In-N-Out never disappoints me. It's been consistent in quality over the years ever since my high school days. In-N-Out is famous for the double-double, so I would always recommend this to anyone who has never been to California or eaten here and to also order animal-styled fries. Since this is the closest In-N-Out to me, I always go here despite the hassle of getting here and its location. I prefer In-N-Out over any other hamburger fast food joint because of its quality and pricing. The drive-thru is typically always long, so it's better to just eat inside the restaurant. It tastes better when it's fresh off the grill rather than having to wait to eat at home and letting it get soggy or having to fear spilling while driving and eating. Summary: - BATHROOM. Well-maintained separate facilities for males and females, consistently clean. - CLEANLINESS. Despite it always being busy, the staff always take their time to clean up the mess from other customers. - COSTS. At around $5 for a double-double, the value remains exceptional, even considering inflation. Not many other hamburger restaurants can keep this price with the quality. - CUSTOMER SERVICE. Outstanding. Again, factoring in how busy the restaurant always is, I'm amazed the staff can sustain a smile on their faces and work with such efficiency. - FOOD QUALITY. Not sure what's changed in the last month or so but this location moves so much slower now, even when the line is short, the wait is still long, 30+ minutes for a drive through is unacceptable. I have a friend who lives out of state and while visiting that state a few months back, he asked about In N Out. I guess I don't appreciate what goodness we have living in California. I'm not a burger eater, I eat mainly chicken and fish, which is why I responded to him about me not being a regular at In N Out. It is the best indeed however, it's been a while since I've been here. Had to try it out again just to remind myself of how awesome our burgers really are. Inside it was nearly spotless, clean and nice and very packed. Both drive thru and inside were very busy, I assumed my wait time would be excessive but it really wasn't. They had enough hard working employees to keep up with the demand. I got me a cheeseburger combo, no onions. The employee (Carlos), working the noon shift was very friendly and professional. I am big on customer service and friendliness and he went above and beyond, service with a smile. My order was ready within 10 minutes. I have to say that this burger was perfect, I need to remind myself to patronize more often and enjoy the awesomeness that we have. Being a California native, I should know better. Perfectly seasoned, well sized, perfect ratio of lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. The fries are to die for, absolutely perfect. Priced well, a cheeseburger combo is just under 10 dollars. Is it just me or does anyone else notice that In-N-Out Burger's tend to be called inside each restaurant? Anyways I had the double double combo and it was fantastic. I like my burger with grilled onions. I think they have the freshest fries of all fast food restaurants. I like Alan this location that for your drinks they are touchless and use sensors instead. I was lucky to come at around 2:30 in the afternoon when there's not much of a lunch or dinner rush so my wait from my order was minimal. Yes I'll definitely come back here again. I have always heard about In-N-Out Burger when in and around San Diego and Cerritos. I never got the opportunity to try the food until now! The lines through drive through is always long wherever I've seen the restaurant which indicates to me that they must have some banging (good) food. I visited the In-N-Out on Carson and picked up my late lunch/dinner. I got some fries and a double burger with extra raw onions and pickles. The service in the driveway of the drive through was nice. The server was good to me as I mentioned this was my first visit. The wait to get to window #1 to pay and window #2 to receive the food was not bad at all. Not a long wait. The food came in a nice holiday themed bag. I was asked if I need ketchup and given a small bag with condiments. I enjoyed my meal back at my hotel. The burger and its toppings were fresh. I mean that lettuce was crisp and it was a good burger. The fries were ok to me but I loved the burger. I recommend the restaurant and location. read more

Paper straws are the worst and this place has them. Not sure who actually enjoys having cardboard disintegrate into their drink halfway through but I sure don't. You'll have 50 cars idling through a drive thru but watch out for that plastic straw. At least get a better compostable straw that doesn't get mushy or fall apart or bend in half when trying to remove the wrapper. I've been here several times in the past few weeks and have experience over a 30+ minute wait by the time your food is delivered at the window you're met to a cold burger and fries. This is in n out is one of my favorites to go around the area despite being busy because the staff always maintains composure and from what I hear as I'm sitting down they all communicate very well and all of the staff I've interacted with has all asked how I am and have polite. My burger is warm and fresh and the fries aren't soggy usually when most in n outs are busy the fries come out soggy but I can't blame them since they get so much traffic. In N Out is always good. It's my favorite fast/fat food joint hehe! It simply is "what