Mi pareja y yo pedimos DoorDash de este lugar y pedí cambiar mi yuca por ensalada en el plato de pescado frito eso si llegó bien, Pero Por alguna razón. Cuando llegó la orden no estaba la salsa criolla , que todos sabemos que hasta en DoorDash sale la foto del plato con salsa criolla, entonces tuve que llamar a quejarme sobre eso y la chica todavía me dice "oh seguro no te dieron porque cambiaste la yuca con ensalada" no entiendo que tiene que ver eso con lo otro, si este plato viene siempre con salsa criolla! Le tuve que explicar eso porque no entendía y también decirle que mi novio estaba yendo a recogerlo. Todavía tuvo que ir hasta allá desde walnut creek a recogerlo para que al llegar la chica sólo le dé un tamaño pequeño que es el que viene normalmente en este plato. Nosotros trabajamos en esta industria y normalmente si algo así pasa, por lo menos dame en un Container más grande con extra salsa criolla, sabiendo que la culpa es de ustedes por olvidarse de meterlo en la bolsa, y no sólo eso, si no el viaje de ida y vuelta , y de ahí tener que recalentar la comida. Para colmo cuando mi novio llegó y la chica le dio el pequeño y pidió más, ella comenzó a decirle de que normalmente el que viene en el Lunch menú es más pequeño y que nos está dando uno más grande, no entiendo que tiene que ver lo del lunch menú con lo que yo pedí? cuando lo que yo he pedido no ES DEL LUNCH MENÚ, yo he pagado un plato de $27. Aunque a las finales nos dieron más. Dejo este review por el hecho que hemos tenido que básicamente rogar por más . My wife and I went to dinner at Incas Grill last night. We had previously gone to "Lima" in downtown Concord and enjoyed that restaurant until it closed a while back. Incas Grill has even better food and the wait staff was friendly and welcoming. They have several Peruvian beers and many Pisco-based cocktails--all very good! We had a couple of appetizers which were both very good. My wife had one of the seafood plates and was impressed with the flavor and tenderness. My meal was also excellent. We were very happy with the selection of desserts. All the portions were generous. I highly recommend this restaurant! read more

Awful experience, You can tell the owner wasn't there today. Food totally unacceptable, no flavor and on top of it my husband found human hair in the food. So nasty. Waitress brought food but not utensils I had to get up and ask for utensils, small plates for the trilogy and sauces for my son's milanesa. Chichamorada taste weird. Not my first time, but today, 10/05/24, was the worst time and my last one. People in the kitchen were eating as they cook, my bistec/beef was red when I asked for well done. They took my food, one of the cooks grabbed the same meat with the tongs they were using at that time. My husband has worked in restaurant and he did not like, not a bit, that action. For contaminations matters, food should not reenter the kitchen. Especially, on this case, the meat was one of the last things I touched. Have eaten a few times at Inca Grill recently. The food is delicious! La comida es deliciosa. Hay como tres Chefs que cocinan riquísimo. They have 3 Chefs who cook delicious food!Uno és de Piura, otro de Lima y otro del Callao. No como otros "restaurantes Peruanos" que tienen cocineros no-Peruanos que no tienen nuestra sazón. El servicio excelente, comenzando por Leonardo que se desvive por tratar al cliente con eficiencia y cariño. Tambien están Jennifer, Miluska, Nuria...todas competentes y atentas. Nosotros viajamos 3 horas ida y vuelta para comer rico en Inca Grill. Hemos probado varios restaurantes llamados "Peruanos" en diferentes partes del Area de la Bahía pero....nada....nos daba ganas de dejar la comida en la mesa y salirnos del falso restaurante. It was indeed a pleasant treat. We were craving for some Peruvian cuisine. Our favorite restaurant was located in Lakeforest down in SoCal and we were looking for a Picante dish. Interestingly, whenever we were in SoCal we would go to Inka Grill, which is similarly spelt like this restaurant with a "K". We ordered the Rotisserie chicken, Picante de Camarones, and the Ceviche mixto. We give much praise to this restaurant with their hefty servings and the taste was just as good, if not better than the one I earlier mentioned. As for the Peruvian restaurants in the area, I like their price range and taste better than those hyped and commercialized Peruvian restaurants in Walnut Creek and Concord. A+++ customer service and delicious! Totally recommend! I also appreciate they added a treat of peruvian ice cream since it was my birthday. Thank you! read more

The most authentic Peruvian restaurant. Great service, awesome food. Great varity on the menu. They also have day special that goes like this: cerdo con arroz, ossobuco con papas doradas etc. My favorite plate is pescado a lo macho. Big portions with reasonable prices. For drinks they offer maracuyá and chicha morada traditional Peruvian juices. Thirsty for a beer? Pilsen Callao dorada! Couldn't recommend more. read more

