Never had an issue with In-N-Out except today. This place didn't give me three of my fries for the 5 meals I ordered. Didn't give me two of my drinks. Spent $50 here and the cashier Natalia stated "I can't see if these are meals so I can't replace anything..." WTF. The fries were cold as hell too. How hard is it to order 5 meals? That means 5 fries, 5 drinks, and 5 burgers. It's not like I'm ordering something difficult or special. (2) double double meals, (1) 4x4 meal, (1) 3x3 meal, and (1) cheese burger meal. All I have to say is don't come here at night when they're ready to close 30 mins before. I understand your tired, your about to close and want to go home but you STILL have to finish all the orders correctly. First of all when I walk in the main cashier Natalia was being loud and obnoxious about wanting to go home. Like nobody wants to hear u complain honestly.. when I was ready to order she was very thorough about reading it back to me and sounded correct. The staff accidentally gave my order to another customer that had a huge order that required staff assistance to carry out to his car... The gentleman didnt speak English well and only knew how to say (Yes)... So after calling numbers past mine... I knew my order went his way.... I was a little pissed and had already started a scorching review.... before I could hit send.... The manager came and gave me 2 comp cards for my next visit.... At this point.... Long story short, our order was prepared incorrectly. My parents took the order back to the restaurant to correct the mistake. They had a really bad customer service experience with the manager working on 7/7 around 6pm by the name of Carlos. Upon being told that our order was wrong the manager threw the food in the trash annoyed by the notice, which was a bit excessive. There was no need for the drama. He never apologized for the error or for the attitude. Ultimately the order was corrected and the cashier was super nice and apologetic for the inconvenience and her manager. Normally this place looks super packed. But I came here in the late afternoon recently and it wasn't busy at all. Both the drive-thru and inside were moving right along. This time had a animal style, protein, double double and the hubbs got a animal style 4 x 4. Skipped the fries. Yummy stuff as usual and cheap eats for just the burgers. Been through the drive-thru here plenty of times and the wait can be long. First time dining in and it wasn't bad. They have a few seats outside but not much. Have you ever seen an In-N-Out with NO drive-thru? Well, I have. And it's this location. Even Sonic's across the street has one! So I walk in and after placing my order, I ask why no drive-in? I inform them that this is the only In-N-Out without one that I've seen. And I guess they get that question/comment a lot, because they presented me with the fact that there are actually 4 In-N-Outs without a drive-thru! And for a second I felt special for knowing this trivial fact until I realized, well it still sucks that my neighborhood In-N-Out is walk-in only... Well, the food (my typical order of cheeseburger with grilled onions and chopped chilies + well done fries) was good as usual like at most locations, and they were especially attentive to chopping up the chilies into nice bite size pieces, unlike the Fullerton Harbor location. Another complaint I have about this location is that I couldn't find the area with the ketchup dispenser with the small ketchup paper cups and napkins. I gave up, a bit annoyed and assumed there wasn't one here. I later found out that there was one as I was walking out, and that it's in a very odd place, out of sight unlike the other locations. And finally, for a location that lacks a drive-thru, they're pretty slow at making your order; it felt like they were actually slower here than the locations that have drive thru that are twice as busy... read more

Probably due to the fact that they're a SoCal company only, so their products don't have to travel far before they're used. I really like In-N-Out because all of their menu items are made fresh to order. I went to this particular location for lunch today and thought it was odd that they don't have a drive-thru. First time I've seen a drive-thru missing out of all the In-N-Out's I've ever been to. Not a terrible thing, but if you're looking for a quick stop without getting out of the car, this is not the place. The reason for my star deduction is because of the cleanliness of their restrooms. I've been going to this In-N-Out location since 2010 when I was a Freshman at CSUF. The consistency with service, time management, and delivery has always been strong. My girlfriend and I received great service from a man named Corey. He was rememberable, because he greeted us promptly, striked up conversation, and made sure our order was correct. Corey presented a prime example of great service and had a big smile on his face. For those who don't know unique ways of ordering your In N Out orders here are some tips. If you order saltless fries, the workers must provide a fresh batch of fries to you, so if you want them steaming hot and fresh you could always order saltless, but be patient because it can take time. Another good tip is if you're looking to cut some carbs or bread you could order it protein style which means your burger comes lettuce wrapped and this location is good at wrapping, better than most. Other tips would be that you can add more extras on your burger for no extra charge such as: extra onions, extra sauce, extra lettuce, extra tomatoes, but you could always order extra on the side. I highly recommend the grilled onions they are phenomenal and I get some on the side to add to my burger as well. Another bomb item on the menu is their milkshakes, always served delicious, thick and have that delicious milky taste. Honestly the best way to have your shake is dipping your fries in the shake, but seriously fries dipped in a vanilla shake taste like heaven. Overall, this In N Out location deserves its credit for the great service they provide and the consistency of flavor and time management has always been on par, so this review is for you guys who work this location and thanks again Corey for the excellent service! My one complaint is this location's dire lack of parking spaces - a common problem at IN N OUT stores. It gets so busy there are often multiple cars, just WAITING in the lot for anyone to leave. Last week when we came, we did not get to eat here because there were no parking spots and there were already 2-3 cars in the aisle waiting, so we could not even easily wait without causing a major traffic lockup.
