Incas Grill delivers a genuinely satisfying Peruvian experience -- especially if you start with the…read moreCeviche Mixto. The combination of fresh fish, octopus, and calamari was bright and refreshing, with just the right citrus kick. The plantain chips and sweet potato on the side were the perfect companions -- a classic Peruvian pairing done right. Easily one of the best ceviches I've had. The Lomo Saltado was a bit more of a mixed bag. The fries were phenomenal -- crispy, well-seasoned, and totally craveable -- but the beef came out a little tough and dry, which is a shame for a dish that's all about that tender, savory stir-fry experience. Hopefully an off night, because everything else suggested the kitchen has real talent. Overall, Incas Grill is worth a visit, particularly if you're a ceviche lover. I'd come back and go heavier on the seafood menu next time.

I went to Incas Grill Peruvian with so much hope. I walked in, the restaurant was dark, & dated. I…read moreasked the waitress about several items on the menu, & each time she told me, "We're out". I asked her, "What do you have?" The waitress recommended a steak dish with rice & French fries, the "Lomo Saltado" and she said it was "popular" & "delicious". I took her up on her recommendation... and I was highly disappointed. The beef strips were so overcooked & hard, that they shredded into splinters as I chewed it. I started looking for the waitress, & she was no where to be found. (she never came back) I had to walk over to the bartender to get service. I really wanted to like this place because I love Peruvian food & wanted to support a small business, so spoke to the bartender about the steak was & ordered the Arroz con Pollo. The Peruvian rice was seasoned well. The chicken looked old & dark. The meat was extremely tough. I've never had chicken so tough in my life. I had to stop. I spoke to the bartender about my experience & he said he'd let the manager know. I wish I would've read the reviews first. They're all correct!! The food & service are terrible. I do not recommend this restaurant. At all.

We experienced great service as they were able to accommodate us for last minute reservation changes, even for a large group. Additionally, I was immediately greeted by the team for my birthday. We were obsessed with each dish. Some that we ordered: Lomo Saltado (chicken) Yum!! 10/10 Ceviche Mixto amazing 10/10 Pollo à la brasa, crowd favorite 10/10 Arroz con verduras paella 8/10, I just prefer protein! Arroz con mariscos paella, 11/10 filled me up and had generous portions of seafood! Yuca frita 10/10 can't go wrong, nice sauce pairing Plátanos fritos 10/10 the tamarind sauce was tangy and yummy. I've never had sauce like that! Overall you really can't miss with anything you order. The churrasco ordered by my neighbor looked bomb too. There's plenty of space for large groups which is why Parada won me over instead of Limon which I frequent. There's a lot of parking available and options of outdoor and indoor seating. Nice ambiance, they have a full bar and TVs for sports.

The menu items didn't particularly catch my eye, and I'd say it seems better for tapas than entrees. A lot of the food tasted overly sweet as well. Overall, everything was decent but not amazing. While customer service was super friendly, I found this the most disappointing aspect of the experience. I had to flag down our server a few times, even with being the only customers inside. We were celebrating my brother's birthday, and our dessert cake was served without any utensils until flagging down another server, who then prompted our table's server to make their way over. RECS: + Empanadas platter ($25) nicely came with one of each flavor for a total of four, and it was very fun to share! I did find it odd for these to be covered in powdered sugar though. Personal favorites were the beef and corn-cheese empanadas! + Fried plantains ($10) were perfectly caramelized and soft + Homemade chips ($6) became a family hit! I believe it's cassava root but not 100% sure

The salad itself was amazing, and the fresh lemon flavor was SO good--it definitely keeps you wanting more! I highly recommend pairing the chicken with their orange sauce. The sauce has a nice spicy kick, but it's so flavorful that you just keep going back for more! My husband ordered the Lomo Saltado with rice, and let me just say... he ate EVERYTHING off his plate! That alone tells you how good it was! If you're looking to try Peruvian food, this place is definitely a must-try! Great flavors, generous portions, and food we'll definitely be coming back for!

Everything was delicious, but these two were perfection. The causa has the perfect creaminess and richness, packed with flavor in every bite. The crema volteada is also beautifully creamy and not overly sweet--it's perfectly balanced. You really can't go wrong with any of the dishes. It's a family-run business, and they are lovely--you immediately feel at home. The service was on point the entire time, and the space is clean with cute Peruvian llama artwork that adds such a charming touch.

From the second we stepped inside, the owner greeted us like we were long-lost family members who just inherited a fortune. The vibe here is immaculate, but let's talk about the real MVP of the morning: the bottomless mojitos. They aren't just "bottomless" in theory; they are a continuous, delicious stream of minty joy. Pretty sure my glass had a teleportation device attached to it because it was never empty. As for the food? Absolute magic. The French toast is an absolute cloud of deliciousness, the Chilaquiles have the perfect kick to wake you up, and the Ropa Vieja is so tender and flavorful it should honestly be classified as a mood-altering substance. To top it all off, our server Gavin was an absolute rockstar. He checked in on us early and often, making sure everything was to our liking and keeping us hydrated.
