For example, I always get chopped chilies in my burger and each time for over three times they forgot it to a point that I ask for chilies on the side and come home and chop them and put them in my burger. Well this is the second time I have tried In-N-Out, after doing some googling on their secret menu I thought I would try their animal style double double. The bf just got a regular double double and we split some fries. Well they took our order pretty fast but there was a large line backed up waiting for their food, we got our food within 5 minutes and they did not give us the right burger. It was my bf's sandwich so they went to fire a new burger, we had to wait another 5 minutes for it, I think they should have bumped us up and put our order in right away but the guy who was very helpful was not the brightest bulb. If you decide to dine-in and the main parking lot is full you don't have an option to drive forward to exit. I really love in n out. I don't live out here anymore so I don't go as often but I happen to be out here and am gonna swing by. I have never had a problem with this in n out, and don't think I will. The waiting is a little long but I always go to the car wash, give them the car, go order my food, wait, eat it, and then by the time I am done eating it, the car wash is almost done.