a hamburger's all about..." and on this occasion, perhaps that is what I should have ordered instead of my favorite item from there- the animal style fries. Customer service is always amazing. Salvador took my order, and it came out in about two minutes. Surprisingly fast, but I think the fries had been left out for a while. They were soggy and had curled up, and were served warm. Maybe it was a bad night since their drive thru was crazy busy. And if you let them know you didn'tget your extra lettuce, the employee will look at you like you're a dumb a$$ even after you show them your burger without the lettuce along with the receipt. Once they compute what you said, they will reluctantly walk over to get you a side of lettuce. So you search for it in your bag and realize you were right and the employee was just being a jerk. Again my bad but why can't they just give you a damn fork instead of being jerks. You're pregnant and want your burger made a special way because you have certain preferences because certain things make you gag, well you better be prepared for the belittling. ZERO STARS! October 21, 2019 First let me make it very clear, I am the one person on the planet who has never been a fan of In n Out! Last night the family wanted to go so I got a cheese burger only and after one bite it tasted strange? I decided to unwrap it to see what the problem was? I was so pissed off by what I saw inside they wrapped a tiny oreo size patty all the way out of the burger. Upon looking at it this was a way to make the customers think the patty fits the bun. The bun was 75% the patty was more like 25% or less in size. I was so mad just thinking how dare them use such tricks to steal money. They have a special way they wrap the burgers knowing most people are hungry as hell and will grab and start eating it. What they are doing is unacceptable and I intend to follow up with a legal counsel on how to address this issue. Yes, people we work hard for our money supporting these places to be taken advantage of. I can only go by this location so I am addressing my complaint to this location I can't be the only one who noticed this. The brand name has forever been tarnished for my entire family and we will no longer ever patronize any location. Another point they might not pull that crap on customers who dine in ir there would regret serving some crap like thay me. I have the CEO and big brass information and she will be receiving a letter very soon still working on it. It's really just a burger joint to checkout if you're from the islands since Hawaii does not have this place. The fries are literally cut fresh in a potato cutter and cooked right there. The cheeseburger was cooked fine. I mean they do have lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. What I really enjoy is having hot peppers on the side as a condiment. The thing I love about In-N-Out Burger is the simple burger menu. They don't even try to make chicken sandwiches or burritos, they just focus on making a great burger for a good price. The combo menu for burgers, fries and a drink is simple. Reading the overhead menu is fast. Pick #1, #2 or #3; Hamburger, Cheeseburger or Double Double. Easy cheesy, done! You don't have some customer standing there for 15 minutes trying to figure out what to order. The hamburgers are always juicy and delicious with onions and pickles. My only complaint is that I like my fries on the crispy side. Their fries are made from fresh potatoes and they are always a little on the soft side for me. The only complaint I have is that this place is always crawling with people. In-N-Out Burger gets it and makes a burger for a good value and people come back. Dining there at lunch time can be a bit rough if you are in a hurry. read more

This In-N-Out location shares parking space w/ Chik Fil A & a car wash. Parking is usually hard to come by. Plus, the drive-thru line can back up & block your car from driving off. However, it's always worth it in the end to grab a big, juicy double-double. Believe or not, I've never had animal-style fries. I've had an animal-style burger, which by the way, I prefer the original, but I've never had the fries. Of course, I ordered my usual double-double protein-style, along with my animal-style fries tasting. The verdict - Animal-style fries are good, but I wasn't blown away. I did have an issue regarding them. The fries were overcooked, to the point where most were crispy hard like biscotti. I garnered the attention of an employee clearing off a nearby table, elaborating upon my grievance. To their credit, I was told I'd receive another order of animal-style fries cooked to my liking, which is supposed to be the way they're cooked in the first place. Kudos to the employee & In-N-Out for taking care of their customers. The double-double protein-style was delicious as always. Adding pickles always makes it that much more better. The tables are usually kept clean, which is saying something with the loads of people going in & out. The restrooms are also decent, for whenever nature calls. Great service. The restaurant is clean and the service is quick and friendly. I'll admit that I came here because Chick-fil-A was closed (on Sunday), but I loved my experience here! The food takes about 5-7 minutes to come out but it is well worth the wait. You can ask them to grill the onions for you (so it's caramelized), and when you pair that with an om-nom-licious cheeseburger, it's heaven! Now I know why people love it so much!
