bad. However, when we left, there was a super long line of cars! It pays off to leave a concert right away! I ordered a #2 combo, which has a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. I forgot to ask for "fries well done". Shucks. They would have been better if they were crispier. I did order chopped grilled onion, but they were in a clump - not spread evenly over the toasted bun. Oh, well... my bad. I did enjoy my Dr. Pepper and refilled my cup before I left. (I drank the refill for breakfast!) This was a busy location, and maybe the customers leave their mess. I had to wipe the crumbs off of my seat first before I sat down. The floor needed some sweeping. Darn these messy people! Don't they know that the workers are occupied? The guy taking my order was business-oriented... no time to chat or smile... LOL!

Dumb dumb for years I have come here always got the double double animal style. Years ago I got blasted because apparently if you ask for animal style you don't have to ask for grilled mustard? I don't know and you don't have to make me fill like a dumb a-- just give me the yum. Oh and on the fry's keep the cheese and give me the spread and onions thanks the staff helped me realize I didn't need to ask for grilled mustard on an animal style burger. I think one of the things that I like the most is the majority of these locations are always clean with a very helpful staff not to mention that they still have crushed ice. For this particular location, you have to manipulate a lot of traffic figuring out how to get to it unless you're willing to make a U-turn but once you get there the facilities plan all the employees are nice. The food is good. The restrooms are clean and they have the lemonade which I will drink because I prefer Pepsi And they have Coca-Cola so overall ambience is great.

I love my In-N-Out, however, the parking situation here is no bueno. What makes it even busier is that it is located next to Chick-fil-A, adding fiery competition in the fast-food industry minus Sundays. I arrived right before the rush hour for dinner. Parking was easy to find, however, when I finished my meal in the restaurant, the drive-thru line had overtaken the lot. My car was blocked by the massive line of vehicles trying to order to-go. I'm glad some people were generous for me to wiggle my way out of the parking lot, however, it wasn't an immediate leave. The food here was good. I ordered a Whole Grilled Animal Style Hamburger with a side of French Fries, and they got my order right. There's been times when the cashier missed my order. Overall, satisfied and pleased that I can depend on this restaurant for an immediate fix.

Not all locations are created equal. This is one of the few that I will go to. The drive through line runs so efficiently. No matter how long it is, you will make your way through the line quickly. Food is prepared to order and the employees are always friendly.

The core experience here is similar, but this location does a great job leaning into local Long Beach culture, something other reviewers said too. Cane's seems genuinely involved with local high schools, and the walls are lined with alumni photos and neighborhood history. Much appreciated. Service is fast, genuinely faster than In-N-Out, which is saying something for a California chain. The value is strong too, $10-15 usually gets you a solid amount of food. The standout is the Texas toast which is buttery, nicely crisped, and honestly kind of unique for a California fast food spot. The chicken itself is fine, nothing special, but it doesn't need to be great because the real star is the Cane's sauce. A smoky, tangy mayo-based dip that's genuinely distinctive. There's a reason you can find it bottled in grocery stores now. Fries are just okay, but again, everything's better with the sauce. A few downsides: the drive-through moves surprisingly slow for how popular it is (never seen it move fast, even on slow days). The interior can also feel overstimulating. The disco ball is charming but the lights are a bit much, and it gets loud. That's especially true late at night, since they're open until almost 4 AM and it draws a big crowd of post-club twenty-somethings and students from CSULB and Long Beach City College. If you can look past the slower drive-through and the sensory overload inside, it's a great spot for a late-night bite.

Everything on the menu sounded so good and looking around at the restaurant, I was drooling. Each table gets conchas (mexican sweet bread) as a complimentary starter. For something sweet, I got the very berry French toast which paired so well with cream cheese. For savory, the atomic burrito. It was stacked with flavor and so good. Parking is shared with nearby businesses, but there were plenty of spots. The dining area has lots of tables, though it's a little tight on space. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. The food was delicious across the board. I ordered the Molcajete, which came loaded with refried beans, chorizo, avocado, potatoes, a sunny side up egg, carne asada, grilled slice of cheese, and pickled purple onions. The portions were huge -- I couldn't finish mine. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. I added shrimp for a little extra and it was absolutely worth it. Others at the table ordered the chilaquiles, which come in red, green, or a combo, and can be customized with chorizo, short rib, or other proteins. The feedback was positive, though the portion size looked a bit small compared to other dishes. The very berry French toast was a hit with my daughter. She loved the sauce -- flavorful but not too sweet -- and the bread was perfectly toasted on the outside with a soft center. The burritos were generously sized. The surf and turf stood out, with perfectly cooked shrimp and meat. The sauce had a bit more kick than expected, but it was delicious overall. The carne asada fries were also a great size, with fresh, quality ingredients and great flavor. A few things to note: there are no fountain drinks, and the agua frescas don't come with refills. The menu has a great selection of Mexican-inspired café drinks -- café de olla, Mexican hot chocolate, lattes, and more.

