I picked this one because it was the closest, and I read through Yelp reviews, it is one of the few that does not have a drive through window. All orders are walk-ins and that was actually fine with me. My usual grilled onions cheeseburger didn't take much time. The facility was very clean as well as the restrooms. Workers were still cleaning even though they opened less than 1 hour. No problems with the quality control at this location. read more

I visited this restaurant's location under the impression that it had a welcoming environment and friendly atmosphere due to the younger employees since it was located next to a university. I enjoyed my order and quality of food was up to my standards. However, what really disheveled my friends and I was this one worker who seemed to be dysfunctioning the workplace who I believe was Cristal. Cristal seemed to be making a fuss about small details to her fellow staff that even I was not bothered by and in fact made me bothered on her actions. I took my brother and my grandpa for a late lunch around 2pm on a Thursday. The restaurant was packed and I had to drive around for awhile before I found a parking. We ordered one double double with extra cheese, grilled onion, and no sauce, sub ketchup and mustard, one double double animal style with whole grilled onions, and one single cheeseburger with grilled onion. We also ordered one cheese fries, one animal style fries, and one regular fries. My brother was given a single patty instead of a double. He took the burger back to the counter and since they were so busy, it took awhile to get a new one. The new one had chopped onions, instead of the whole grilled onion he requested. My double double and fries were good as well as my grandpas. Overall, it was a good experience but I felt bad for my brother who got his order wrong twice. read more

In-N-Out is the best burger in southern Cal by far. The optimization of protein styled burger with animal fries and neopolitan shake is amazing. Despite being busy all the time, the workers have good attitude dealing with the chaos. The place is loud and lively since it's busy all the time. I love this location! I came here for the first time on a Friday night and I was pleasantly surprised with how much this place stood out compared to the other locations I have been to. LOCATION // It is conveniently located right off of the 57 freeway. There are a lot of parking spaces and, while it can take a little bit of time getting in and out, you will definitely find parking here. The inside of the restaurant is pretty spacious and there are a lot of tables. It was busy inside but it wasn't overwhelming and it was easy to find a table. FOOD // The good is standard quality (aka good). I ordered a double-double with fries and I enjoyed my meal. It was the perfect late night fast food meal with a friend. I wish the parking was better, but the dining room is good size with a great layout and lots of booths to choose from. The service is always top notch - especially at the location on Placentia & Chapman. This evening my order somehow got lost in the shuffle. The restaurant is clean and runs just like all the other in N outs. They fill the orders fast. They isn't a lot of seating here. There really isn't much to review a business like In-N-Out, where they are so established and service and food are so consistent that there really isn't much left over to review. Nonetheless, with our current condition that I'm not sure how long this will keep going, my review is solely for this period of strange time! No drive-through at this location, so it is much nicer and less chaotic! No indoor seatings and they spaced out line to order with stickers. You can only enter one one door and exit through another door! Food was delicious and consistent. Masks required and all staff wore masks and gloves. Outdoor seatings are available but limited. They have great animal style fries here and forever fantastic Neapolitan shakes. Don't expect to get "in and out" of here in less than 5 minutes because it's not going to happen. The workers do the best they can, but it always seems to be overly crowded at any hour of the day. Expect at least 10 minutes to get your food. Located in Placentia Ca The location has its own private lot with very limited parking spots!! be aware that parking and getting into this lot can be challenging since it wasn't really built for how busy this location can get. This has been my go to location when it comes to getting good quality burgers on a student budget. I feel regardless of if it's busy or slow the service is always excellent and the staff here are always ready to take your order. Usually i find one staff member walking around maintains the appearance of the restaurant and several other staff members working hard to get the customers orders out in a timely manner. What i enjoy the most about this location is the accuracy of the meal i order. They understand that each order is custom made for the customer based on their needs and since i have allergies i know this location will always do their best to make sure my order is the way i need it and not the traditional standard recipe that is being served. read more

Never been to this location before but man was I surprised. We literally had a group come in before us and order like 33 burgers and fries and I was shaking my head. The team here got that order out so fast that you wouldn't know that someone ordered the whole kitchen right before us. The place is a smaller one but again we were able to find seating quickly. Place was clean and inviting just like a lot of the In-n-Outs. Would definitely come again so quickly yummy service. It's tough writing this review; just thinking about In-N-Out makes me homesick and hungry. I've been going to In-N-Out since I was a kid and long before it was cool. I grew up with an In-N-Out less than a mile away from my house. It's still there today after all these years. In-N-Out burgers consistently make the list when magazines and websites hold their Top 20 burgers in America or similar contest. Maybe it's the fresh ingredients? Maybe it's the waxy melted cheese that always sticks to the paper? Maybe it's those little grilled onion bits? Maybe it's the thin little beef patty that still manage pack tons of flavor? I'm not sure what it is. Have I had better? Sure. I've had a burger in Chicago that could cure veganism. But it's not about that. Those places are in a position to highly specialize in making their version of the perfect burger. They have an advantage because they aren't a fast food chain. In-N-Out is a regional fast food chain that has been able to consistently put out an amazing burger and never cut corners or sacrifice the fresh ingredients. In-N-Out remains the same as it has always been; the best fast food burger in the world.
