I have been coming here for about 4 years. The service is always fast and efficient, and everybody who works here is super friendly. There's a good vibe at this store. I have never received an incorrect order. Also, the food is always fresh, and they give you enough sauce for your order. I appreciate that. The other day I was here super early in the morning. A lady had ordered a coffee, but she ended up not needing it. The guy at the counter gave it to me, for free! That's just good customer service. Jack in the box curly fries are still the best I've ever had!!! Got them well done and came out so yummy. Ordered chicken tenders, a protein style cheeseburger, 2 tacos and an Oreo shake. Burger was okay but was happy with the order overall. Service was good and staff were welcoming and nice. Pretty quick service too. Dining area and restrooms were clean (they press a button to allow access to restrooms) Location is not that sketchy and parking is a little tight but overall enjoyed my lunch at this Jack in the box! read more

I haven't been to Jack in the Box in literally over 20 plus years. I haven't had good experiences in the past. Let me tell you about yesterday's experience that I had in this PARTICULAR Jack In the Box! I walked in at 2:30pm and was greeted by Albert, their manager, with a nice, happy smile, wonderful energy, and wanted to take my order when I wasn't quite ready yet. After taking a minute to decide what I wanted to eat, I went with their combo #6 which came with Grilled Chicken Sandwich, either with regular fries, or seasoned curly fries & your choice of a drink. I got diet Coke from their fountain. I opted for the seasonal curly fries and also got a regular size of Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with veggies and steamed rice. Everything tasted soooo good! It exceeded my expectations. With that being said and Albert being the kindest human being & the manager, he gave me a nice, big, fat discount on my meal when I told him that it was my birthday!! Total for my order was $18.28 (including tax). All I paid was $7.08. So good, kind people still exist out there. They have extensive menu options from burgers, fries, Tacos, bowls, wraps, salads chicken tenders, shakes & sodas. Place was spotless clean, restroom was somewhat clean, drive thru,& few ample parking spaces right in the front.Open for 24 hours and I can't wait to do their survey to go claim/redeem a free item. Let me not forget to say that they also serve variety of items from their breakfast menu. A lot of to go orders, catering, and 3rd party deliveries. This location was pretty slow, not many cars at the drive-through, but it still took a while. They could really use a remodel, the food was also as expected. My son enjoyed it, but the quality is not worth it. Especially considering how long we had to wait at the drive-through. The staff was friendly and our order was at least correct. read more

My client is bragging on their Egg Rolls so we stopped by one afternoon to get them. There was a line at the drive thru when we got there but the line went down fast. We ordered the Jumbo Egg Rolls (3pcs). It comes with a dipping sauce of your choice. We opted for the sweet and sour. We stopped on the side of the street to have them while they're hot. The egg rolls were not the same as the one I am used to. Greasy, garlicky, seems like one layer of egg roll wrapper is used but pretty good size. I don't think I will try it again. Sometimes you just need an oversized burger, tacos, and churros at 11pm, you know? Sometimes your spouse is pregnant and she demands churros, you know? And I like Jack in the Box. So why such a low score? Well, because the dining room is often closed AND the drive thru is often closed? I've been here more than once where the restaurant was just closed? What? Food: ordered a bunch of tacos well done with extra lettuce and no hot sauce. Curly fries were kinda cold but not bad. Sons kids meal was hot but took awhile. Facility: bathroom was sticky and needed some attention but not unusable. The dinning area was disgusting to say the least. Floors were covered in spilled soda and trash. I had to ask for tables to be wiped down so we could eat. Staff: I fry cook made our tacos great. Super crunchy with extra lettuce. Love Jack in the Box, despise the dreadful service at this location, namely Danielle (per the receipt). We went through the drive through and placed our order, which was interrupted by a change in person taking the order over the intercom - weird. Order placed, we drive up to the window to meet, you guessed it, Danielle. Now I fully understand that not everyone has people skills, or common sense. I also understand that there's a pandemic that's affecting all of us. I understand this. What I cannot begin to comprehend is why would anyone place the lovechild of rudeness and sass in a customer-facing role? Why, Jack? First came the order itself. We reached the window, paid, and received our order, half of it, that is. I glanced at the bags, that's odd, I thought to myself. "Didn't you order tacos" I asked my wife. Someone else must have heard me, because I then heard in the distance behind the window "the tacos as well," which we received shortly afterward. Close call, still, acceptable. Then came the attitude. We asked for the receipt, unbeknownst to us, this was a capital sin. Danielle huffed, turned around, and with one hostile gesture extended the receipt saying no more than: "here!" What followed was admittedly our fault, for you see, we had the audacity to ask for, wait for it, ranch. I know, I might as well have insulted her mother. Her retaliation, she resentfully threw a handful of ranch in the bag, one of which did not make it to the bag. But I'm sure the floor will appreciate it. What would be a dish of attitude without a side of sass? A bland meal, of course - not something Danielle is willing to put her name on. Upon receiving our complete order, we had the gall of investing no more than 15 seconds to review our bags. Danielle's pièce de résistance: "There's cars behind you!" As you might imagine, this prompted us to summon all of our patience to smile and inform her "we're just checking the bags" while we proceeded to review the accuracy of our order.