It was Taco Tuesday, and Taco Bell does this cool thing called a Tuesday Drop where rewards members could get a nice reward, usually for $1, for that day only. However, you have to be quick because only the first 20 or 30 thousand would be able to claim this reward, which usually drops at 2 PM PST. This time, it was unprecedented because the Tuesday Drop could have been claimed anytime by all rewards members after 8 AM that day, a one-off for Taco Tuesday. That day, it was an Enchirito, normally $3.99, for $1. I promise, the deals are usually better; I've gotten a Chicken Quesadilla, Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Burrito Supreme, Chalupa Supreme, and even Nachos BellGrande all for only $1 each! This Taco Bell is located on the northeast corner of Palo Verde and Stearns, right off the 405 freeway. If you see Mexihanas Hibachi Grill, that's where Taco Bell is. As a matter of fact, those two are the only businesses in that corner of the intersection. Parking isn't very spacious here, but they do have a drive thru if you do have trouble finding an open spot or if you just want to remain in your car. I took my chances with parking there by electing to pick up my order in store as opposed to the drive thru. I figured if the parking lot there were full, I could park by Del Taco, cross Palo Verde, and pick up my order. There were some cars there, but I found a few spots open when I arrived at about 7 PM. It was a couple minutes before my scheduled pickup time, and an employee asked if I was here for pickup. I answered affirmatively while giving him my name, and he said my order should be ready soon. Meanwhile, another employee was placing mobile/pickup orders on the Mobile & Delivery Pickup shelves by the front counter. The shelves were unattended, so anybody could have picked up anybody else's orders. Luckily, when my order was ready, it was literally handed to me. I was also told that sauces and napkins were on the counter behind me. In my online order, I requested one of each sauce to go with my Enchirito, so I picked up one of each sauce from that counter. Little did I know there was a whole bunch of sauces inside my takeout bag! I've had this happen before, so don't be surprised if this happens to you as well. For my Taco Bell orders, I usually swap out the seasoned beef with either potatoes, black beans, or beans. Since the enchirito would already have beans inside, I went with the potatoes. I also like to request fresco style, where the heavy dairy is replaced by pico de gallo. If I'm ordering a burrito, I also request grilled, which can be done at no additional charge. For the enchirito, a portmanteau of burrito and enchilada, you can request fresco style, but not grilled. The enchirito was presented in a compostable container similar to that of a Chipotle burrito bowl, but the lid was also compostable. It also seemed sturdier so that it would be less likely to buckle under heavy weight. I hadn't had an enchirito from Taco Bell before, so it was nice to try, especially for only $1 in this day and age. It pretty much is a mix of an enchilada and a burrito that if you've had both individually, but not the enchirito, you're honestly not really missing out. It was also smaller than I expected as the photo on the menu made it look like it'd fill the entire container when really, it only filled about half of the compostable container. There was a good amount of sauce that smothered the enchirito that honestly, I didn't even need any of the sauce packets I ordered! lol in fact, I struggled to sop up every drop of sauce with the tortilla. Service was decent from the employee who handed me my order. I didn't get his name, but he seemed pretty cool, especially for fast food standards. I asked for a fork and a knife so that I could keep my hands clean while eating the enchirito, and he didn't hesitate to fetch them for me. They have plenty of tables inside, including four tables for two where each of those tables has an outlet, and you can get some work done here as well, like at a coffee shop, if you so desire. There is also a kiosk where you can place your order if you'd prefer not to interact with an employee. Did I mention how close this Taco Bell is to the 405 freeway? If you're planning to head north, the entrance is just right there on Palo Verde. If you're planning to head south, it gets a little trickier; you'd have to turn left on Stearns and hope there's no vehicular traffic in both directions. Overall, while Taco Bell in general doesn't deserve 4 stars out of 5, I'll happily give this location 4 stars out of 5. I enjoyed the enchirito enough that I'd get it again if it were a Tuesday Drop deal, but wouldn't recommend paying full price knowing I could get much more out of a Luxe Cravings Box for only twice that price.

I worked in the food service industry for nearly five years, and I definitely understand how demanding the industry is and how outrageously entitled some patrons can be, but once again, Seriam consistently delivers top quality customer service every single time. If you're in the area and In-N-Out or The Habit's lines are too long, I'd strongly recommend this location due to the establishment's cleanliness, speedy service, and A+ customer service from Seriam. Thank you guys for all of your hard work.

I'd recommend downloading the rewards app for promotions; the points add up pretty quickly. Usually I'm a Western Bacon Cheeseburger person, but yesterday I tried the Western Bacon chicken sandwich. The breading was a little on the salty side, but it was hot and fresh so it hit the spot.

SECOND REVIEW FOR THIS LOCATION! My boys and I came today…read morefor lunch. We went through the drive-through... The lady that took our order and helped us at the window was Katelyn. She was so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately there was an incident in the restaurant at this time. My children and I could hear from OUTSIDE IN OUR CAR four women becoming very upset and verbally abusing Katelyn due to them not serving alcohol on a Monday at 12:30.... They were loud, raising their voices at her and cursing. I was so beyond impressed with how well this young lady handled such behavior. She remained calm, even apologized and attempted to de-escalate the situation. Kudos to Katelyn for being so patient and professional while being treated so poorly. Between our interactions today with Katelyn and awhile back with Sarah, you guys have some of the most upstanding employees I've ever met! Please give both of these women my praise and appreciation!!! Also, none of this affected how well we were treated today by her. The food was fresh, hot and delicious!
