I used them from LAX to a hotel in Hollywood, Hollywood to a hotel in Anaheim, and Anaheim back to LAX. My chauffeurs were Don B., John C., and Corey J., all of whom were great drivers and gave excellent service. The cars were immaculate - a Continental and two Navigators, all very new and in beautiful shape. Sirius XM Radio that was adjustable from the back seat and Fiji water in the cars were very nice touches that very few car services offer. Short review: Wow! Just call these guys! Long review: It was 11pm, I had spontaneously booked a trip from Seattle to Disneyland. In an effort to maximize as much time as possible in the mere 12 hours we were to be in California, and reduce the logistical stress, I went in search for a town car service on Google. I stumbled upon In Style, and decided to give them a call. At 11 o'clock at night, Mike answered, and I explained my situation. He informed me that on such short notice, and it nearly being midnight, that it may be difficult to coordinate a driver, as my arrival into John Wayne Airport was only 8 hours away. Most might've stopped there and apologized for the inability to offer assistance. Mike, on the other hand, offered to make a couple phone calls in order to secure our plans. Within 10 minutes, Mike called me back, and had coordinated everything seamlessly. Upon our arrival, I received a text from our driver Adam, indicating that he had arrived at the airport and was waiting outside. Similarly, that night, Mike sent me a text informing us that he was waiting for us outside of the Disneyland Park, to deliver us to our LAX departure. Thanks to his local expertise, Mike navigated us through holiday traffic and got us to LAX "In Style" with sufficient time to catch our flight back to Seattle. I may not always plan a same-day trip to Disney for a day, but I can assure you that ANYTIME I find myself in the greater Anaheim area, I will be utilizing In Style for my town car and transportation needs. We used their point to point service for my cousins bachelorette party. From oc to la in the morning and taking back us home after clubbing super early the next day (2:30am). My cousin wanted a nice ride for her special day, so we got the Lincoln Navigator. Everything about the transportation was great! On time, car was clean, spacious enough for 7 girls to fit comfortably, and water bottles available. There was one mishap but Mike handle the situation great. He gave us a discount on one of the rides for it, which was greatly appreciated. Their customer service is really amazing. I spoke with Mike several times, adjusting our pick up times a lot because our group was being indecisive about the times and he was always accommodating and very friendly. We were so thrilled with the incredible service from In Style Transportation from our home in Irvine to LAX and back after our recent family vacation. We initially found them after a google search, looking for other options since Uber XL was so expensive. With a family of four and lot of luggage, we needed a large car, and Uber XL was more than $100 over In Style Transportation, WITHOUT gratuity, which was included in our price. Hesitant to use an unknown service to us, we only booked one way, but we were so amazed with the service, we ended up booking our trip home too, from LAX back to Irvine. We got plenty of email and text message confirmations and updates, so we never worried about getting stranded or not picked up on time. Our drivers were John And Steve, John being more chatty, providing snacks and water, but both drivers were so professional. The cars were both luxury SUV's, very clean and nice. Once, when I had to to change our pickup time and called the company, the owner picked up the phone right away and made a modification to our reservation. When we arrived at LAX and provided our pickup pillar, we were picked up within minutes, much better than getting a shuttle to the ride share lot. I was never asked to provide this review, but I was so truly impressed, just wanted to share our amazing experience. I needed to go from the OC to LAX found this company by the luck of Google and I am glad that I did. The driver showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time in a clean, classy car that would take us to the airport. He opened the doors for us and there was two cold bottles of water waiting for us while he loaded our luggage for our trip to New York that left around midnight. I had him scheduled to pick us up as well on our return and he was waiting in the limo lot for us as he said that he would be. I just text messaged him once we had our luggage and a few minutes later there he was ready to take us back home after that long flight I am very glad that he was there to do the driving for us as we both were exhausted as it was just after midnight (3am New York time though). He was prompt and patient - which is imp since I have a toddler and travelling with kids get challenging to begin with and I must state that he picked us up at 3 AM. Mike and his team are really pros. I had a late night flight from a wedding and they were super prompt! They emailed me 2 hours before the pickup and when the driver arrived he texted me. The ride was smooth as silk and I even took a little nap on the way to LAX. Reservations were stellar! They even had the location on a drop down menu which made me feel even better. Travelling with young children is always a hassle, and I've been reluctant to use car services with them due to lack of car seats (or clean, well maintained car seats). For our most recent trip, another mom recommended InStyle and I decided to give them a shot instead of dealing with the parking disaster that usually accompanies our trips to the airport. I called and was unable to get someone on the phone, but scheduled the ride online quickly and easily. I did not see an option to add the meet and greet service on the way home from the airport, so added a note regarding that and then received an email shortly thereafter indicating that it had been added. I also requested the necessary car seats. InStyle texted me that day to specify exactly what size car seats I needed. They were helpful in sending me pictures of the seats so I could select exactly what I needed for each child. They also sent me detailed email confirmations for both legs of our trip. The day before our pick-up, I received an email indicating who our driver would be, his contact number, and confirming the pick-up time. A couple hours before arrival, I received a text message again re-confirming the information. These two simple things mean a LOT to someone like me who is already wrangling kids and stressed about timing - made me feel confident that the driver would be there when expected (I've unfortunately had situations in the past where this wasn't the case). The driver showed up a few minutes early, helped us load our luggage, and was patient as we buckled our kids into the seats. I was glad to see that the car seats looked new, were clean, and ready to go. The driver was friendly and offered water and even snacks to our youngest who was off to a rough start. He helped us unload at the airport and was off with a smile. Before we arrived home, we received the same email/text confirmations and a driver was waiting for us in the airport. It was a different driver than the confirmation had indicated, but we didn't mind - the important thing was that someone was there. He already had a luggage cart ready and helped us with all our bags while we carried kids and then got them buckled in. A pleasant drive home.