Will never come back to this place ever again, was a huge mistake! All it did was prove time and time again this place is horrible. Both my husband and sister and her husband decided to eat here last night and it was not even busy, service was slow the waitress was not pleasant. You would think for paying so much that way they would charge you $2 for a condiment! Food not cooked properly and meat was tough and dry. I got home and was feeling sick. Need to improve tremendously on freshness and quality of food and service. Also overpriced as it does not show on the quality of food! Just tried this place today and I will go back. Next time it would be for a to-go order bc the other reviews are right about service. Go for the food. I ordered the leche de tigre and jalea (I love using the liquid from the ceviche to dip jalea in). It was wonderful, sour, flavorful and great ingredients. The jalea was so-so (everything was great except the calamari was overcooked). We were one of only two patrons in the restaurant and the waitress was in the corner on her cell phone for a good 10 minutes when we were ready to pay. Extra frustrating bc there was a second waiter with no tables and no one was getting service, refills, etc. The chef came by the table to deliver one of our items and he was great, the chef provided much better service than the waiters! He was clearly proud of the food and wanted us to have a good experience. read more

This place is in a small shopping center off to the side. I would have totally missed it if it wasn't for Yelp! The place has an old school, but very homey feeing to it. The server was very nice. My guess is that he's been there for a long time, I noticed that when ppl were coming in he would greet them as he knows them. The food was great!! We ordered the mix ceviche, seafood paella, papa Huancaina, and our 1st time trying chicha morada- it was soo delish!! It did feel like forever to get our check. I will give it 4 stars because the service is really bad, but the food was delicious! I don't think it is the staff's fault, I just think they are understaffed. Our waitress took 3 trips to finally get our order, she seemed frustrated every time I would ask her a question about the menu (their menu is really long) and would just respond "ok I'll be right back when you are ready", instead of answering my questions or making suggestions. Food-wise: This place actually serves up some pretty good Peruvian eats. Service-wise: EXTREMELY sloooooooow! They're lucky that I'm patient, but I can see why there are a number of reviews in regards to the slow and basically non existent service. It was a week night when I came arrived, and I basically waited at the front door next to another family for almost 10 minutes to get seated. One of the chefs came out from the kitchen and acknowledged us, but it took entirely too long for someone to actually come out and seat us. I also noticed a sign that said that they didn't have public restrooms available. Whoa... a sit down restaurant with no public restroom? Extremely inconvenient. I was definitely apprehensive after that, and wasn't sure if I had made the right choice in coming here. Since I was dining solo, I opted to sit at the bar. It noticed that they had happy hour specials until 6, but I barely missed it since it was 10 minutes after 6. It looked liked the bartender was basically servicing the entire restaurant. No wonder the service is so slow! They need more servers there for sure. I started off with a pisco sour and a chicken empanada. The pisco sour was really good! The bartender topped it off with some type of cinnamon spice that really helped pronounce the flavor. The chicken empanada on the other hand was soggy in the middle. It looked like it hadn't been baked all the way. Wasn't a fan of it. After having the appetizer, it took the bartender an unusually long time to come back to take my food order. She definitely seemed overwhelmed and could have used another body there to help out. I ordered their arroz con mariscos (seafood paella) and despite the long wait to order, it came out pretty quickly from the kitchen. I must say, the flavors were spot on! The rice was abundantly seasoned, the mussels and shrimp were aplenty, and the portion size was large and filling. My only complaint about three paella was that they put waaaay too much baby octopus and calamari in it. There were so many that I actually had to pick them all out, and that was a task in itself. I don't like either of the two, so it was disappointing to find that there was more of this than there was of the shrimp and mussels combined. I would advise that you ask them to NOT add these in if you don't like them because they put a ton of it. I ended the night with one of their delicious alfajores. It was so good, it practically melted in my mouth! It took them forever to bring my bill, and it when it came, it added up pretty quickly. Mark my words when I say that this place ain't cheap. I had a decent experience overall, but the slow and inadequate service and inconsistencies with the food is what will probably keep me from coming back a second time. read more

I have been looking for some good Peruvian food in the area and this place did not disappoint. I ordered Papa a la huancaína and the Picante de mariscos. The huancaína sauce was very flavorful, very creamy and a little spicy which is how I like it. The Picante de mariscos was also very good. There was a lot of rice but there was also a good amount of seafood. This is is the best Peruvian place I have been to in the area. It is a bit pricey but its definitely worth it. Went for breakfast today, I ordered pan con chicharron at 11:15 am, did not get the food until 12:18 p.m. I only ordered 1 sandwich and 1 papaya juice. The juice alone took 40 Minutes to make.... The restaurant had 2 tables of 4, so 8 customers + 1 table of 2 and I....11 customers. I have had this pan con chicharron here before and it was REALLYGOOD!! Not this time, bread was stale cold and wet.....REALLY BAD!!!! The music was super loud!!!! The people behind me had to scream at each other while talking.......come on!! My friend and I got there at noon. We ordered crab causa and ceviche tasting (both were apps and cold dishes). We didn't get the food until 1:30pm! We decided mot to order a main course as we had our babies with us and we figured it was gonna take forever. The services was awful! They didn't come out to check on us to give the menus until maybe 20 minutes after we were there... The causa was watery and sweet. Barely any crab for $19 dish and the ceviche sampler has huge pieces of fish. I wouldn't recommend it. $55 for 2 beers, 1 causa and 1 ceviche sampler. What a waste of money and time! read more

The server comes over in an attitude and decides to tell my mom that he had a bigger table to attend and they were important and that we just came in and sat down without being invited lmao!!!
